We drove all the way from Toronto to get our girls ears cropped. Dr. Abassi and his staff were wonderful. This was my first crop and as an over thinker I was very nervous. Every step was explained out to us pre-crop and post-crop. We weren’t forced to do anything we didn’t want. They did recommend a blood test before surgery but we also had option to opt out of that. They were accommodating in our request to do a crop between short and show. We also asked for her to be microchipped day of surgery and they accommodated that as well. They called me when she was out of surgery. They truly made this whole experience non-stressful. The 2 ladies we encountered at the front desk were so nice. They don’t post after crops, but they do have a guy who does and will give you his number. We didn’t need to post after. And her ears look gorgeous! Amazing job! Thank you for treating us so well. Definitely will recommend. I waited until her stitches came out to post a review as I wanted to include pictures after as well.

The best choice for your pet! Very kind, caring and compassionate staff and they always have their patients best interest at heart! Dr. Bajwa has been my Cockapoo's vet for 13 years now.ever since he was 8 weeks old. Dr. Abassi is also amazing and very kind and gentle with Riley. Kim is incredible, kind and extremely helpful. Riley loves her! The staff always listens to your concerns, then present you with the options and (most importantly), involve the family in the decision making process in order to come up with the best plan for your pet. I highly recommend Pyne Hills and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Brought our kittens one female one male to get spayed and neutered. Very friendly and helpful staff. Procedure was done in an hour and a bit also very affordable! Well worth the drive to TOTTENHAM!

They performed a surgery on my dog for cherry eye that nobody local to me would do, and the places that would wanted upwards of 3k.

I was able to have it done for $900 after taxes and happy to say 2 weeks later my dogs eye is nearly perfect again.

Probably one of the worst experiences yet! It doesn't take much to see this facility operates like a gas station, having several people served before you while standing at reception even with an appointment. Very unprofessional!
Also walking in for the first time and to hear how exhausted the staff was and ready to "check out" didn't make comforting to leave my animal there at all.

PLEASE READ. Truly i don’t believe in reviews but this one is needed.i brought my 1 year old cat in due to extremely odd behaviour. They did x-rays, blood work, physical exams and prescribed him pain meds. The doctors “concern” was his kidneys and then proceeded to called me liar, meanwhile he had not weighed out any other possibilities that could have been wrong with him.i spent $1000 on pain medications and all the other stuff that they did that day.i took him back 2 days later because nothing had improved again they sent me away with him again and enforced the pain medication. I took him back to a different vet the following day because he wasn’t breathing properly, he was completely misdiagnosed. First of all, they failed to tell me he was extremely constipated. Which lead to fluid build up in his lungs and immediate heart failure.i unfortunately had to put him down today, he started foaming at the mouth his nose started to turn blue it was a very act fast kind of moment. They had to keep him on oxygen, and they told me he would not have made it to an emergency vet. If you value and love your animals PLEASEEEE take them to a vet who truly value the animals life.i saved him from an unfortunate situation just for him to be in another unfortunate situation.he was apart of my family, im extremely upset, and can’t help but wonder if he could have been saved if i had taken him somewhere else to begin with.

Always very friendly and good I’ve been going here for years I live in Barrie it’s worth the drive trust me you won’t regret it and pricing you can’t match it best place I’ve ever took in my baby sister and they’re not greedy for money they do not make you do things you don’t want to do I always only get Raby shots that’s all that’s required because my babies don’t really go outside they don’t care for the outside they don’t make you get other needles or other things they don’t care if that’s what you want that’s what you get other vets will make you Do other test in other needles and things that you don’t need trust me you will not regret it

This is where my puppy had received his first set of vaccinations and they came highly recommended from the breeder. I have been bringing my puppy since to Pyne Hills. The staff at Pyne Hills is patient, caring and very understanding. Being a first time pet parent I had a lot of questions and concerns. Dr. Abbasi and Dr. Bajwa as well as their staff of Vet Techs are very helpful and always put your mind at ease. After my puppy’s recent neutering surgery inspite of instructions and warning given on the side effects of anaesthesia like any concerned parent I contacted them when I saw him throw up and the receptionist was very helpful in putting my mind at ease. She understood my concern and didn’t brush it off. Thank you Pyne Hills for your understanding, patience and care towards my little pup.

Outstanding staff and caring Vet. Our dog is 13 yr old, I thought it was final days. The staff were quick to assess and did tests that were required. Treatment was given and we are back on the road to recovery.
The clinic has great stock of food required, our Lucy is back to enjoying good health.

Just read alysaa browns review, & I would not take that review seriously - we had a litter of cane corso pups done there & all of the ears turned out fantastic, all are nice and symmetrical - they do go over everything with you. They do not post, as per our conversation prior & reading over the PAPERWORK, if she read the paperwork she signed off on she would have known! The vet was great, the staff was great - very busy clinic & still they managed to accommodate us accordingly. Our litters mother had her ears done here, turned out great - her pups also, turned out great. I would recommend this clinic to everyone who needed cropping done right.

I had to wait outside for almost 30 minutes waiting for a room because the waiting area is very small. Then I waited another 15 minutes for the vet to come in. This vet did not even touch my dog, he had me hold him by his collar so he could inspect his ears. He refused to cut his nails cuz he said there were too busy and prescribed over $200 in medicine that he said probably won't do much.
I'm going to get a second opinion from a different veterinarian!

I wanted to thank Dr Abassi for doing such a wonderful ear crop on my Doberman Kelso, I was able to remove the stitches on my own due to his very clean stitch work. And my puppy is doing very well I would recommend your clinic to anyone looking for a great job on ear cropping. Thank-you again Dwan McKay.

Love both doctors especially dr Bajwa. I’ve sole searched for the perfect vet prior to even being a breeder myself and this vet is the only one I would refer to anyone asking my advice. There attentive, loving, easy to communicate with and have good conversation when your just waiting around, they are accommodating, time efficient and fair priced and well worth the drive wherever you’re driving from as I drive to them from Niagara Falls. A lot of vets can learn from them.

Highly recommend. Got 4 pups from my litter of Argentine Dogos ears cropped. They checked with us first about the style and even allowed us to see where the cut would be before the surgery. Very friendly staff. Kept to schedule and price. I'll be back 100%

So I gave them a $50 deposit for an ear crop appointment. I then emailed back about 30 mins later for a refund and was told I can't get the refund. I was never notified through email or phone about no refund. For deposits. Now they are ignoring my emails.

This really is the best place to go. Not over priced, the staff if always nice, and they care for your pets. I recommend this place to everyone.

The staff and vets are very disorganized and unprofessional. They only seem to be interested in money and not your pet. Go somewhere else.

They took great care of my puppy and explained thoroughly the procedure and aftercare.

The experience left much to be desired and overall, is not a clinic I would want to bring my pet to if I had a choice.
Upon being setup in the exam room, I waited about 45 minutes for the vet to show up and do a very quick examination, and then proceed to strongly recommend an aggressive treatment plan that I did not request. I was straightforward in what the situation was, and exactly what I was looking for with regards to diagnostics, but despite saying no the first time, it was added to the estimate, until it was read off to me again at which point I said that I did not want the additional tests.
Being able to listen to your clients needs without aggressively making recommendations, especially if the animal is already under the care of another vet who just happened to be closed on that day, is not good practice and shows little respect for the owner, original vet, and even the animal. The overall attitude towards treatment is aggressive in wanting to treat things with medications immediately, as opposed to truly determining if there is actual need for it. A more conservative approach to medicine is needed, especially with the rise in antibiotic resistance.

Dr Bajwa and his staff have been excellent with all of our fur babies. We have been taking our "guys" there since Dr Post opened up. I recommend this clinic to all fur baby parents.

Dr. Bassi is the best the other doctor has no respect for pets or owners. He seems to busy making money

Best care you will get for your fur baby. The staff here are amazing and polite, friendly and welcoming, not rude. The prices are very reasonable. I came here for my first dog and now we have a rescue and I drive just over an hour to go to this specific vet.
All of my friends and family I recommend them to come here.

Took great care of my puppy during her spay. Highly recommended and Sydney was fantastic and followed up with me a week later to see how she was doing.

Definitely not a Veterinarian you can trust with your puppy. Brought in my puppy to have her tail docked and was told it would take a couple of hours. Received a call two hours later saying she died. Very rude staff and Doctor was ignorant. Said to report him and his insurance will compensate me very sad. If he compensates me he said it will prove he's guilty. Dropped off my puppy healthy and supposedly trusted hands and picked her up frozen in a bag. Shame on you.

I just wanted to say that Dr. Naeem Bajwa and the team were super amazing to me. Unfortunately, yesterday I had to have my dog euthanized. Dr Bajwa was just so supportive, so gentle, sincere and genuine. It is a difficult thing to do in life. I can say that he was just so very lovely and really gave me the vibe that he cared and wanted to help as much as he possibly could. I highly recommend him as a vet. They are quick to see your pets and very accommodating. Will return in the future for medical visits for my pets

I had a very poor experience at this clinic. The staff are not helpful and when you call they act like you are inconveniencing them. I also would’ve appreciated meeting the doctor before surgery as the doctor who performed the exam was not the same that did the surgery. They also could not provide me with an appropriate sized cone for aftercare which was very inconvenient and I was told to “call around to other clinics” to find an appropriate size. This information would have been helpful before my appointment as I could’ve prepared in advance. Really disappointed. We won’t be returning.

As the primary veterinarian for the past four years for my dog, I’ve been very satisfied with the service here.
The hours of operation are great for people with tight and varied schedules. Despite being a busy practice, appointments run generally on time and waiting is minimal. The front desk staff are courteous and friendly. The office and examining rooms are clean.
Both Dr. Bajwa and Dr. Abassi are knowledgeable and compassionate.

They Helped my cat for down to Earth prices and we're very nice people. Animal first money second!

I was looking for a new vet and they came highly recommended. After our first appointment I was so happy to find them. They give honest advice and don't try to sell you anything that is not needed. I would highly recommend them!

Both the vets at this location are amazing doctors. I take my cat in regularly for her check-ups for the past 3 years and Dr. Bajwa and Dr. Abbasi always make sure she is looked after with the appropriate care. I never have to wait past my appointment time and she is given the doctor's full attention upon examination without interruptions. Even though this vet is a bit of commute for me, the service provided is like no other and is worth the hour long drive. I would definitely recommend this clinic:)

I took my new Puppy there for her 2cd set of shots and exam. I am not sure if they had other things going on, as they seemed in a hurry. Dr came in gave Trixie her shots and left without discussing or examining her. I was not told her weight or if she was healthy and a proper weight. I felt invisible. I dont even know the doctors name. I have considered giving them a second chance but after reading reviews I doubt it. To bad they were convenient close and was happy with the cost. Disappointed as I need a clean bill of health and need to know about it.

The worst customer experience I have ever experienced in my life. The staff and the doctors are a joke. They are uneducated and unprofessional with clients. They lie and take their time with test results. No compassion or respect what so ever. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time going there. Your pet deserves better.

The staff and vets are super friendly and they like your animals too. I take mine in for wellness checks just to have a chat with the vet and make sure all is good. They have no problem sharing tips and tricks and will steer you in a good direction for the animal, not their bank account.

Dr.abassi is a great doctor this is definitely one of the best vets we've used for our Animals.

Vets are very good and prices much lower than other vets in the area, however the other staff on the other hand not so much. Had my dog in this week to rerun tests and was potentially looking at a serious medical condition. Five days and didn't hear back about results (was told they would call), called and was hung up on then when I called back was told that she had not gotten the vet, that she had the results but wouldn't give them to me and a vet would call me that night. 24hrs+ later no call so I called again, again said that results are in, said the vet was gone (several hours before the clinic closed so there had to be a vet there), she did get the vet (test results came back abnormal) to call when I reminded her that I was hung up in last night and was supposed to receive a call last night, however that vet said that he'd get the other vet to call in the morning with more information and to decide how to proceed and never heard from them.
Not impressed with their lack of urgency in dealing with this, if tests results are coming back abnormal and there's potentially a serious medical condition going on I would expect them to be in touch when they said they are and the rudeness of the people answering the phones and their lack of ability to pass on information to the vets, it should not take a week or longer to get information on tests that should take 1-3 days tops

Nice and and friendly staff. They’re very understanding and accommodating. I had my dogo argentinos ears cropped from here about 9-10 months back and now neutered and microchipped just a few days ago. My dog sometimes tends to gets nervous and scared when being around new people which my family and I told the staff during our appointment and I was so impressed with the way they handled it and made it a comfortable experience for both us and our dog.

They're open 7 days a week and late at night. Great for our busy schedule. The Vets are amazing and very caring!

Nice vet. Way cheaper than any other vet, I drive very far to go support them. I took my dog who had a big lump, turns out just a bad bug bite reaction, and they didn't charge!

Went in for a simple Diagnoses, cat had been constipated. Did feel test, then butchered the cats neck with a poor shave cutting his skin when they had to take blood. Cat was given an antibiotic incase of infection. Blood work results not disclosed for 2 plus days. No laxative given. Cat was simply dehydrated and they took two days to tell us.

Then told to bring him back in to put him on IV. After a brief research online found cats prefer mutiple water dishes through the house to drink. Did this and boom he's drinking and pooping no problem. Vet didn't even suggest this. A whopping $450 to butcher and do nothing for the cat.
