Purple Bubble Asian Cuisine

I came in having broken both of my legs and both of my arms. The employee who was working cash healed all four of my broken limbs and paid for my corn dog and taro slush out of their own pocket. I walked out with full use of my arms and legs and a delicious lunch on a hot summers day. Thank you unnamed purple bubble employee for your service 11/10 ️️️️️️

I love purple bubble.i am their #1 fan they are slaying.ive only had their korean hot dogs for food but ive heard the other food is so good too u should try it all bc its so yummy.i love their milk tea.especially strawberry milk tea.it tastes like my childhood its delicious.my friends all love the non milk tea drinks too.if you like food and bubble tea go to purple bubble no ones better than purple bubble this sounds so sponsored damng.shoutout to best purple bubble employee cool earrings (nicknamed for their cool earrings). They dont work there anymore but they deserve a shoutout bc they were best employee

Food tasted really good, but the milk tea bubble tea was lacking sweetness and just tasted really plain for some reason. The service is kinda slow, so I don't recommend it if you are in a rush.

The Korean hot dogs and bubble tea keep me coming back. They recently added more add-ons for the hotdog which is cool. There is usually a bit of a wait since it's quite popular. My only complaint is that they only let you choose three sauces for your Korean hotdog and I do love my sauces!

Had the halal corn dogs! Pretty great tasting. Serves were very very helpful. Slowly bringing halal into their menu. Went back a few more times since

It's really a shame to give this place a lower rating. Their food is really delicious and they have an awesome menu selection however their customer experience is truly disappointing. It's hard enough to get them on the phone. You'll spend a lot of time calling repeatedly, only to get a "voice-mail box full" message. When you finally do get a hold of them, they will quote you a 20 minute pickup time only to take 60+ minutes to have your order complete. If they could fix this problem, they certainly would be worthy of a 5 star rating.

Today I was there with my daughter to get milk tea. We were the only one waiting to to order and two more people already ordered and waiting for their order. 3 employees were inside and none of them care for us. There was a lady, (I believe she is the manager or owner) she was talking to the employees. At least for a courtesy they would have said 'I will be with you shortly'. No one said anything. We waited for five minutes and came back. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I've been here multiple times and the staff are friendly, and the food is excellent. The portion sizes are big too.

We come here once in a while when were craving for some Korean hotdogs, But lately the service has not been really pleasing for me and my family, I guess the staff taking the orders has been numb to looking people straight in the eye in front of them and taking a few phone orders other than the people lined up in front of them. Long lineups are a already frustrating enough, imagine families coming with hungry children. Don't get me wrong it's the only food that offers Korean food nearby, But once another one pops up, I'd gladly choose the other guy. For me it's not only the taste of the food, It's the whole dining experience. I mean if this was an isolated incident I would gladly let it go for my kids love this kind of food, but it happens to us every single time. So, having said that, Not crazy about this place anymore.

I had the red thai curry. It was very good and big enough for 2 people.

Average bubble tea. Cost is a little high compared to when they opened but it’s still decent and the service is good, although slightly slower.

999/10 i absolutely love this place to eat and get drinks. It meant so much to have a place to eat and drink bubble tea in peace. The recipes for their special bubble teas are unique and so delicious! As well as their corndogs which are definitely a MUST! They are HUGE. If you do go, try the creamy passion fruit drink!

Anytime I'm in Canada I usually get their Beef Ho Fun and its delicious. The food options and drinks are great, but the management seems to be poor. Girl at cash counter seemed overworked, they pick up the phone WHILE the customer is waiting in front and pickup order people have to stand in the same line? It is very unorganized, I had to wait 15 mins just to pay for my food and that defeats the whole purpose of pickup. Staff manages to push through but there was also more than one occasion where I overheard them yelling at employees?
Definitely need more workers and better management. They need to sit down and figure out a system or something

Been coming for the bubble tea here for the last few months and it is my go-to spot!

Milk teas are always good and service is quick and consistent despite their rush. Prices are also competitive compared to the other tea spots in the area.
I personally love their Taro and Mango milk tea!
Overall do recommend coming here if you want some good bubble tea in Ajax.

Slowest experience ever. Also calling ahead to order you'd still ha e to wait in a super long line to pay. If taking phone in orders there should be a separate line

Went in the evening and it was swamped! Herds of people waiting to be fed. To my surprise, the workers handled it with poise and grace. They were calm cool and collected while feeding the masses, like Jesus with the fish. Great food, tea-rrific service, and bubbly personalities! I think his name was Carlo? Would return!
