I came across qesthetics after visiting other clinics with no results for my alopecia, specifically i had two spots that had never seen any hair regrowth. I had my consultation with Weronika Chan and she explained about my treatment for my condition straight up unlike other hair clinics where i was given some money gauging treatments which aren't even specific to treat my hair re-growth. Within couple visits i started to see the regrowth. Although, it was a bit expensive it was worth every penny since i did see results right after my first visit. Now my hair is full, healthy and good.

Do not waste your time and money at this clinic. I spent around $1600 on laser treatments for my skin concern and saw no visible improvement. They gaslight you into believing it made a difference. The 'head nurse' in the initial consultation said I wouldn't need more than 4 sessions. I purchased an overpriced package of three for my tiny skin problem and when they saw there was no visible difference, they offered a 4th complimentary session. After the 4th session, the clinic kept pushing for more laser treatments, promising that I would see improvements after “5 to 6 sessions". However, after 4 sessions my problem remains unresolved and you feel ripped off. Overall, I strongly advise against visiting this laser clinic. They will keep pushing you to spend more money, even if their treatments are not working.

I’d almost given up on my cystic acne issue and this place was going to be my last effort at fixing my skin. My first consultation was with Weronika and she has worked wonders on my skin. It’s been 4 months now and I can safely say I don’t have any of those big pimples shaking my confidence anymore. Love the service and the products.

I saw zero results with their EMSculpt Neo treatment. They were quick to sell and of course there was a limited-time discount. The consultant never looked at or assessed the area to be treated (stomach) beforehand. After 4 sessions of zero results is when she finally examined me and chose to tell me I must have some underlying health issue. I was offered 2 additional sessions which made no more difference, and no further follow-up. Not sure she was qualified to be diagnosing and offering treatment options in the first place. Felt rather more of a salesperson.
The lady who performed the treatments was friendly and the clinic was always clean.

I had laser done for upper lip and chin/jawline. Maybe it was finer hairs, but I saw only 10% reduction after 6 sessions.

Very quick and friendly procedure. Nancy was phenomenal and professional. Becca at the front was friendly, helpful, and patient with my needs.

I am so happy to have finally found Qesthetics! In my family we have had issues with both warts (on hands and feet) and facial acne which we were not able to resolve until now. Qesthetics have modern technological solutions (ie including laser treatments) which have proven to work quickly and efficiently with minimum discomfort. My experience at Q Esthetics has been amazing. I came here to seek acne treatments on my face and I am so glad that I did because this has been the only thing I have tried that has actually made a positive and visible impact on my results. With everything else that I have tried including other topical treatments and a different acne clinic, I have not gotten the same kind of satisfaction that Q Esthetics has given me. The Laser Acne treatments really helped a lot with calming down my inflammation and now that I have started the Q Combination Therapy, I am so excited to see the results!

Everyone on the team is so kind and welcoming and they have always made me feel so much at home. My specialist, Kennie has always been so kind and caring and is also very thorough when it comes to explaining what each treatment entails. After every visit, I feel that I have been so well taken care of by her as well as all the other specialists that have overseen my treatment. While some would look at my affliction as cosmetic, for me, it was not. It wasn’t until I visited Q Esthetics, Yorkville, did a realize I was not alone.
I had visited my dermatologist on multiple occasions. I had tried every over-the-counter medication available. I went through boxes of bandages. Mounds of concealer. My hands were badly scarred from years of trying to rid myself of these pesky verruca vulgaris. When asked, I would say I had burnt myself cooking, or I had cut my fingers slicing and dicing. I couldn’t shake hands with anyone. I was too self-conscious to get my nails done.
This was my every day for years.
Then I discovered Q Esthetics and the Yorkville team. As soon as I walked through the doors, I felt a genuine welcoming warmth. During my consultation, not once did Nancy flinch. Not once did Nancy appear squeamish. As I explained how painfully self-conscious I was, how I had been suffering for years and felt terrible about feeling terrible about them, I ended up breaking down into tears. Tears of relief as I finally felt heard and understood. The empathy received from Nancy, Weronika and Kennie and their frontend staff was very real.
I was educated with possible reasons and potential triggers as to why the verruca vulgaris would surface. Methods of treatment were explained in length. The mechanisms used to treat my verruca vulgaris, how everything worked and, why the tools were used, all explained in great detail.
Weronika recognized that I have been through a lot. She opened up a world of self-care treatments at their location to take advantage of. I have. The Silk Peel felt absolutely fabulous. Long-lasting effects. I was positively glowing.
Cost-efficient. Treatments have been painless. I have never been hurried. Every time I would leave the office I would feel happier and lighter, and to date, these feelings haven’t wavered.
Now If he asks, I can say yes, because my beau is finally able to put a ring on it.

First of all, I want to say that I am very pleased with my treatment and the results I've had so far, and I believe the credit for my positive experience with Q Esthetics can largely be attributed to the care I received from Weronika. Her professionalism, friendliness, and competency really made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the past few months, and I don't believe I would be seeing the results I currently am without her.

Speaking more generally, I would say that I'm very happy with the treatment I received and the results. I had 8 sessions of Vanquish for fat reduction, and from my first appointment in early July until my last one this last week of September, I found there was a significant difference in the appearance and shape of my thighs. I have always had a lot of cellulite on my glutes and thighs, but since I started with Vanquish my skin has become substantially firmer and the cellulite is significantly less visible. In addition, I have found that pants fit a lot easier than they did before my treatment with Vanquish, as I am not struggling nearly so much to fit them over my thighs.

I feel like the results from my treatment were in line with what I was told to expect, perhaps even exceeding them, and that the treatment was well worth the money. Although the results may not originally feel significant because there isn't huge change on a day-to-day basis, once I saw the before and after photos from the start of my treatment to the final appointment, I was pleasantly surprised to see how much the treatment area had improved. Knowing that I will continue to see improvements over the coming months is very exciting to me, and I feel like I made a good decision receiving this treatment at Q Esthetics.

I had acne issues and I got consultation first. The consultation was very informative and knowledgeable. I got 2 sessions of chemical peel, light therapy and extractions which really helped my skin and cleared my pimples. I am looking forward to my resurfacing treatment for my acne scars. Highly recommended for acne issues.

I have been going for my Q combination therapy with Sarah and couldn’t be more happier with the results so far. She is amazing at her work and really helped me in healing my skin. Looking forward to my next visit already:)

I have been going to Q Esthetics for overv 2 years. Great staff. From the time I entered the facility I'm being greeted by the staff with open arms. Talking to the physician in regards to my Keloid Removal and the Brazilian Hair Remival. My procedure was explain to me step by step. They explain the process in details. I ask alot of questions and they answer all my questions with no doubt in my mind. Most business will not take the time to explain certain procedure because they just want the money. Not Q Esthetic Laser Clinic. They made me feel comfortable and relax. Q Esthetic Laser Clinic is like a third home for me. I'm there roughly every month or so. I enjoyed talking to each staff that works at Q Esthetic Laser Clinic.

I have been getting pico laser treatments since 2020 for stubborn hyperpigmentation around my mouth. The treatments have helped so much with improving the hyperpigmentation and has helped me get my confidence back. All the staff members are so lovely, especially Kennie who always makes sure I am comfortable during the experience and happy with the progress. I have also had a few Q combo facials which I also love.

Words cannot describe the amazing experience I had here.from the second I walked in I was greeted by really friendly staff, it was a hot day they offered me cold water were very accommodating. I flew from Ottawa to get laser treatment done on my hands and everything went smooth, painless didn't feel much and the doctor was very friendly and fun to deal with. I was suppose to follow up for treatments but my first visit was my last! So far everything is smooth and I don't need anything, should I need anything down the road I will definitely come back.very clean place as well and nice and organized, highly recommend.

Absolutely love this clinic. I've gotten my birthmark removed here and the before and after is worlds apart. I can finally go outside confidently. Price is reflective of quality of work. Kenny was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns every time I came here. Will definitely be coming back here in the next couple of months if I need facials or filler.

I have been In Q Esthetics for my plantar wart removal. The clinic did a very great job on removing my warts. I’m very satisfied with the result. Not only I love the quality but also the customer service. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful, I'm impressed. Highly recommend

I recently had my first experience at Q Esthetics Clinic and i can’t say I will return. My lips are uneven and I’m unhappy with them.

I had a mole removal procedure done here about 2 years ago. They had told me that it would not leave any scar (if it did it would be be very unnoticeable) and should heal within 6 months. The price was out of our (my family's) budget, but because we wanted the best results we complied and did the procedure. We had even purchase a $50 gel, as they said it would really help heal the scar better. I contacted them 8 months after the procedure was done because I has a huge noticeable indention where the procedure was done. The scar was 2x to 3x bigger than my actually mole. They told me to come back in for another procedure. I told them I was not willing to spend anymore money on another procedure when I was told it would not leave a scar in the first place. I went to a dermatologist and they told me this scar is very depressed will not fade away. She told me to not go back to the aesthetician (was not planing to) and I am now going to being recommended to go to another derm and spending ever more money to get the horrible scar that they guaranteed wouldn't even be here in the first place removed. Please do your self a favour and go to a dermatologist.

Q Esthetics removed a birthmark on the side of my head, they were very clear and concise on the details of the procedure. Pricing is parallel with the quality of work you recieve. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do laser removal. 2 years later and I am still very satisfied with the service I was given!

I first went to Q for the very unglamorous need for help with foot warts. They were the only ones to actually solve this sad and painful issue in just 3 sessions. So I went back for another unglamorous tag removal and they saw me on the spot directly after consultation.

Went to Q Esthetics to remove a facial mole. Nancy was exceptionally warm, accommodating, and helpful & she seemed to take a certain pride in her work. Also, the reception staff all helped make the appointment/booking processes seamless and had good protocols in place to safely manage business during COVID. I had a great experience with Q Esthetics.

I had a facial mole removal treatment. It had bothered me for a long time and I was apprehensive about getting it removed with the concerns of scarring/indentation.

After looking at the amazing before and after pictures on their website, I felt confident that I had chose the right place. The doctor who performed my procedure was extremely kind and made me feel comfortable. The procedure was done quickly and painlessly.

Within 2 months, the region healed beautifully with minimal to no scarring. I don't even feel the need to cover up that area with concealer anymore. I purchased a scar gel from them and it was absolutely worth it.

I am a middle aged man who has had a mole on my face since the 80's. Truth told I was quite used to it but decided on removing it as it appeared to be starting to grow. I figured if I was going to get it done, why not go somewhere where ladies who are demanding and hard to please, with high standards go. It was quick, painless and for the price (which wasn't the cheapest around) was worth every penny. I had some reservations that it would leave permanent scars or some disfigurement but I am happy to report there is no trace of it. I give particular thanks to Nancy for her excellent work on my skin in addition to the expert advice and suggestions she gave me for other procedures that I might have interest in. Kelly was also very professional and showed empathy in helping me come to a satisfactory agreement with Q Esthetics.

Had laser hair removal done here after getting poor results at another clinic. The results are great at Q Esthetics. After 3 sessions I am literally hair free with the exception of a few strays hairs on my underarms. They use good quality laser machines.

Wonderful staff. Very professional. Very knowledgeable, They are professional, on time, very punctual with follow ups. And also not unnecessary follow ups. Highly recommended.

Great clinic. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Always offers a beverage while waiting. Even when you are late or have to cancel last minute the receptionist is always very nice and understanding and make it easy to rebook. I’ve been to some other clinics that make you pay a fee when you miss an appointment. You don’t have to worry about that here

I came to Q Esthetics for the tattoo removal service. What started off as a tough procedure to sit through, quickly became an appointment myself, and my family, looked forward to attending. My sisters, brother in law, nephews, and daughter all gained from going as well. Be it the social experience that is given during the visit, due to the wonderful staff at the Bellair location, or the life lesson learned.don't get a tattoo, or think before you act. ;)
The ladies are not only top in the profession because of their knowledge, but the most amazing group of people. It was bitter sweet when the job was done, and if that's not a testament to their customer service, I don't know what is! Q Esthetics really cares for their clients. I started going there a little over 5months ago with a bad case of Melasma. I met Marcella for our consultation and felt completely comfortable and confident with her and so pleased with how the results are so far. She’s absolutely so wonderful and approachable and goes beyond to make you feel better and happy. The staff is always so helpful and the energy is great. Highly recommend the place. I’ve had problems with redness and rosacea pretty much my whole life and after other countless treatments failed, I looked into laser treatment. I did the photo rejuvenation and it changed my life. Going home after the first session, I noticed a difference right away. This place is professional, kind, and answered all questions I had. And most importantly, the results are unreal! Not only has the redness gone down, but my skin feels and looks better. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I received great service from Kitty and Shelby. In the treatment, Kitty always treated me very carefully and went extra miles. I really appreciate that! The last two times for my treatment, Shelby did a great job applying numbing gels to my face. She carefully rubbed the numbing gel, and for that reason, I didn’t feel the terrible pain that I felt last time after another girl, Toyo, applied the numbing gel to me. BTW I was not happy with the services from Toyo at all, but other than that, I am very happy with all other staff, so it’s still a 5 stars experience in general!

I had a small mole removed with electrocautery, Marcella did a great job - it was very fast and the result is amazing - no scar, she was very precise! They have completely ruined my face I am running in and out the hospital due to the lack of information I was given on Botox. I had a Botox allergic reaction caused by asyemtrical face. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE FOR FILLERS BOTOX.it May look pretty and everything but the results are horrible. I can never get my life back together ever again because of the reaction. This clinic is definitely like no other that I have ever come across, if only I could give a 10 star rating opposed to 5 star! I admire their quality, cleanliness, and professionalism. After trying everything in the book from ACV to tea tree oil, and more I had went online to find a clinic that performs treatments for plantar wart and Q esthetics was the first to pop up! Without hesitation, I reached out by sending an email and was blown away with their prompt response because not even 2 mins later I received a call to get me in for a consultation. I arrived for my first initial appointment and was greeted by Toya, the clinic coordinator, who is super energetic and bubbly and takes your coat and offers you a beverage so you feel at home. From there I met with Marcela, the senior consultant, who was extremely informative as to her diagnosis of my wart and recommended the laser treatment that I would need to go through with. She also went on to educate me as to warts and she advise home care recommendations/maintenance. Unfortunately, my wart is rather stubborn where I did have to undergo multiple sessions in order to get rid of it. With having a solid understanding of what I was dealing with, it made sense as to the number of treatments I needed and was hopeful with knowing as long as I was keeping up with my treatment schedule and adhering to their guidelines for maintenance it was going to finally be gone! As much as I was sooo afraid to do my first session, I did it and can say yes, they are right when they say it is like a snapping rubber band sensation but after my experience it is definitely something that is tolerable as even children do the same procedure. My specialist who have helped me through this journey was Kitty and Emily. Kitty was great when it can to taking control and telling my wart what to do and how to do it and Emily was super charasmatic in a sense she wanted to make sure my treatment was as comfortable as possible. Both counted down with me to help cope with the minor discomfort I had which I thought was so nice! Q esthetics, thank you so so sooo much for helping me with the removal of my plantar wart! They are literally a one stop clinic as they do so much where I am now going on to try different treatments now that I know they can be trusted with my skin xoxo

First of all, I want to say that this is the first time I spent time leaving a comment. This place is UNTRUSTWORTHY at all. No price book was given during the consultation process, the price is much higher than the one stated on the website, and they tried to rush me to pay a deposit. Recently I found out it was OVERPRICED cuz my situation is not severe at all! Do not argue the price reflects the "advanced" technology, at least for my treatment overpriced is overpriced! The wait time for my appointment was more than 40 minutes, but the entire treatment only took 10 minutes. MOST IMPORTANTLY, for such an expensive treatment, the service attitude and customer experience were HORRIBLE! The people who were at my treatment was super cold, no one explained the process before they began the treatment, and only one person was trying to answer my questions. The treatment is quite painful (but I was mentally prepared as I did my research) ; however, no one talked or explained to me the pain is normal (or things like that) during the process. I just felt RUSHED from beginning to end! Thank God I didn't get convinced to pay for the 3-time treatment. This is absolutely not professional. If you want to do a eyebrow tattoo removal, just AVOID this place and find somewhere else. It's definitely not worth the price.

Best place for the best results. Especially for a woman of colour (black). Skin Vitality was a waste of time and money but QE is well worth it. Also have wonderful staff who are very kind. They take pictures of a before and after to show your progress and I always see results everytime I go. Very happy!

I went to Q aesthetics to get fillers for my cheeks. Morvarid Nasri was the nurse in charge of the process. I was unbelievably disappointed with the service. First of all, they have the doctors talk to them very briefly via skype just before they inject the patient. No one of higher experience will come in and check on you before you go ahead with the fillers. I had 0 communication with the doctor who should be on top of everything in terms of making the patients feel comfortable. This made me feel incredibly unsafe and like I had no sort of support if anything goes wrong with the process or if I don’t get the results I desire. The nurse Morvarid made me feel incredible pain while injecting me. She had a very careless attitude while I was showing serious signs of pain. She did not even provide that much information on the process or the actual substance that they were injecting me with. I left the clinic that day feeling extreme disappointment and like the fillers weren’t gonna do anything for my cheeks.
When it was time to follow up with them two weeks later, I went in and spoke to Morvarid again and told her how disappointed I was that I was seeing no signs of changes from the fillers. She kept insisting that it would take longer than two weeks to start seeing a difference, even though they told me something exactly opposite of that during the consultation. Almost 7 months later, I see absolutely no results and my cheeks have no been lifted or enhanced one bit. These fillers were supposed to last more than a year. For a treatment this expensive, I feel absolutely scammed.

I just had a great experience with professional team of Q Esthetics laser clinic, I found them through internet and I love to meet this clinic again’ doctor Oleg doctor Marcela and Toya, all of them so professional and experienced people, I have done Botox and I loved it, I am happy for the results. First of all, this clinic is WAY too overpriced. They will charge you a higher price than what it states on the website. So EVERYONE, please check their prices that is listed on their website before going in for a consultation. When I went in for my first session, I was shocked it was a different procedure than what I have been informed/discussed during the consultation. The esthetician that performed my treatment was a different esthetician that I had my consultation with. This really threw me off and I wanted to leave but however it was already too late. The esthetician that was performing my treatment was clueless about what was discussed during the consultation and when I raised my concerns, she didn’t like me as much, so she rushed the process and didn’t do a great job. Honestly wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone since they’re inconsistent with their prices and won’t be coming back again. There are much better clinics out there in Toronto. I recommend everyone to check out Newdermamed clinic, they are a much better clinic and always having promos! PS. I didn’t see any results that I was promised after three sessions. I literally wasted thousands of dollars on nothing.

I received tattoo removal treatment & it went extremely well. Everyone at Q did an outstanding job. Initially I was nervous but all the ladies at the clinic took wonderful care of me.
They were so professional and made sure that I had everything I could possibly need - before, during and after. They removed a lot of ink from my skin (I was covered in tattoos) but it was almost painless!
I ended up taking a nap & almost fell asleep while they were working on me!
All the ladies are outstanding.

I am very happy with the service I received at Q Esthetics. The staff (Toya, Kitty, Kelly, Movarid and Marcella) are friendly, knowledgeable, patient and caring. The meso and prp treatments I did for my hair loss seems promising. My hair loss has been reduced and there are signs for growth.

I am always impressed with Q Esthetics. I’ve been going there for the last 15 years and have come to trust then and them only with all concerns regarding skin care. I’ve used them for clearing up sun damage on my face, tattoo removal, and under eye puffiness.

Their skin specialists are professional and well educated in regards to skin care and use the most up to date equipment. The three locations I’ve been to are extremely clean and comfortable. Their service and hospitality is also commendable.

I’m my opinion, experience, and after much research, Q Esthetics are at the forefront of the skin care field.

I would give 0 star if I could! Looking at the website, before and after one treatments and it looks nothing like how it should, I’m scared to do second treatment now, because I feeling like they just trying rip you off!

Did the mole and acne removal. Mole removal was really quick and the acne treatment was amazing, I can feel that my face is much more clear and smooth. I feel much more confident when looking at the mirror. The staff are very nice and the place is really chill, highly recommended.
