I sent a package to United States in that arrive completely damage after I called over there and they passed the call for a lot departments they finally talked to me to said that I need to fill a claim form and I did, but they said that“ Purolator has declined my claim” I lost the item I sent and the money I paid for the shipment as well. It is a shame this company cause even sending a proof of the damage of it, and label that box with a lot “fragile” warning and package it so good this kind of things happened.

I have 2 pages 1 was send from Edmonton on Saturday a friend.he said it will come on Tuesday ok.at about 5.30pm Tues evening I get a text message from Purolator that my pages must be pickup i went to Purolator outlets at martingrove rd on wed the lady said my pages is at 800 Kipling Ave that was out in Mississauga so I called costumer service on wed morning the lady said the driver came to my apartment and he leave.i didn't get no message or phone call or no slips from the driver the lady said he said he run out slips on Tues.now I still don't get any of my pages i get a message yesterday Thursday to pickup my next pages same place at 800 Kipling Ave in Mississauga after the lady at costumer service told me that my last page will be rerote and come yesterday that on Thursday I saw the dervliey driver 2 times yesterday one at his truck next time was in the elevator on the 4 floor i ask him again do have any pages for me i give him my name and my app number he no I really wants to know if that's how Purolator dealt with these costumer i for one will never used Purolator again or tell anyone to used no way

The staff in the office is worst ever.no management. No planning. Today I waited for 3 hours. In first hour 2 shipper ladies ignored me like I don’t exist. Bad experience ever.never gonna pick load from this stupid location.

You know walking hesitantantly into Purolator from a smaller town as Edmonton the staff there was so wonderful and excellent that now perhaps I'll move to Toronto! Truly kind and helpful since I usually never do the paperwork for our business myself but rest assure from filling out the forms to actually printing me the customs form, I'm glad I choose this location on Vulcan street. Thank you, T and T and all the staff.

Dont deserve a single star worst dispatch paperwork was ready and asked to wait for 1 hour and 30 mins and its covid and there was a rush of 20 or more people it sucks dont be here save ur life

Completely unreliable. Completely useless. And absolutely no help after they have lost your packages.

They only needed to get my package 20 minutes from its pickup location.and they somehow lost it on the way.
Now they have done nothing to help track down the package; instead I have to call the store to get a new book sent out!
And what, then have puralator try their hand a delivering it again? ! They couldn’t manage the first time, how are the expected to get it to me this time.
Not to mention they have wasted so much of my time that there isn’t even enough time to get a new book delivered before school starts.

Thanks for losing my $200 textbook and not caring at all to help. You’ve really screwed me over.

If at all possible, avoid this company.

Such an amazing experience at this location. Lady at the front desk was very polite and helping. She went above and beyond to help me out with my shipping. She deserves to be appreciate. Thank you for your help.

Person working on the front desk is awesome. No complains about her but a tip for the company’s policy makers.change your policy of delivery.where you don’t contact the customer when arrive nor let the customer contact the driver. In this day and age of technology I got frustrated twice with this and missed out on delivery.had to travel 40 mins each way to get the package! WHY on earth do you think that customers orders something ONLINE? Hint: to save TIME! You surely lost me as your customer! Come out of primitive era Purolator.it’s high time and customers don’t have telepathy on when the courier person will arrive at their door!

Canada's worst choice of courier. I would trust a rabid skunk to get my packages delivered INTACT before I would ever give Puroloser another nickel. Unfortunately, when the packages are being shipped to me, I don't have a choice in which courier is used. As a consequence, packages don't show up when their system says delivery pending. I have wasted entire days waiting for important packages, never mind that they were already late to begin with.truck never even came down my street, and yet somehow I get a message telling me that they missed me at home and that I can drive all the way to Belleville, Ontario to pick up my parcel. Get stuffed. I have tried having expected parcels dropped and held at local Stinkolator agents. This works, but it's no guarantee that the parcel and contents haven't been smashed, crushed, wrecked. The friggin' Post Orifice has a better track record for not breaking stuff than Stinkolator does.

Very bad service. Has an important package to be received ASAP and there is no status update online since 3days. I am freaking out right now and had been calling customer service multiple times, who continue to put me on hold for hours. When called this number, they inform saying that there is no way to know even the pickup location, due to the lack of scanning information. I have spent so many dollars, which is mere waste now and it is because of your poor service. If you have more packages to deliver, it is your problem to figure out the solution, as you have already committed to certain timeframe. If not, do not give false promises. I am very frustrated because no one is at least helping me identify the pick up location, if you can’t deliver. Please help ASAP.

This is company has Zero accountability. On October 1st 2018 I drove a package 20 minutes to their main sorting location in Toronto to hand delivery an important package. I ask the lady serving the counter "will this be able to ship today for next day Delivery? " i was told yes. It is now October 4th and i still have no updates on the location of my package just that it is "In transit". I have been a business partner with Purolator for a very long time but their unreliable zero accountability attitude has caused me to move most of my business to FedEx. I put in requests and get Zero call backs and cant even get the location of an important package that is already 2 days late. I would give this company Zero stars if i could i will be looking to move all my business away from Purolator in the coming weeks. Awful company with inconsiderate staff.to anyone looking to start business with this company "DO NOT" they will leave you high and dry without even an apology for their piss poor business.
