I just had the most awesome experience with Purolator I’ve ever had.
I had ordered something online this past Sunday… And yesterday, Tuesday I got a voicemail from the Purolator driver that my package required a signature and that he would try back again the next day… Today.
So once I got the message I called the driver back and he answered promptly. He told me not a problem he will try again the next day and gave me instructions if I wasn’t going to be home but he would be able to leave my package.
Huge cudos to Prolator driver Shawn Teel, who handles my area route 383.
He’s awesome at communicating and a man who keeps to his word and made things so easy and secure for me.
In my opinion he is very professional and a great asset of Purolator!

Terrible! I paid for overnight on Apr 17th. Today is Apr. 22 and it's stuck in Stratford. Has to be in Quebec by Monday, not going to happen! NEVER USE PUROLATOR!

Had a number of occasions to use them very friendly helpful tracking system works well delivery was either on time or next day.
Definitely use them again.

Purolator is useless. Canada post is actually better which is pathetic. I would pay more money for the products I ordered if you would just do your jobs. Honestly

Not impressed.updating your hours online is pretty simple.and it saves me from wasting time driving to a Purolator location that says it's open online only to see some paper sign in the window saying" we're closed". Save time, save money, save trees.cmon folks!?

Packages sent from an American friend, address needed correction for some time and he didn't realize. He couldn't call the number provided, so I did. Extension led us to Jessica. Tried calling twice to figure out the error or if I could just come pick them up. I was met with a rude attitude and claimed to not have the packages, yet both Amazon and Pitney Bowes tracking said it was with destination courier which was you guys. Regardless of what I said, she refused to help or work with me. Seemed to have better things to do.

The driver in Port Hope, Ben, always has a smile on his face, no matter the weather or how busy he is. He is polite, friendly and courteous. I have never had a bad Purolator experience. One time the box was dinged in a bit and he waited while I opened it to make sure it was ok (it was). Great job!

I missed delivery so I went to pickup the parcel at Purolator building. It took over half an hour to drive there. Once I got there the admin person was very pleasant, easy to deal with, and quickly got the parcel to me. Thanks.

I've had several instances where Purolator claims they tried to deliver my package but they never actually make an attempt to. With the pandemic I am home 24/7 yet somehow they can't knock on the door to deliver my packages. I've had on some occasions been told to go to the distribution center hours after they close for my packages as well. Terrible service.

Very rude. They called me and said if I don’t go and get my package I can’t get it. I paid for it. They said they were trying for days to drop it off but I’m home all day with my dogs who bark when someone walks up our drive way and I had not notice on my door. Lady made me feel bad. They are very sassy. Also they can’t take a joke try to avoid this place at all costs.

Just leave the package at the door like ALL the rest!

I can confirm that no signature was required. The package was listed as out for delivery for 4 straight days. I made arrangements to be there when the package was originally scheduled to be delivered to avoid this issue and it never arrived. I have also used an SNR sticker with no success as well.thanks.

Had to go to Ptbo depot to pickup pkg. (only 1 attempt to my home, why was it not back on truck the next day?) I had to drive 20min into town. Why not have a mini depot in Campbellford area? I paid for delivery to my door yet I still had to spend more money to pick it up.

The staff at this location are INCREDIBLY kind, thoughtful, and go above and beyond for folks who aren't even their clients!

I had sent a very important, time-sensitive letter through a taxi parcel service for local delivery in Peterborough and the driver mistakenly delivered it to the Purolator drop box here. The intended address was clearly labelled on the envelope, but my phone number was not. Instead of tossing it out or worse, the fine folks here delivered it to the correct address on my behalf. How did I find out? A couple of weeks later I had a pickup here and they remembered my name!

With the absolute flood of deliveries they have to make with the pandemic, they took it upon themselves to make sure the parcel was safely delivered. I know it's hard to be patient these days, but you don't have a good deed like this happen to you every day. There's nothing like hearing terrible and amazing news at the same time! Something to keep in mind when we interact with our next front-line counter staff or delivery person!

All day, company website assure that my item would be delivered today, so I stayed around waiting for it. Shortly after 5: 00, get notification that the driver couldn't be bothered coming today - might give it a shot tomorrow. Paid for overnight service, and done in again - not for the first time by Purolator. Tried "Customer Service. " Don't waste your time. Just a bot that gets uppity if you curse it.

This is the second time purolator sent my package to the wrong house and luckily the people are nice and brought it to me such a disappointment when its valuable items

Delivery drivers seem to refuse to deliver my items to my door, they don’t even knock because they would have to walk up a flight of stairs. I have been home all day in the kitchen where the door to the house is. He left his note at the bottom of the stairs on the walk way.their laziness now will cost me over an hour AGAIN to go pick my items up by city bus as I don’t drive this is the THIRD SEPARATE TIME THIS WEEK
UPDATE Jessica was extremely rude and refused to give me my items as I had temporary government Id since I just moved here and it takes 4-6 weeks for Id to come in the mail I asked to speak to a manager multiple times but she claimed no one was there after another staff member who was nice helped me she informed me management was in the back and Jessica was being negligent
I have never had such a horrible experience in like life trying to pick up items that belonged to me

Takes days for them to deliver in the same small city. I was ensured that I'd have my items before 9pm and it's now 9: 41 still waiting. Not the first time either so disappointed. Then nobody answers!

It's ridiculous that they have only 4 hours in the middle of the day for pick up during this state of emergency. Nobody who is an essential worker who needs to be at work has a chance to pick anything up. Having a short time for being open does nothing to help with COVID-19 either. That isn't a safety measure. Everywhere else that is essential, including UPS which is open until 8pm on weekdays, are open most of the day and still are practicing the appropriate amount of safety measures. There is no good reason to be closed early. How are we supposed to pick up our orders?

Drivers usually do not attempt delivery. They typically stick up a notice that the receiver was not available and leave without knocking. By doing this, the drivers waste the time of customers and increases the carbon footprint of actually getting goods delivered. This is a recurring issue that has been reported many times and isn't being resolved. Low standards as a company.

Worst delivery service ever! As some people comment they will not ring or even drop your package at your mailbox, instead they make you do more than a half an hour of travel just to pick up your package. UPS and Canada Post never failed to impress me positively. Theres not even an option on the website to choose to drop the package with consent so that you dont have to sign up, just like UPS does. This is my fifth time that i have to travel to get the goods, this is unacceptable!

I went to the 133 Jameson Dr, Depot on Feb 25 2020 at 7: 45 am and asked to ship a book, what a mistake. The girl looked as if I interrupted her from something more important. I asked her for a box (despite your website posts that you have all types) she said she didn't have any, only bags. So I told her that I would like my book to be protected. She said she had one box that she retrieved from on top of a cabinet in the office that was obviously too small a child could have deduced that at a glance. I left wondering what Purolator does all day. So i went to Staples on Lansdowne where a nice, smiling, helpful lady provided a box and shipped my package for me. I wonder if Purolator is shutting that depot down.

Was told my package would arrive today from Etobicoke, but instead it got shipped to montreal. I was told Monday, but at this rate who knows.

I hate Purolator. I was waiting at home for the delivery; no knock was made the door bell wasn't rung, and no notice was left. According to their tracking details they claim an attempt was made and a notice was left. Then I contact their customer support they tell me the location of the depot to go to and to keep checking the tracking details until the package is ready for pickup. So thanks for absolutely nothing.

Terrible service. They were supposed to deliver on Friday and will be pushing it to Tuesday. Okay stuff happens, why couldn't you deliver? "Couldn't find your address". How? Not only have I had hundreds upon hundreds of deliveries made to my address without problems your driver drove past twice. Mind you I'm not gonna jump in front of his truck to get my parcel. I would never trust them with anyone of my packages, receiving or sending.

Went to get a package after work. The lady started to almost interrogate me about my package. Asking when it was delivered and why I don't have my slip, what kind of package it was. Very unprofessional Canada Post takes my ID matches it with my package and that's it. Not 20 questions.

We have been receiving portion of our shipments by Purolator for several years. The last shipment which was delivered without signature as authorized by us, was damaged. Our submitted claim was denied because we signed their waiver. We live on a rural property, so there's not a chance it was damaged by a passerby. One and only claim in over 10 years denied by Purolator "well worth unhappy customer and a negative review".

I decided to ship through purolator as Canada Post has been unreliable in the past. I paid over 150.00 to get next day delivery. I could have waited to 2 days and saved 100.00. What was being shipped was competition suits for my athletes to compete this weekend. The reason for the delay was the supplier was waiting on fabric. So to not chance it and having had great experiences with Purolator in the past I didn't mind spending the extra money. 5 hrs before delivery I received a notice that the package was late, as in over 24 hrs late. Waited on the phone for 40 minutes to talk to someone, was even willing to drive from Peterborough to Hamilton to get the package. She went as far as to tell me that the competition can start late if I explain what happened. I am still waiting on the suits and am hoping Peterborough Purolator will rectify this situation and get us our suits before we leave for the competition.

I waited at home for your driver to arrive. There was no audible knock on the door, nor was the doorbell rung. The notice on the door listed the time the driver called as 11: 55 a.m. There were two of us (and a dog) in the house.

When I called the number on the notice, I was told that they could not contact the driver but merely his depot, and that there was no way of knowing if he would return today. The suggestion was that I should be willing to waste another morning waiting for him to call again tomorrow.
