Opted into their texting option to let us know when the package would arrive, didn’t get a notification and on a whim went outside to see and find out I missed them by 4 minutes. Proceeded to call to be put on hold for 40 minutes to then be told they can’t do anything about it. Had to take a day off work to be here to sign for it. Not impressed

Package never gets delivered, they always have excuses as to why they can’t make a delivery. I gave them the correct address and they still canceled my delivery. PLEASE, just deliver the package.

Have difficulty getting the drivers out to my location. Called and would not allow me to pick up the package at Puro location. Something I had no trouble doing before. Not impressed now I have to wait over the weekend for my wrist brace.
Do not choose next day delivery its a joke. The package that I chose to wait on with reg delivery arrived no problems early. The one I needed and wanted asap is delayed 3 days.
11/27/2023 After the package was not delivered again the Monday I called once again. This time explaining that the item was medical supplies and was need asap. Then the agent was able to "escalate" and have the package held for me at the depot to pick up on Tuesday the 28th. This made me relieved as now I can start to heel. So sad it took this long to get a next day delivery.

The people receiving the dropoff packages are the most polite people in the industry. They always say hello and remind me to have a good day. It's a pleasure to see people like this in life

Very bad service.how come only purolator has problems delivering parcels.all other services could get into our building without any problems.we paid for shipping delivery cost.but we still need to pay extra for the travelling just to pick up our parcel in their office.so inconvenient and not helpful to us.doesnt make sense when u paid for delivery but still u need to make effort again just to pick it up!

Every time I order packages through them I always have to go pick it up, waited around all day for them to stick a note on the door and race back to their truck. Not a great service. Route 38B.

Every single time! I have to drive to this location and pick up the packages! They are supposed to deliver to my place! More than once, they just left note and even didn’t try to deliver the package! If one company has to go bankrupt, this is the one!

I called about 4pm. I was quite unsure of what to do. I spoke to a lovely woman who in under a minute had dispelled any qualms I had. And my package was picked in less than an hour. Great service.

If this was the first time I could understand this.but it isn't. We are at home, name and apartment on the buzzer board to call us. I get a notification saying they made a delivery attempt. No call from them to buzz them in. Every single time!

They rescheduled my delivery twice, when I made a complaint they told me it would definitely go out the next business day, which was a Monday as they don't deliver on weekends. Monday morning, I get a text saying I have to pick it up, which is impossible for me.
I look at my tracking and they lied and said they attempted delivery on Sunday, which 1) They don't do and 2) I was home all day. I called again and this time was told that the package didn't have a shipping label, which, again.is a lie. I checked with the sender and they said it was there. It's also odd that throughout the complaint process and multiple days of them neglecting to deliver.not once did it say there was no label and that was only removed after making a complaint. Curious.

When they say that they have arrived my package and I go outside seeing the paper ask me to pick up at a far distance from my home. Can they just knock the door or phone me? Do they know how to deliver stuffs?

The fact this is the ONLY place in all of London to pick up your missed packages is just ridiculous! And your customer service just hangs up on you when you call. This has got to be the most inconvenient company i have ever dealt with

No one even knocked at my door! This happened twice now! All i get is a note sticking on my door. There should be someone monitoring the delivery drivers if they're doing their job right!
I was literally in the kitchen at the time and it was just beside the entrance of my apartment!
No one even answer the phone calls!
Purolator has a reputation that drivers aren’t knocking on the doors and yet the management doesn’t monitor them!

I received a notice slip at my door saying my package would be available at a certain location after a certain time. A day later and the package isn’t at the stamped location Purolator provided. Shocker that you only have a 2 star rating… I wonder why… the point of delivery is to have something delivered, not to go on a goose chase looking for it.

ABSOLUTELY WORST DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. 3 times they have put a note on the tracking system stating incorrect address. When I called them they tell me that the truck broke down. Then when I called them again they say wrong address. Then I spend three hours on the phone with them and they still will not deliver. I live an hour away and they are unwilling to help

Had a delivery attempt yesterday at 1: 15pm, I was home at the time, but nobody called or knocked on my door to receive the package. Just a failed delivery attempt sticker stuck on the door. I don't even know what the package is, since I haven't ordered anything, so I'm not going to drive 40 minutes from the outskirts on the opposite end of the city for a random package that could be anything.

Please.make sure the drivers actually ATTEMPT to make contact for the delivery.

Wayfair sent 2 identical items one through Fedex & one through Purolator.
My Fed ex order arrived 6 days ago & I am still waiting for Purolator to process my order which has been sitting in the London sorting facility for over a week.

An honest slogan for the company would be "We provide the worst customer service on earth", I've have the infortune of receiving my last 3 packages with them and in all occasions they have been a delay with my package due to an address error, apparently their system doesn't get your unit number automatically, and when the driver makes its first "attempt" to deliver your package that won't be possible because there is no Apt.number.they won't call you or send you an email, you have to call them and wait at least an 1 on trying to reaching a customer service representative just to confirm that you won't be able to get your package that day even if you offer them to go to the sort facility and pick it up there.

After this, if they deliver your package next day, you will be a very lucky person, since I have to wait at least 3 business days since the customer service representative failed again to include your apt number.

For real if I could select my courier on amazon when I placed the order I would never use Purolator, and I rather to pay for a fly ticket than sending a package with them, this is just the worst customer service ever, I have to wait nearly a week for receiving my item even though the item is already here from the beginning of the week

Didn’t even knock when my partner was home all day, then said delivery attempt failed and now we have to go pick it up because they’re only going to hold it for 5 business days and they’re only open when we work. Terrible.

I never ever get anything I ordered online when it is shipped by Purolator. They attempt to deliver only during normal office hours and then drive my order to a location 10 miles from my home with no bus service.

A location close to the trains ️ cargo storage facilities, which I imagine helps with the various items that Purolator must deliver. It's location to Highbury Avenue helps with a direct route to 401 east & west!

This isn't specifically about the London location but Purolator in general. 3 days in a row now "Delivery rescheduled for the next business day". No explanation, no idea where my package actually is. Was supposed to be delivered Tuesday and they literally can't tell me when it will arrive or where it is.

I have been shipping fairly regularly for last year and a half or so and have had nothing but excellent service Ian, Susan and Natasha are amazingly helpful very professional I would be lost without them So friendly always smiling I. A delivery Driver in my Neighbourhood dropped off 6 solar panels and went out of his way to put them in a safe place for Me. Thank You So Much

I never write reviews, in fact I was hesitant to write this one especially during such a busy and stressful time.but. I cant get a hold of anyone to understand where my package is and if it will ever get delivered. I would love to get my new desk so I can work from home. My package arrived to London on December 8th and its been "arrived at sort facility" or "delivery schedule for next business day" ever since, its now December 17th.what is happening.

Purolator has been in possession of my parcel, in its destination city, for 10 days. Twice they have attempted to deliver my parcel to my place of residence while I was at work. Twice I have wasted my time calling customer support and requesting that they leave it at the depot for pickup. Purolator's incompetence to deliver items in a acceptable period of time is only outmatched by the frustration it causes its customers.

Based on the website tracking history of my parcel, I'm forced to assume that multiple Purolator "authorized agents" have been playing a strange game of hot potato with my computer monitor. Seriously guys, how many weeks and agents does it require to deliver a parcel.

Poor service. I will never use this courier again. They lady who called was so rude. She asked for an access code to enter into a building and I said we don’t have can you call us once your here so we can come and get it, she replied they don’t call while driving, (of course I know that) then she said ok the delivery will be next week the earliest. I guess have no choice but to pick up my package.

Edit: Just found out you can blacklist drivers on Amazon, make sure you tell them to never give you Purolator, it's worth it!

They left a note on my landlords door to pickup a package, didn't even knock on mine, it was a 150 dollar package and I left specific instructions that they ignored, when I try to reach customer support humans are basically non-existent or it keeps disconnecting me saying no agents are available, what a joke, I'm doing anything I can to avoid deliveries from these guys again in the future.they're not worth the risk

1 week delay. No communication for 10 days. Had to contact them by my self. Parcel was there at depot for 10 days. 20 min away from my home, still unable to deliver god knows why. Parcel contains travel documents. Paid for express post. Not happy with service. Would not consider for future.

Multiple times having to get ahold of them, Never delivering on time, I live in an apartment building they will not come up to the front door even after being told the buzz code only works for the front door I have watched drivers pull in turn around and just leave because they know they can't get into the back door and they refuse to walk to the front

I was at home when "attempted delivery" was made. My apartment buzzer ring once and when I answer the driver had already left. Now it's a trip across town to outside the city at there remote location to pick up my package. I have also advised seller they should change shippers. Never use Purolator!

I would give less, but we have an amazing guy delivering now and he is just great. We had the worse experiences in the past with them.horrible! But I can tell they are slowly trying to improve. In the past when we were going to pick up our packages the staff was rude as well, but now they changed them and is starting to look good. I will review this again in 6 months to a year because I want to see if they keep improving. Otherwise the 2 stars are enough for now and they've earned them just because of the driver that comes to our building! Keep it up, dude! You rock:)

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I waited over 2 weeks for a local package to deliver to my apartment. I never received the package nor a tracking stub, leading me to believe no one attempted a delivery. I received a call on a Thursday saying I needed to pick up my package by the Monday (they're closed on the weekends). We went to get the package and they refused to look for my package because I did not have a tracking number. I was never provided a tracking number, only an order number. The woman was rude and the whole experience was incredibly unprofessional.

Girlfriend bought a bed on Amazon. Purolator said they tried to deliver it which was a total lie. We were home waiting for it. She called and complained and they said driver would come back. They didn't arrive. Then they played games and we had to wait 3 days for them to find it. I had to pick up because they would not deliver. Brutal! People at pick up were super nice it's unfortunate the original service sucked. Warning people.they are terrible.

I wish I could give Purolator zero stars as they truly are the worst delivery service I have ever used. They are incapable of delivering packages, their customer service is terrible, and you have to wait forever to reach anyone on the phone. I do not think that I will ever receive my package. I will never be purchasing from a business again that uses Purolator as their delivery service.

I made an order from Purolator regarding my course books and I need them at time but they delayed for for weeks and when I call them they say I moved from my location which I wasn’t when I went to pick the order from warehouse 1 cuddy court they behave very rudely as it was my mistake. How are these people still in business? By far the worst experience with a shipping company. And not just one time, several times, EVERY time.
Drivers rarely speak English, most are lazy. Try calling these guy, HA Good Luck, set aside 45mins just to reach someone and if you do, do not expect whatever you request to be done.
I could go on and on.
Purolator is the WORST shipping company!

I ordered a package from Amazon that had arrived in London early Friday morning and according to the tracker was put on a truck and was "out for delivery". I was home all day not leaving once until the evening when my husband was home. Purolator never showed up on Friday. Cut to today (Monday) the tracker again says it's on a truck and out for delivery as of 8: 56am. I live 15 minutes away from the purolator that has my package. No one has come to my door. No package has been delivered even though it's been on a truck since Friday and out for delivery since 8 o'clock this morning. Really unhappy with poor service. Next time I'll be sure not to order from anyone that uses this delivery company.

I've had items under their service three times. Through EB Games & Amazon. I live in an apartment building and they seem to be unable to access our mailboxes. The address info through both sites don't ask for buzzer codes, yet Purolator fails to get in all three times cause they need it. Amazon delivered a different item and got it to my apartment door without me letting them in. I even try calling to find out where my item is (as there are two in London) and got no response for 30 minutes twice.

Then I have to go across the city to acquire said items. It may not be as bad for home/complex dwellers, yet I definitely recommend apartment people to use any other mailing service.

FYI: Amazon Users, Amazon support chat can blacklist carriers to your door.

I was home all day, my phone rings, it’s the apartment buzzer. Oh great! My package is here. I let the driver in, go to meet him in the lobby within one minute, gone! No delivery notice, look up my Amazon order “delivery attempted”. Call them, tell them what the driver did, they reply “oh”. So I contacted Amazon Chat, they are able to blacklist carriers to your door! So we did that. Out of all the Amazon carriers they are the worst. Drivers rarely show and scan items as attempted delivery to keep up with their routine time (my guess).

Worst courier service out there. My order has been at delivery location for 5 days, everyday i get the notification that your package will be today but they don't deliver the package. Tried calling customer care for help after 15 mins on hold they say your order will be delivered tomorrow.hope i'll get my package next year
