Worst customer service of any weed store I've been in. Prices are high to say the least.
Don't bother order9ng online they will make you wait for days bef9re your order is ready

I am very disappointed in the points and how I can’t redeem them for smoking accessories I was only able to redeem them for hoodies don’t get me wrong the hoodies are very nice, great quality and very pleased with the hoodies it’s just unfortunate that I wasn’t able to redeem my points for accessories like rolling papers, Lighter, ect I do like how there are numerous Vape cartridges to choose from and very good prices

Excellent, clean shop. Good variety of products. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. And I’ve noticed that the quality of the products just… are better.
With happy hour and price matching, why go anywhere else?
The location is perfect (not so much for me) but as a business.
They have a reward system that you can cash in earned points for loot!
They have recently changed name and logo and honestly, I like the new one better.
They will also consider selling a product that they do not normally sell. For me this is a game changer. They care if you’re happy when you leave. That’s a big deal.

Every time I go into the store there's always wonderful ladies that are more than willing to educate people new people coming in I do really enjoy the store thank you

Shop here exclusively because of proximity and friendly staff. I wish they would stop offering a dollar preroll tho. A few days a week youre thinking "hey im getting deal today. " Only to be told they dont have in stock. You know your numbers by now. Either order enough or stop dangling the carrot

Honestly this is one of my favourite dispensaries in the area. The staff are always super kind, knowledgeable and they seem to be able to get an answer any question you throw at them (providing that it's relevant)! The store itself is super spacious and very nicely organized. They always have killer deals and the free membership to earn points. It's pretty stellar. I will always recommend this place. Never had a bad experience with them!

Came in today, and the girl there with the orange nails was super lovely! Very warm and helpful! I forget her name but she does a great job there!

Walked into this place looking for CBD products and inside I see a single frowning employee who immediately met me with an aggressive tone. I explained to him I was quitting thc and that I would like to know about their cbd flower or joints. The whole time he met me with attitude and I felt so uncomfortable. Seemed like he didn't want to answer my questions and didn't even care enough to give me any sort of respect despite me attempting to stay polite from the beginning. I left without buying the cbd products and went down to another store nearby and purchased them. He worked tonight at around 10 pm. I'm hesitant to ever come back to this store, especially if this is the sort of employees that they deem acceptable. I usually never write reviews but this really made me feel down about myself for no good reason. I hope that their employees are more properly screened especially if they are going to work by themselves.

I am very disappointed its being over 3 weeks that i can not use my wallet and to be honest that is one of the main reasons i used to shop there for all the perks and rewards but it seems no more there are lots of other good stores with great offers and perks

Service has been impeccable however was disappointed when the delivery policy has changed to only Fridays. Wish it was delivered same day like previously.

Friendly knowledgeable staff in a nice clean environment. Wide variety of products. Although I have not tried any flower from here, I have bought many other item’s including tinctures and vape cartridges. I did have an issue with points not being added to my wallet for a purchase, but this only happened once and you cannot get any help with it unless you speak to the owner.
Update: After contacting Dima my issue was resolved. I have been a regular loyal customer ever since (I never stopped going: D). I also wanted to add, there is no pressure here. The staff are friendly and helpful as mentioned above… but they are not pushy or trying to upsell.
If you know what you want, fine. However if you are unsure, just ask.

I was a regular customer until today.
My last 3 delivery orders have been challenges and I’m tired of problem solving customer service issues with staff.

The prices here have always been on the higher end. I only stayed loyal to this shop because they were my first.

They even helped me when I lost my wallet they called.it was a good experience and the girls are pleasent (not hating)

Delightful, staff is knowledgeable and friendly open untill 11pm, like that, get swag with points (love my T shirt and weed socks). Very clean, good variety of accessories, like the Bud bar. My favorite place to shop LOI️

I think they have a preference to how they deal with "certain people". Been to 4 or 5 different locations in Guelph and this was the most unwelcoming one so far.

Price online wasnt the same as in store.always shopped here.but im going elsewhere from now on.

As of today I am officially done buying from qbud. Turns out none of the products potency is as on website. Overpriced as I purchased something for $21 over the retail price from every other shop here in guelph. Terrible advertising and untrained employees.

IF YOU THINK YOUR BAG IS SHORT IT PROBABLY IS…. Bought from them on two separate occasions and both were short by. 5, be careful because once you open it they won’t return it, so it’s a lose lose either way…. I would suggest that everyone who buys from QBUD buy with caution.

Absolutely amazing! First time in a dispensary as my friend and I don't smoke very often. Naomi was so helpful and friendly. Zero judgement and great information. Didn't feel rushed atall. Highly recommend this place!

I've been a customer since they opened and every visit has always been pleasant, enjoyable and relaxing.
From when you walk in you great with happy warm welcoming and walk into a very well lit very clean very organized store that makes you want to stay and look around their displays. Then you have great staff like Griffin who is always awesome to deal with. He knows his stuff, his very patient and really listens to hour needs and his suggestions have always been point for me and their prices are very reasonable and selection and variety impeccable.
Along with all of this Qbud supports local artists by displaying their art and showcasing local home grown talent. So for all these reason Qbud is my number 1 option.

Very conveniently located but limited menu in comparison to Online options and significantly more expensive in my experience unfortunately.

Twice this store has taken money from my mastercard and double charged me for product that I did not recieve! When called the store they knew that their website was doing this and said I had to wait 7 buisness days to refund my money and I still had to call bank to and have them sort this out! Do not use their services!

Great prices and better deals, my man chris hooked me up today but pretty much every worker ive talked too has been great.you people are doing gods work.

Today I visited qbud for the first first time and wasn’t very knowledgeable about the topical cream but john b was more then happy to help me find what best for me wish i could give 6 stars!

Qbud does nothing to set itself apart from the competition though being the only location downtown currently doesn't really have to if they just want to corner that market. Doing simple things like having their drinks in a fridge so they are cold when you purchase them would be an example of an easy way to make a better customer experience, especially when the price point for these items is so high already. The majority of the staff seems quite knowledgeable and ready to answer questions, though I do wish there was a better solution than a rotating digital billboard displaying the prices in quick succession of all the products. A static list displaying everything would be great. I can imagine it's why every fast food vendor uses such a system. Overall an okay experience though there are much better places to go in town.

This is, by far, the best place around. The staff is always informative, enthusiastic, polite, and helpful. The store is very clean and bright. They have products on display and various information on the wall about marijuana. Hell, they even have some awesome artwork for sale from local artists!

I've never been a loyalist to a specific dealer/dispensary, until I started shopping at Q Bud. I wish I was better at remembering names to do a shout out, but, you know, weed. So, thank you to everybody thats works at Q Bud.

Seriously, check this place out. And, if you look over at the artwork, you may see me checking them out, as I do every time I'm in there.

I went in to get information on edible gummies. I was greeted inside the door before heading to the order desk. I was help by a girl named by Nicole. She was bubbly, helpful, kind and great to deal with. She asked me questions until we found a product to try for what I was looking for. She gave me excellent information on the product and how to try it. Thanks for a great experience.

Had a very pleasant conversation with john b over the phone about how i can give my dog cbd oil for his pain and it made a world of a difference. THANKS QBUD

Best dispensary I've been to. Extremely helpful staff. Sonia was honestly so patient and helpful. She provided feedback on which strain and products to best suit my needs. Place is incredibly clean and well organized. The packaging is also amazing. Definitely coming back. I live 45 mins away and worth every minute and gas.

First time going to a dispensary and it was great! Sonia was so helpful! She walked me through all the products and made suggestions based off what I was looking for and I couldn't be happier with my purchases!

Just got back from QBud Cannabis and I would highly recommend this location to anyone in downtown Guelph. The staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, and the product is always top notch. My hubby and I have been to Qbuds many times now and with our experiences being there we meet the best bud tender out there. Melissa is a joy to deal with she can find what you like is just second of listening to what you like to smoke. Hands down best bud tender thanks Melissa and qbuds!

In my last couple trips I've been helped by Sonia and Gryphon, who were both very helpful and knowledgeable.

I had a wonderful experience at QBud. The team was very knowledgeable, and personable which made for an easy shopping experience. They are following proper guidelines as well which made shopping in store safe and easy. I’ll surely be back.

I love visiting Qbud, everyone who works there is so welcoming and amazing! There prices are matching the quality of the product they offer, I love getting a new vape cartridge every week!

Clean store nice lay out. Not a whole lot of cbd options it seemed, but that’s probably more government related. Some stuff was more expensive than other government stores I’ve been to. Don’t know why though.

Great place with an awesome atmosphere and good product! Our budtender Griffin helped us make some decisions when we were stuck and answered all our questions without hesitation!
