Q-Tea Asian Food & Bubble Tea

I was a bit sceptical to order from here after reading bad reviews but took a chance cause we really wanted pad Thai. Pick up order was ready within 20 minutes. Food was really good and the price pretty good. Overall 4/5 because it wasn’t 100% pad Thai flavour but it was still pretty tasty and spicy!

Don't get the chicken soo gai unless you like eating brick hard chicken completely inedible.

My first time having bubble tea at all and 10/10 would recommend! Staff were great; had sweet potato fries and popcorn chicken and it was delicious! Will definitely be bringing friends here when they're on my end of town

Ordered via Uber eats. I saw a review about the pad Thai tasting like ragu and soy sauce.that's exactly what it is. The meat and noodles are very dry. This is not pad Thai at all. No peanuts or green onions and this is not pad Thai sauce.

There bubble tea is really really good! But I ordered off of DoorDash two different kinds of bubble tea and there was no stickers on it saying what one is which one! That was annoying! Especially because I bought it for me and my coworker and I ordered a specific one for me and a specific one for her I need to find out the one I got for her was the same one for me so they didn’t make her order correctly!

The food was amazing, price was reasonable, has spacious parking and stuffs are very friendly specially the cook came to visit us personally and took our feedback.

Incredible chinese food, especially from the Chinese menu. Love the ambiance of the store with board games and great drink options! Places like this really make us appreciate the diverse & quality culinary scene here in Windsor (and Detroit). 有很棒的中餐和湖北特色小吃

Absolutely love their bubble tes creamy slush! Me and my husband have been wanting to try it and finally did and now we are hooked, we finally ordered food from there as well and it's really good for a decent price!

If I could give this place a negative star rating, I would. We stopped in for lunch, so my kids could get bubble tea, and decided to dine in. Once the food was served, four bugs decided to join our table, two of them obviously roaches. We left. But, not before I got a refund. I would not recommend this place until a health inspector has made a visit.

One of the best bubble tea places in Windsor. Cool thing about it is that they have mini board games for the customers to play if they choose to dine in. Great

Ordered a peach green tea with lechee popping pearls, the drink was not that good and the staff was rude. Never visiting this place again!

Was excited to try this place because they are open late and I love a good bubble tea. My boyfriend and I sat and looked at the menu, then decided what to order. We went up to the front to order and the 2 people behind the counter seemed to be rushing around like crazy. There were a couple other people waiting for orders, so my boyfriend and I just stood patiently. The woman even came to the side of the counter to hand the other people their order and definitely saw us standing there waiting to order, but didn’t even say anything to us. Literally after standing there for about 10 or 15 minutes with absolutely zero acknowledgment (didn’t even so much as to look at us), we decided to go eat somewhere else. Ended up going to The Barrell House and had some great food in a nice restaurant. After reading all their reviews here I’m kind of relieved we didn’t end up eating here. I get that places get busy and swamped. But to not even acknowledge your customers are standing there waiting to order for 10 minutes is extremely unprofessional and rude. They either need to hire more people or learn more about proper customer service because this ain’t it chief.

Called an order for pickup, after waiting 20 minutes then heading there, I waited an additional 20 minutes just to be told that they weren’t making my food at all. During my wait 2 customers walked out because their pickup order never came & 2 ladies came into to order drinks, rang the bell but were ignored and left after waiting 5 minutes.

Slow service, ordered food and drinks for pickup and it said it would be ready at 9: 07 and it was ready at 9: 35. We got 3 boba drinks (that came melted because they sat for 30 minute, i assumed they’re the first thing she made), 8pcs sushi and 4pcs springs rolls and waited an extra 30 minutes for only that little amount of things. And there was rice on the straw’s supplied, one of the cups was broken so the food is all wet in the bag too.

Got delivery. Bubble tea was good but wasn't properly sealed so it spilled a bit on the rest of the order. Pad Thai was not a Pad Thai. The sauce seemed to be only soy sauce, no bean sprouts really if I didn't know it was a Pad Thai I would have guessed from appearance or taste.

Ordered the wonton soup. 2 of them actually. The broth is like pure soy sauce. So salty that it burns your mouth. 2 soups in the garbage.

Great selection of bubble teas! Rare flavours and toppings! Nice food menu and Chinese desserts. They had a selection of boardgames - really nice experience. Witty and engaging hostess.

Great food, and very fair prices. You can get 2 bubble teas for the same price you'd spend at presotea.

Came here with a friend because they wanted bubble tea. I didn't want any so the girl working there was extremely angry because I didn't want any and started making angry comments. I tried my friends bubble tea and it tasted horrible anyway glad I didn't get any.

Love all the snacks and sweets! Perfect place for hangout! They provide all type of board game and it was so fun!

Pretty decent bubble tea for a great price, although when I visited, the tapioca seemed undercooked. Still great though.

The bubble tea here is cheap and delicious! I also love their other foods as well. I would recommend their dumplings and yan su chicken. Overall, great service and amazing food!

Pricers are cheaper than most chain bubble tea places.
Lots of powder variety flavors and I think they do fresh fruit slushies when they are in season.

One thing I would request the owners fix is when I ordered a large black Milk tea I couldn't taste any tea. The powder taro and coconut could have masked the tea. But I was watching how it was made and when there was an inch from the top to fill it up. Instead of putting tea in she just added water. So I got a large size that got watered down. Fix this please and make the tea stronger.
