I had 4 boxes (50 lbs each) to ship today. When I arrived they were happy to see me and even lent their hand cart to me so I could get the boxes out of my car. Excellent service, and excellent attitudes! Recommended

Very rude and inefficient lady came to help. I wanted to get printout only and I had to wait 5 mins because she gave me the email and went inside. Well i get it if u are busy u can inform and then when she came back without checking or refreshing the email she said I didn’t get the email. And gave me look where i asked to get it refreshed because i send it 5 mins ago. Never going again

Very bad experience. I bought a new phone from workplace and purolator has to delivered it to my home address on Oct27,2022 today. There are no messages of any updates or delivery status, and today morning i got the message that your package is at warehouse and you have to pick it up by yourself because they came to door and nobody opened it. My girlfriend was actually at home and she was about to open the door and those guys left without notice. Worst company i have ever seen.

Like the other reviewers mentioned. The older lady with glasses is racist. Disrespectful to non white people. I will be reporting this employee to Purolator HQ. Not sure if it will make a difference. But have to report this racist employee. Probably no sensitivity training will be given to this employee as I can see many others have already reported this lady as racist many times in these reviews and purolator has not taken any action.

Lady at counter with glasses was very racist and rude, rejected my drop-off package very rudely without listening to any clarification and reasoning whatsoever.

Highly disappointed from this.

This location needs to review their hours. They are suppose to be open until 8pm on Friday but they were closed when I went there at 6: 10pm.

I go in regularly to this location and am always offered the highest level of service. Today I came in around 12: 45 and was helped by an employee who went above and beyond even offering me a coupon for a chance to win. Thank you for making my shipping so easy and for putting my need first!

Just dropped off a package to be shipped. Dropped off and got a receipt and back out. If we have a choice we choose UPS because pick up and drop off locations are more convenient, but this one has to be Purolator so that was where we went.

The only Purolator location in Cambridge that offers an excellent customer service. I am going there for a while now and everytime representatives were very helpful.

I don’t understand how they deliver parcels at all, I was at home in the apartment, but they didn’t even deign to call the intercom, let alone the cell phone, so that I went downstairs and opened the door! I don’t want to deal with such delivery anymore! Now I need to go to pick it up myself, God knows where!

Proper motto for Purolator: We'll get it close to your house! Rude customer service. Lazy, rude delivery drivers who don't deliver packages and drop them at the depot for customers to pick up. Other delivery companies deliver packages to my door but with Purolator I end up doing their job for them. I hate dealing with this company. Going forward I'm going to insist that companies not use Purolator to deliver my packages.

Wish I could give these guys 0 stars. Deliveries are never dropped off-the drivers mark my house as "not accessible" and leave my packages at the pick-up/drop-off locations. When it happened again today, I called to get information about my package and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude. I work in customer service as well, and I know it is hard, but I would never treat a customer like these people do. Save yourself the time and the trouble and do not allow Amazon to use this service.

Working from home due to Covid, delivery driver didn't even attempt delivery but marked me as unavailable. No notice left, no phone call from apt buzzer, nothing.

Online support is a nightmare and 2/3 women I dealt with were simply rude and dismissive.

Over the past 5 years or so I've come accustomed to seeing things shipped via Purolator and never actually being delivered. Purolator and UPS should both save money on drivers and just have pick up facilities.

I m feeling so thankful to this delivery guy who not only delivered my package but also picked up my garbage bins and left them outside my garage. I checked it later on the camera.humanity still exists!

Anyone wondering why Purolator is existing? Their service is the worst!

1️⃣First it took over a week to ship package within South Ontario for express service.

2️⃣2nd the driver neither left a notification on my apartment door nor buzz in. The package was sitting in the warehouse for 4days.

3️⃣3rd, I signed up email notifications, but have never received a single update email. I have to manually enter track code online to get an update. Unfortunately it was too late my package was return to the seller.

Very disappointing. How can this illegal business be allowed! They must be cancelled and shut down!

Sent an envelope a week ago and it still did not leave Cambridge. Paid over $30.00. On the web chat nobody responds - no agents available. When you call, you wait forever. They should reduce fees if they can no longer guarantee delivery times. Very very disappointed.

Maybe you should change the time on your cards you leave. It’d be nice to know you closed at 4 before I drive all the way down there. How am I suppose to pick up my package with those hours. Sorry we missed during the day when your at work maybe you should try and come by duri BF the day when your at work or the weekends. Oh wait your closed then too. Like what a joke

Ordered a box of cat litter from amazon. It comes in a cardboard box. I have a sign on my front door clearly requesting to use the side door. The front door is uncovered. The side door has a covered porch. Id prefer not to have a soggy box. It's 20 more feet. Purolator likes to drop stuff off without even knocking. I know this because I watched him do it. Every other company has the common sense and decency to place items logically. What's the deal with you guys?

Was sending a time sensitive letter over night that was supposed to arrive the next day for noon, ended up taking several days. Not impressed, will not be used their services again.

Really disappointed with the delivery service I had received yesterday.
I was expecting my order of 4 new tires to be delivered this week, however upon arriving to my house last night at 11: 00 pm, I was surprised to see that the new tires were sitting beside my door. The value of these tires is approximately $1,400, how is it acceptable to leave a product with this value sitting outside a customers house for most of the day.
The manufacture clearly states, "Tires can be delivered to your home by Purolator. After first delivery attempt, they will be available for pick up at your nearest Purolator location. "

I highly doubt that actually happened Michael Louca, I have never had any issues at Purolator and I get all my Amazon shipments through them.

The office here has a very bouncy and happy lady that runs it. I wish the delivery guys on the trucks had as much enthusiasm.

The lady there refused to give her name and gave a false number for customer service. She refused to give me my package and told me it was not there. She also asked one of the drivers to physically assault me. He grabbed me and I told them I was calling the cops. He backed off and she found my package. I think she had planned to steal my package. I caution anyone planning to use their service. Make sure Amazon does not use Purolator.

Can't believe how bad it was here. Didn't get my packages again, was told I didn't know how to read the tracking, then was interrupted and told to call the 1888 number twice. The woman didn't care for my concerns at all. I'm blown away by the terrible customer service.

Like all the other reviews, called 3 times 45 minutes apart each time and no answer. When I finally got through the lady was extremely rude like I ruined her day by calling in. When I asked about a R. M. A return and asked if this was the location to return said item she again was rude. If you don't like customer service find another job. Smh purolator. And I notice a generic reply everytime, some of these people reviewing were treated extremely poorly, get the hint.
