TERRIBLE WARRANTY & CUSTOMER SERVICE! JOEL MADE A VISIT TO MY HOME ABOUT REPLACING A PEACE OF STONE THAT HAD A LARGE MARKING ON IT, ALONG WITH SOME SEAM WORK TO BE COMPLETED. ITS BEEN OVER 2 YEARS AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR HIM TO DO THE REPAIRS! AFTER MANY CELL PHONE CALLS, TEXTS, AND MESSAGES LEFT AT THE OFFICE, HE IS NOW NOT RESPONDING AT ALL. THIS IS THE WAY YOU DO BUSINESS WHEN PEOPLE PAY YOU GOOD MONEY FOR YOUR SERVICES, AND YOU CAN'T EVEN COME OUT AND DO WARRANTY WORK! RUSTY, WHO DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU ANY MORE BECAUSE YOU SHORT CHANGED HIM HAS REACHED OUT TO ME TO DO THE REPAIRS OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET. We hired Joel and his company to repair our deteriorating front steps. They did a wonderful job-just a few minor details to correct-but they did it in a timely manner and his workers were pleasant and cleaned up well once they were done-even putting our front porch chair back when they were finished. (we didn’t realize it would be in their way when we put it out). Would highly recommend Joel and PWStone to do your stone work!

We hired PW Stone to fix our front porch that was literally falling apart. The steps were chipped and had a big dip on the porch.
He told us exactly what needed to be done to fix the problems and the end result was beautiful!
