Don't call just go there. You can't get a real person on the phone its an awful service

They cannot provide a “delivery time window” so they expect you to stay home from 8am til 9pm
I stepped out for a few minutes and missed their delivery, I called to schedule a re-delivery for next day (still only got a 13 hour delivery window). I got a confirmation email the next morning saying it was loaded and coming. Then I got an email and text saying I needed to pick it up? I called them to find out where on this planet my package was, they seemed inconvenienced by my call, and said I could pick it up, or possibly wait another day for another 13 hour window! I opted to drive to their place to pick it up because I could not trust them to deliver it…. What a joke, a logistics company that has been around this long should be able to do much better than this, I will stick with one of their competitors from now on!

When I eventually reached a real worker after tirelessly fighting with the automated voice controls, she was very helpful and aided me in finally receiving my package. Get rid of the automated controls and just outsource it to a call center or something because that nonsense is a migraine and a half to work with. Other than that, solid service from your human employees.

Great customer service, I missed a package and unfortunately I had to pick it up at their facility at niagara on the lake. I had another package comming the next day, I called and asked if they could resend package with new package and they did! I also filled out the form for them to drop off the package without a signature, and they allow you to hand it to the courier and not have to deliver it to their location. It was super easy and helpful. I wish more companies were like this, logical and helpful.

Purolator is the worst company I have spoken to 4 different people they now don't know where the package went it was supposed to go back to Purolator on York road now it is back out for a delivery to a big bee corner store it went to an IDA they are horrible so my package is now MIA and I paid alot of money for this package and shipping im out over 100 because of a shipping issue I asked them why they couldn't deliver to my house they said the shipper inputed the address wrong however it is correct anyway my package is floating around to some local convenience store but Noone know what one and Noone wants to take accountability
Also the customer service agent is rude and very dismissive avoid any shipping with Purolator absolute horrible experience.

Good amount of parking. The staff that was there was friendly to me. They have a printing machine that prints labels, which is really cool. I had to return the Amazon package and got everything done there at no extra cost.

Can’t track packages online. Instead you have to sign up for text notifications that never come

I would have given a -10 if I could!
Package delivered marked “no signatures” yet on the tracker it shows “package missed”.
Waited 47mins on hold to speak with someone who could NOT HAVE CARED LESS about what I was trying to say!
Said either I need to drive 1 hour away to the nearest depot or have it delivered next day between 8am and 9pm! Hahaha. Absolute joke! ZERO “customer service”. A bike was being delivered for a b day and now it won’t be here! Thanks. All during covid there was no signature issues. Now that it’s over SO MANY issues and NOBODY CARES! Lawlessness within those who deliver. We are at their whim.you can’t have service when your staff have ZERO accountability!
Oh, and the “customer service” person Matis told me that I had to write my own authorization and put it in the door! Seriously, I’m on the phone and your computers can’t do that! He said the dispatch doesn’t talk to the drivers. How does your company run! Such a bad taste!

Zero would have been more appropriate. They won't even take your calls unless you wait 45+ mins. No delivery and now are asking me to pick it up myself within 5 days otherwise it will be sent back. Typical unprofessional behavior you read about in other reviews here.

These guys always pretend to deliver and want me to drive an hour away to pick it up.
Wait times to call are ridiculous.
I try and avoid businesses who use Purolator for these reasons.

Every single time a package is delivered though Purolator, their drivers don't want to do heir job and deliver. Even when there is very clear instructions for delivery. It makes no sense at all that I have to drive all the way to St Catharines (30 miutes away) to pick up a package when I pay f delivey.
This company is the absolute worst! This not only happened to me this time, BUT EVERY SINGLE TIME trogh Purolator.

No delivery notification, no ringing of door bell, no knocking on the door. They will just leave you a notice all the time.

Would not give me package because my apartment number was not on the address tag, the sender omitted it. I had 5 pieces of photo ID, so then I had to drive 20 Miles to get my package. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I waited at home all day because a signature was required. Clerk at Purolator was helpful and kind. DRIVER NOT SO MUCH.

Everytime I order something online and see it's Purolator shipping I know my package will arrive on time or early where UPS is always late and slow. Just made an online order was coming in 4 different packages 3 Purolator including one from the other side of Canada and 1 UPS. I already have the 3 Purolator packages and the UPS has only been picked up by the courier. Best delivery service, friendly drivers to.

Wish I could give Purolator 0 stars. Have not had a actual on time delivery in several years. Either they say my address doesn`t exist because they try to deliver on the wrong side of the QEW or they loaded it on the wrong truck. Funny thing is Fedex, ups, i ntelcom never have an issue. Same issues everytime.

Amazon needs to stop using these guys. They can't do there job right all they had to do was call when infront. They can't do that. So I will never use this service again.

Very friendly. Super fast service! I dropped off a box for Bell with a shipping label. Took less than five seconds.
