I have come here many times to have work done on a surgery scar and I am very happy with my results. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional

I had skin tags removed and trust me very confident staff and they did an awesome work. A bit expensive but worth it. I’m very happy. Thank you guys for doing such a great work! Will be back for more services.

I had a birthmark removal which required many sessions and months. The clinic is clean and organized with friendly staff. I would highly recommend requesting for Nazila. She was incredibly kind and patient which made the entire process comfortable and less nerve-wracking. She put a lot of care into analyzing and figuring out the best way to remove the mark while keeping me in the loop with the types of lasers and techniques used.

Prior to going into this, I kept in mind that the depth of the birthmark would be difficult to determine which would mean that it may not work or that it would take many sessions. With patience and Nazila's expertise, the mark has faced significantly and is practically gone. Thank you!

I'm not usually one to write a bad review but my experience with Q Esthethics today proved to be very unprofessional and overwhelming.

After my first procedure to get a mole removed they had told me there would be no scarring and also pushed me to buy a product that would prevent that (which didn't work).

They then asked me to come in for a follow up check, and when I told them the scarring hadn't gone down they tried to sell me more procedures and products which I followed through with (unfortunately).

On my third visit for the next check up I confronted them about how the scarring had not gone away, and to my surprise they're now telling me things about the scarring that they had not told me during the first session.

After leaving the clinic room following my check up they tried to upsell me on more products and touch up visits, I kept trying to tell them that I wanted to do more research before spending any more of my money but they wouldn't listen to how I felt and kept talking back to me. It made me feel quite anxious and pressured because there were two staff members talking to me at once and this all happened at the front desk area where people were coming and going, the least they could've done was take me somewhere more private to talk about these things.

None of what they're saying seems to line up, it feels as if they're just preying on individuals and taking advantage of them by trying to sell them more products or procedures and leading them on with false promises. I wouldn't recommend this establishment at all.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I did facial resurfacing (excluding forehead) with these guys. 3 sessions. BARELY a change. At first I thought the pricing were fair. But when I shopped around for the EXACT service, I figured that this clinic is actually OVER CHARGING. That is why they don't post their pricing on their website (besides the hair removal which is overprice as well compare to other clinics) MAKE SURE TO SHOP AROUND. At the end of the day this is a business trying to make as much money as they can.btw, I paid $1800 for 3 sessions. Other clinics are charging 250-350 per session, SAME SERVICE. CRAZY! Sure, the people working here are nice, but that doesn't change the fact that the CLINIC are overcharging customers

I’ve been to Qesthetics many times for treatments concerning acne scarring and rejuvenation and they have always done a phenomenal job. Diane is incredibly accommodating and customizes your treatment to what you’re needing in that moment.

Do not recommend and will not return. The price is not worth the service. The mole is not be eradicated. The touch-ups are not free, and the prices are random and unclear. It was an unpleasant experience.

Finally, I spent $300 after touching up the moral and received a deep scar/hole in my face. It is ridiculous to choose to remove mole in Q Esthetics, and please consider kindly going to this store for mole removal. Do not ruin your face.

From the facilities to customer service, the whole experience has been great. Diane has been amazing and is very knowledgeable. I had a laser treatment for photo-rejuvenation done, and dark sun spots I had for years were mostly gone after just 2 treatments. I highly recommend this clinic!

I've had a few treatments done at Q Esthetics and have had very positive experiences. I received reasonable quotes and wonderful service. It was a pleasure working with Sara who was very thorough during our sessions, and also called a few days after to follow up. All the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful!

Extremely overpriced. Got my moles removed in January of 2020 prior to the pandemic, 3 mini moles for basically $1000. Due to the pandemic their offices were closed and I was not able to get my follow up after my procedure, I followed up a couple months back as one of the moles were not properly done and the the technician Nancy started naming more large cost prices to fix her work which should have been taken cared of complimentary as the follow up is required after any procedure as well as a unhappy customer. I was baffled and left the clinic.

Me and my daughter take their acne treatment and the results were more than amazing. The service and everyone there are really friendly. I 100% recommend.

I’ve had 2 treatments done, The Pelleve eye therapy and the Fraxel eye treatment. So far I’m very pleased with the results can’t wait to finish my treatments to see final results. Sahar and Diane are very informative and helpful with the procedures.

Had laser treatments for my big birthmark here which was a huge mistake. I noticed my birthmarks were left with random white spots after my treatments so I decided to have consultations with other dermatology clinics. After having consultations with 3 other dermatology clinics, they all looked at my birthmark and said the white spots were BURNT MARKS, it was not gonna heal to my skin colour. Not only did I waste my money, but now I have to do multiple sessions to correct this. Please go to a dermatologist if you want proper treatment/care.

I have brought my son to several places to treat his acne issue but to no avail. Finally found this wonderful place that drastically improved his skin condition. I also got a package and even just after 2 treatments my scarring is substantially reduced. Just thankful that we have found this clinic!

Just the worst place ever! They make you wait so long for your appointment because they book multiple in at that time. When you book your appointment at 6 pm, you ended waiting till past 7. Also, they closed the office on Mondays without even notifying me and I had booked an appointment for Monday which they confirmed months ago so I showed up to a closed office. It's completely unprofessional. I also got the YAG laser, and it just turned out so much worse than when I DIDN'T HAVE IT.

Nazila and Oleg were really helpful and I'm really happy with the results of the treatment. I liked that Oleg and Nazila gave me good advice. Overall, I had a very positive experience.

I just had my consultation on Saturday. The facilities were very clean and neat. The receptionists and the esthetician were very friendly were very helpful. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Came to Q Esthetics for laser treatment of a plantar wart that I had for 5 years. Nothing worked on it besides the laser treatment provided by Q Esthetics. And finally it is gone. I’m beyond grateful. Everyone there was so kind, supporting and dedicated to getting rid of my wart and working with me to make sure I was comfortable, particularly Nazila and Kennie. Would definitely recommend!

Laser Treatment is absolutely waste of money for toenail fungus.
My wife and I spent almost $3000, for painful laser treatment, and after a few month it just came back.

The staff in this facility know that the laser treatment is not a permanent solution for fungus, but they won't tell customer in order to make more money, and most of the time they do the treatment unfinished or less than enough so that you come back again. (Money, Money, Money)

I just searched the you tube and found the treatment with Iodine solution and now i am using %10 Iodine on my toenail almost everyday and sometimes twice a day, and I am very happy with the results, I treated my toenail fungus with less that $2, yes Less that $2, and no pain.

I just put Iodine on my toenail every morning after shower and it stays on it all day, the result is excellent.

Just makes the toenail a bit red, but it does not matter for me.take my friendly advice, " Do not waste Money On Laser treatment for Toenail Fungus. "

The 2 stars are for the atmosphere of the clinic. I have spent thousands at this clinic. I didn't have access to a dermatologist due to health insurance issues (acne is not considered an emergency, oh well) my acne was getting out of hand. Honestly the treatments didn't work for me. I decided to go back to my home country where I would have access to a dermatologist right away and she treated my acne and but my the scars were now a problem. When I came back, I had credit left with the clinic so I decided to use up my money. The treatments didn't really work and no new information was really provided to take care of my skin. I bought their Alumier products from the clinic but that was a waste of money. I decide to use the remainder of my credit to remove a pin size mole that was on my nose and that costed almost 300. I believe I left some credit with the clinic because I moved to another province and the treatments really never worked for me. I decided to do my own research and with the help of my dermatologist back home, my acne and post hyperpigmentation are under control. Don't get your hopes up. You can treat acne without expensive treatments or products. Expensive doesn't necessarily mean it works. I learnt the hard way.

I have been suffering with acne for almost 7 years, tried everything but nothing worked, with some research finally been to Q Esthetics I started getting pretty good results after two visits, i have done 5 combination therapy and two laser. The products they suggest helped my skin in healing. Staff is extremely friendly and they know what exactly need to be done. I strongly recommend this Esthetics.

I visited Q Esthetics 2 weeks ago for cystic acne treatment. After 1 session of treatment (extraction & Kenalog), the cystic acne is completely gone and there is only a small hyperpigmentation left on my skin now. Kelly is amazing! She did an outstanding job in carrying out the treatment session as well as the follow-up session. I'm very happy with the results. Strongly recommend this clinic if you have cystic acnes.

Very nice and clean facility well equipped with top of the art technology and most importantly friendly and knowledgeable specialists. I liked their location, precise booking as well as an easy access and parking as well. No upsale attempts as well only what was really needed was suggested. I recommend this place 100% without any reservation.

The staff are super friendly and take the time to listen to and understand your concerns. I've had nothing but great experiences and would definitely recommend:) I also felt super safe visiting during COVID, as the office is very clean and everything is sanitized.

Treatment is hopeful at best. Did 4 visits for a skin peel costing roughly $350-$400 PER VISIT and had absolutely no results. No change whatsoever. Don't get your hopes up. Visit your dermatologist.

I came here a year ago for a consultation for laser resurfacing and have just finished my full treatment.

Q Esthetics had been nothing but wonderful. All the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Oleg walked me through what to expect for the bit of work I wanted to have done and was terrific throughout the whole process. He answered all of my questions honestly and never push to do more than I felt comfortable with. He was upfront with pricing (which was very reasonable) as well so it wouldn’t be a big shock afterwards.
The office has always been very clean and now now as they have opened up again after COVID-19 restrictions, you will still feel comfortable and safe with all the precautions they are taking.
I did three sessions of Celluform Plus under the chin and the results were better than expected! Highly recommend the procedure, the clinic and working with Oleg!

Upon my initial consultation, she explained in depth the best process to treat my skin. I've dealt with cystic acne throughout my life, and in addition to regular extraction facials, I've visited plentiful clinics in Toronto GTA and Asia. After numerous mediocre experiences from previous clinics (micro-needling, micro-dermabrasion, laser, radio-frequency - I've tried them all!) I truly lost hope in having that smooth-texture skin I've always desired.

Now, after two treatments - deep cleansing extraction facial + laser resurfacing, I notice a SIGNIFICANT difference in my face! She's also gone above and beyond in helping me with a big scar on my cheek, which I've had since I was 4yo. I can't recommend her services enough - professional, educational and results driven. I went to this clinic for my acne scars, and so far the result has been amazing. I've done 1 of 3 sessions, the indentation of the scars is almost completely gone, and the colour of the scars has faded significantly now that I've seen my before and now picture, and that is just from 1 session. I had my second one today so I'm excited to see how it'll look after I heal from it.

The staff is very nice and especially Kelly who was the one who did the procedures. The products for aftercare have been very good, overall a great experience.

I’ve had great success with the treatments I’ve received. It’s not cheap but the treatments are effective and the results are visible. The staff is professional and Nazeela provides great consultation and makes the visits as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend.

I recently had a horrible experience with a plastic surgeon. He removed a small cyst from the tip of my nose leaving me with a massive scar and dent. As a young woman, I literally thought my life was over. I did some research in regards to laser scar removal and came across this location. I was hesitant however I was severely depressed and since I was told I would not be able to correct with other plastic surgery I decided to give it a go. I don’t even know how to express my gratitude to this institute and especially Kelly. From the first session I had an 80 percent improvement! I was speechless as I did not go into this with high hopes. She is amazing at her work and also a doll when it comes to emotional support. Thank you for literally saving my sanity and helping me correct the mess that I was left with.
