I went in for a tire rotation (which was included with my new tires). Went in with nothing wrong with my car; got a phone call while they had my car, saying I needed new brakes, pads, and routers all around.
Quoted me $1300. I picked my vehicle up and magically one of my tires/brakes is grinding and making a horrible sound.
Wasn't like that AT ALL before I took it to this hoopty place.
Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

These guys and ladies were fantastic. Had an emergency just before they closed and got me in anyway and did a great job. Back on the road so ty kindly to the amazing crew they have there.

Went there to inquire about tires and Shelly at the front desk was super friendly and helpful and I was able to get brand new tires for half the price as what the other competitors were charging! Superb service, friendly and efficient! I highly recommend!

My Cousin had a flat tire and she, along with my Wife filled up the air using car tire inflator before and went to Q-Tires plus Inc.on Hartzel Rd, St. Catherines on July 5th, 2023 as it was the nearest tire shop.

Let me tell you, the car was bought in March, 2023 with brand new tires on it,

They parked in the lot and told the shop person to have a look and fix it. No idea if he was the owner or the employee, came to the car in the lot, took less than a minute to look and straight away said that “This tire is garbage now and you have to get the new one. I will order the new one right away and change it. ”

This made them think that he didn’t look at the issue properly and asking (not suggesting) to change the tire. They called me and explained the scenario. Meanwhile he came again and said “Lets order the new tire and discuss the pricing. ”

Sensing that this guy is only pushing them to buy a tire from their store, I asked my cousin to get it checked and fixed at Canadian tire.
THEY NOW MIGHT SAY THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY RECORD OF THIS, because we refused for the tire service he offered.

Went to Canadian Tire, they checked the tire and informed us that there no leak or damage on the tire (WHICH Q-TIES GUY SAID IS GARBAGE) and it could be the valve which they changed. They didn’t even charge for it.

Please stay away from these kinds of store.

Great guys. Not there to rip you off. They do what’s needed and not to take your money unfairly.

Got an alignment done, took longer than expected because a part of the car had to be replaced. They called me right away and i had them replace the part as well.

Went there to get some new tires. I called around a few places but this place had a good price and was able to install the same day. I booked a time and they were waiting for me. 1hr 15minites later the new tires were installed and balanced. The gentleman who worked on it was polite and did a good job. In the past I have been there several times in the past usually to get used tires. They have a decent selection of used tires.at good prices. Great for those on budget. If you have a little more in the budget check the price on new tires.it just may surprise you. The owner is a really nice man.and the lady behind the desk knows her job. Handy location, good prices, friendly staff.if in need of tires or minor repairs check them out!

Came to swap tires on rims charged for balancing. I couldn't drive the car on highways. They had just put them on without balancing. When i came back the owner started giving nothing but attitude. He ended up started a fight with me rather trying to fix it.

Hi I have bought tires from you and 3 of the tires are leaking air from the bead. I brought one a year ago and you charged me to rebead it, and thats the only one not leaking. I believe your sealant is faulty and would like to have the beaded properly, but I don't think I should have to pay again. I have been alotal customer and have sent many referrals your way. Pleas make this right.thanks

I did some work to my car here and had a problem with the part that was installed. Sometimes, things happen - it's life. But the owner stood behind his product and fixed the issue quickly. This is an honest repair shop.

Everyone is very nice. Unfortunately that's not enough! Knowledge is key and this shop needs to hire a couple of passionate mechanics! I would recommend this location, but not for major work.

We were on our way to Niagara Falls from Toronto for our family trip while during our travels on the highway I hit a “pothole” causing our rear driver side tire to burst a leak!

We stopped at a nearby gas station in to assess the damage and realized that the tire is a write off! We called around multiple tire shops within a 10 km radius but unfortunately the first few places we called were unable to assist because our vehicle is equipped with 21” rimmed tires.

Finally we called Q-Tires and spoke to Shelley who ended up being our angel! She kept me on the line the entire time assisting us to find the size & model tire to fit our vehicle while she was answering other incoming phone calls!

By the time she was able to locate the tire from their supplier… it was past 12 pm which was the supplier’s cut-off time to conduct “same day” deliveries. As you know that would be a disaster for our family if we had to stay overnight for our replacement tire to come the next day!

Shelley managed to persuade the supplier to deliver our tire that day which saved our family trip!

When we pulled in to the shop, the Q-Tire staff were super welcoming, friendly and understanding regarding our situation that they took our vehicle into their bay and got to work immediately!

Thank you Shelley and the rest of the Q-Tire staff for your professionalism, amazing service and saving our family trip!

Qasir, the owner was very nice and helpful guy. He offers me the best brand firestone at very reasonable price and changed my car tires within 20 minutes which i really appreciate as i was in very hurry. It’s good to do business with them.

Very worst service. They don’t know how to treat customers they will make you feel bad. Not trained staff at all and they charge you over. I would consider their business as a traitor

Qaiser is a great business owner. Very customer focused and service minded. He is a no nonsense guy. Very genuine and honest. I changed my Tesla Model Y tires here and also did the alignment.

The second time I came here to change snow tires, the price here is very cheap and the owner is very nice. He also helped me pack the tire I had changed, very carefully anyway. 79.99 plus Tex.

I have been coming to Q Tires now for several years and they have been very accommodating to help me out with any repair needs. Its hard to find good honest mechanics these days but look no further and they also sell good quality used tires I would definitely give them a look.

First off this place is run by a goof, they put all my brake pads on backwards. Broke the pin on my emergency brake and refused to reimburse me. I drove 1 hr 30 mins from Toronto to see these people from the good reviews. It's all a lie maybe they got family to make these fake reviews I've never experienced such unprofessionalism. Horrible service they laughed at me when I asked for a refund for the Work I had to get somebody else to fix. What a joke

While vacationing to Niagara on the lake from Montreal, we had a flat tire AND a damaged wheel. 20in not an easy off the shelve deal. Mr Q not only got us back on the road, he really took care of doing so. Even checked in several hours later to make sure that we got to destination. That’s 5star service!

Bought brand new tires and had them installed at Canadian Tire, they did an absolutely horrible job balancing them. Took my car in here to actually get the tires balanced and they showed me that the weights CT gave were old, worn and placed in the wrong areas. Very honest place, with speedy service that doesnt miss out on quality.

As a woman and small business owner, I feel comfortable dealing with this small company that has proven to be reliable, professional and yes has fair pricing. Highly recommend.

The owner is very hyper (that's a compliment). He has a great selection of used and of course, all the new ones at great prices! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Qaiser always does a great job, and his tire prices are possibly the best around, whether you're buying used or new. He really knows his stuff - I asked about upsizing the Tim's on my daughter's car today and he rattled off the equivalent tire sizes right off the to of his head - I'd already researched it, so I know he was correct. Definitely recommend giving him a chance to quote on your next tire purchase.

Completely full of false promises, do not believe a word from either the secretary or the owner. Worse customer service and after care I’ve dealt with.
I bought 4 brand new tires and wheel alignment and the owner was great and happy. Told me he would fix road hazard flats and free tire rotations. I came back a month later because of a flat, grudgingly after talking to him he repaired it with a plug, along with the feeling I was bothering him. I go back a few months later for a tire rotation, again given a hard time by his secretary, she said there was no record of me buying tires here, he agreed with her and I had to find the receipt. I did return later with a receipt, she said now it’s good, she put it in her new system. Tire rotation completed eventually. I returned a year later with a flat in the same tire, owner told me the original plug is leaking, said it’s $20 to fix, said not covered after a year. Owner shows me a new receipt with that restriction. My receipt does not say it whatsoever. Secretary had no record of a purchase again. Giving me a hard time again, after tire fixed, was charged $33 because it was a tougher fix. Waste of an hour. Terrible service. Never going back there again, rather go to a professional place.

Awesome as always. Qaiser takes care of six cars in our family for new tires, tire rotation twice a year and change over to snows in the winter. I never have to ask for a deal. Q-Tire always gives me their best pricing. I use to compare prices and device but it was wasted time. This is the place if you need tires, alignment, balance and by far the best prices.

Purchased two used tires. Had small leaks and i came in a couple weeks later to get them checked out. Was told i must have driven over something, which i guess i could have so he charged me to patch. Still leaked after couple weeks and i came back and was told tires have leaks they cant fix. So two tires that were sold to me were bad from the beginning and he didn't offer a refund just tried to up sell me new one. Both times waited over two hours for them to do the work. Waste of time.

So I installed and balanced winter tires on my car today with this company. Once I got home I realized that they scratched one of my rims really bad, and it totally disappointed me. 2 stars only for tire installation and balancing, but not for the quality of work.

Took my 2014 Toyota Camry in for a complete brake job @ new snow tires today they did a great job in very good price if you are looking for a top quality work this is the place to go for all your mechanical needs thank you again for a great job.

Hi just got my new tires put on my little truck. Then about a year ago put new tires on my big truck I must say in my two years going to Qiuzer the owner of Q tire, he is the best person to go and see for new tires or used tires. I brought my 2014 Hyundai Elantra for spark plugs to be changed. Q Tires charged me 30 minutes of labour when every other garage would bill to the closest hour. These guys truly love and thrive on efficiency and effectively servicing customers with the best price possible in the quickest manner.

I went to Q Tire and I had a tire that I needed to be balanced.well the rim was bent.he told me that there was nothing he could do because it was bent so he didn't charge me for it. I asked him about his prices, and his prices are really good.they are cheap.they do a good job over there. I recommend anybody needs tires to go over there instead of all the tire places like Peninsula Tire or Queenston Tire or any of those tire stores. I really recommend these guys.they are Great.they helped me out so give him a shot.they're very polite very nice if it's something that they cannot fix or do they don't charge you.they only charge you on what they can do and have done. Amazing place

Q-Tires is a life saving organization as recently my car had major busted tire along with the rim that was effected drastically. Q-Tires along with their dedicated well established team was able to rescue me from my miseries as I had called them immediately when this incident occurred and they were able to provide me with the utmost best service and resolve my issues. The owner of Q-Tires along with their team are truly professional and experienced in all aspects of tires and any other mechanical necessities of your vehicle.

2 nails in a tire, was quoted $75 for repair and was suggested to buy a new tire. Went to CT Glendale, they found a 3rd leak and repaired all 3 for $35.
