Purolator is the worst courier service supplier I have ever met. I bought sth online, and Purolator attempted to deliver to my house. Due to nobody at home, they took it back. I called Purolator service phone, it gave me an estimation of longer than 30 mins wait time to access an agent. I turned to chat on their website, the agent said I should have a delivery notice on my door, telling me where to pick up, but there was NO any notice at all. Then I requested a redelivery to my house and the agent confirmed a redelivery to my house, which will happen the next day. The next day, I did not receive the stuff I bought, instead I received a text message telling me to pick up at a Purolator store 10KM away from my house. To avoid the situation that I drive there, and get nothing, I tried to call Puroltor to clarify whether it is really there for me to pickup, the phone asked me to wait for another longer than 30 mins to access to their agent. Lesson learnt: try to avoid using Purolator!

The lady at the Purolator is very professional. I can tell she has passion for her work. She made me feel welcome and helped me with all my demands. I asked too many questions but she was very patient in answering all my questions. She also helped me with the self serve kiosk. Thank you.

We were at Dorval location just a few minutes ago to return some items to Amazon. Sharon was amazing! She helped us figure out the best way to get the items in boxes. We very much appreciated the effort, she went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you Sharon and hope your are recognised for your ‘everything is possible’ attitude.

Not sure why Amazon returns receveived by this location are credited back so slow. I suspect they miss departure scan sometimes. They have friendly staff though.

Lindsay is extremely rude to me but super nice to my boyfriend. I’m Asian, my boyfriend is Canadian. Very unpleasant experience with her. Seems like I’m not the only one experienced this with Lindsay!

I give 5 stars to Marylin in this location for her efficiency and pleasant personality, while I didn’t not bother to give a negative review to my experience at their Meadowvale branch last week (which I only mention now to show the contrast of impressions that one employee can make).

Horrible service. I missed delivery at home and it was clear in instructions that I can pick up package in 5 business days. I went today to pick up and I was told that package is not available at store as this was past 5 business days. I would advise your store to hire educated staff as it was clearly mentioned that delivery window is 8 am to 8.30 pm and I was there at 6.45 pm and today was day 5. Front staff was RUDE! She is possibly one of the horrible customer service I ever interacted. There was a guy in the store, who at least bothered to explain the process and apologized for inconvenience. Don’t waste your time with purolator, this store made my notion NEVER to business with them!

Went to pick up my new phone and was told my phone was picked up 2 hours ago with fake ID.employee named Lyndsey at the front desk was rude and unprofessional and said we can't do anything for you and to leave the store I had many questions but she did not want to speak to me.it was very suspicious
She gave me no help at all.very unsatisfied I left there and reported this fraud to the police

1) Drivers do not make attempts as they state in the notice if they leave any.most of the time they dont.

2) Terrible customer service, there is an agent behind the counter that displays a demeaning behavior towards customers.

3) Our building will be signing a petition that will be sent to CTV news and consumer protection for review. This will be against this specific location as the behavior of their personal is getting out of hand.

Proactive Staff. The woman who was assigned the day I walked in was very service oriented, efficient, able to multi-task, and genuinely happy to help. While the man ahead of me was taking to to go over his wallter to make a payment, she kindly asked me if the prepaid label box I have was just for drop off. With a smile, she also proactively asked if i needed a reciept for my records. (Hence the photo) she then got my box for delivery after scanning, and was back in her post for the man to get his reciept. In just 20 seconds, she effectively and efficiently provided the level of service for 2 different customers and was already greeting the third customer behind me

I always go to UPS if I return something from Amazon - I get notifications of my return literally within minutes.
Unfortunately it's been 3 days after trying Purolator for the first time and amazon still hasn't made note of my return.
Had to do my own digging to find out there were mis scanned items the day I brought it in - so until amazon scans it ; nothing will happen.

I realize I feel like a princess that I cannot wait a few days for a return - but when another company gives me less stress of trying to find things out. I'm going for the company that gives me instant gratification

(EDITED- FROM 1 to 5 stars) This company is a joke. I missed a delivery and get the pickup note on my door, fine. I show up the next day to pickup my parcel from the office at 11am, 1hr after the pickup hour of 10am mentioned on the slip. They don’t have, it might be in re-delivery or will be available Monday. I then called PUROLATOR and was told that my parcel is likely lost as their Burlington location was overwhelmed with parcels…. Nice. The call agent reached out to the depot and someone called me back a few hours later telling me that they could not locate my parcel but their teams had noted it was missing and would keep an eye out as they sorted through the backlog over the weekend. The weekend went by and low and behold my parcel scanned Sunday night. I immediately called Purolator on Monday morning and they delivered me before the end of the day.

The worst service ever.
They send me message that my package will be delivery today (Friday) then 1h later I see on history that they not going to delivery because of road closure.any road around me is not close.i called and I said I can pick up my package. I'm already waiting for it long enough.they said NO it is already scheduled for Monday.never ever again!

He told us he would get us a box, went to the back and started taping one up for us. Upon completing the transaction and stepping out of the store we tried closing the box and it was too small. She went in to request to pay the difference for a larger box but they refused to give her a refund because they already taped the box. WITHOUT CHECKING THE DIMENSIONS OF OUR ITEM. Unbelieve and unprofessional, stay clear of this location.

Worst place to deal with. No one was present when I was forced to go to their facility (DURING BUSINESS HOURS) to retrieve my package as they are too incompetent to deliver to the right address. (Their One job) The drivers lie, stating that I was not home when they "attempted" to deliver-Which was odd as I am in school currently doing my course virtually- which is to say I am home all the time. In short I hate having to deal with this company.

Paid a lot for "guarantee" one day shipping something important the person saw the delivery truck pull up and leave with out dropping anything off and then when I called 3 days later they told me "they left a note" and that I can pick it up.well I'm not going to pick up my son's rotting birthday cake

I also called about a refund since I was upset and they don't do that.

I was about to received my package today and was waiting all day even took a day off at work just to received it, however it did not arrived! When I check the package tracking number it say delivery was attempted I was sitting at the door all day and did not see any one coming my goodness there was no note or instructions or anything. I called the customer service and waited for an HOUR. I explained everything to the guy about what happened and asked him if he could call the driver or give me the driver's number so that I can talked to this guy. Yet he said he doesn't have any number and he doesn't know where my package is. YOU NEED TO KNOW YOUR DRIVERS PHONE NUMBER AND PLEASE FIX THIS YOU GUYS ARE NOT DOING YOUR JOB WELL. I WANT MY PACKAGE NOW!

I had to drop off a package yesterday.the way their delivery is designed I had to come into 3’ of the person on the front desk.
As soon as I put the package on the platform, the front desk staff pointed to the line in a very rude fashion and told me “move back! ” I was wearing a N95 mask and he had no mask what so ever.
When I asked him how is he protecting me, since he didn’t had the mask on? His reply was, I tell you to stand away. I insisted how can I drop off the package without coming in less than 3’ from him. He stayed quiet and rude! Very unprofessional

False missing delivery, Lazy driver! I guess just left the package on store, we only received phone call indicating we can visit the store to pickup.use only an ID with address.
Now at Store.worst attention ever.that dark guy that attends during the afternoon deserve to be fired! He was very rude, talk rude, he does not care about customer satisfaction, He does not even try to help at all, looks like he just does the minimum of the minimum job at all, I'm printing 1 star because there is no option for CERO stars.
Cero willingness to help or orient customers!

Useless company. Every other delivery company works perfectly but when I order off Amazon and get Purolator I know it is going to be a problem. Every time it is a problem! Why do they still use trucks that have their name on it do they not know people will follow them and then steel the items? I could go on and on about all the difficulties I have has with them but it has been covered in other posts. I have NEVER had even one good experience with them. I wish Amazon would stop using them they are awful.

I did a purchase online that was sent by Purolator. I was tracking the delivery and was surprised to see that they indicated that the "customer wasn't available for the delivery". This is false. At the indicated time on the tracking page I was at home. There was no real attempt for the delivery. Now I have to go to their delivery center to pickup my package.
This is very frustrating. I'm not happy with this service and whenever possible will avoid it.

I live in an apartment and took the day off to wait for a package. The lazy delivery driver did not even bother to buzz my apartment or come to my apartment. He just posted a "sorry I missed you" letter in the mail room. When I called to get the situation figured out all they could do was put a request in for the driver to come back. He didnt do his job the first time, you think he will come back. The management was no help once so ever just dismissed it like it was nothing. Absolutely horrible experience with purolator.

Paid for overnight shipping from amazon. Got a notification the next day saying undeliverable - person or location unknown. I live in an apartment building and the building buzzer goes to my cell phone. There was no attempt to buzz into the building. Every other shipping company amazon uses has no issue finding my place but purolator’s drivers are either too stupid or lazy. Either way, I suggest requesting another shipping company when placing orders. What a joke.

I rec’d a split shipment from an online order. 1 oddly enough was delivered and left at my door the other arrived the next day but I had to pick it up from Purolator. When I asked why the response was ‘I really don’t have an answer for that’. Do you not have guidelines to follow?

The service level was incredible all the way through. I had a heavy box to ship to Australia that was going to cost almost $500. They helped me pair it down, taking time to help me re-pack and secure the shipment which brought the cost down substantially. They also made other recommendations for possible slower/less expensive options. While I was there, about 6 customers came and went and each was greeted and taken care of cheerfully and professionally. I'll be using their services again. Thank you.

Came to this location to ship a letter to the States and paid for Guaranteed Next-Day Delivery, an expensive premium over the standard. Well as you expect this 1-star review to turn out, it ofcourse did not deliver the next day. However I let it slide and hoped it just got delayed somewhere so I waited another day. But instead I was greeted with a message saying it 'missed its connection' and was sitting in Toronto. So on the 4th day I went over to request a refund as per the policy stated on the website, but they denied it because they claimed it was UPS's fault for the refusal.although it was sitting at a Purolator location (UPS ships in the States). They basically told me I am out of luck (won't ship and won't get my money back) and to go call instead.how infuriating! Anyways I called and was on hold for 30min, but a Purolator rep finally picked up and she instantly issued a refund and apologized on Purolator's behalf; even she was bewildered by the behaviour of the Oakville location staff. Although it will take 4-6 weeks for the refund to be credited, at least I'm getting it back. This was truly a poor experience with this Purolator location. Choose your shipping service wisely.

Service was quick but when I asked for a tracking number receipt Nijanth did not seem happy about it. It only take 3 seconds to print it off.
