Tried the steamed pork buns, pan fried buns, crystal shrimp dumplings and crab dumplings.i thought they were all very good - my personal favourites were pan fried, but the shrimp and crab ones were really big for the price lol.the broth in the soup dumplings is rather sweet which might be off-putting to some, but i enjoyed them.the menu and all the ordering is online.service was quick, the staff don't really approach the table unless you ask to pay so don't come looking for that kind of experience.it's overall a solid place on spadina, would come back!

We came here to tried the soup dumplings! We ordered the crab and pork soup dumplings, pan fried pork dumplings and eggplant with minced pork. The soup dumplings were juicy and the broth was sweet. Food overall was great! With the dumplings and the price, I think there are other spots around the city that are a better deal for what you’re getting.

Everything was delicious. The owner of the place was such a gem. Definitely give it a try!

Enjoyed the shrimp and pork, Pork and chives and crab soup dumplings. All 3 were delicious. The service was just slower than normal. Other than that will go back again. Quality and pricing was good.

This is not your typical Asian restaurant in Chinatown. There was great service. I came here to try the soup dumplings and I was not disappointed! They were much pricier than I expected though. 4 for $10. The quality was better and size was bigger than juicy dumplings. The seafood fried rice we ordered was not good at all. Not sure if it was old, but it was hard to chew and there wasn't much seafood in it at all. They did take it off the bill because were didn't really eat it. We think the server knew it wasn't good. The atmosphere was decent and it was very clean and well kept. I recommend.

Soup dumplings are very good. Corn pancake is way too expensive, I think it was $16? Having said that, I'm going to buy it everytime because it was delicious: D

Best soup dumpling in dt Toronto! Their braised pork was so good too, it wasn’t greasy and goes great with rice. I love taking my friends here when they visit Toronto:)

Decided to give it a go since I heard the Dumplings were good, and they were!

I had the Crab & Pork Steamed Dumplings and they were juicy and sweet (5/5). Next I tried the "Three Whites" Wonton soup.it was insanely fishy and salty (2/5). Lastly had the Sichuan Shredded Pork and it was a bit spicy, but sweet and tasty but not that tasty (3.5/5).

Small portions but also low pricy for the restaurant quality which is pretty good.

Would go again, but would focus on the dumplings and less "adventurous" options for sure haha.

We came here because of the good reviews in Xiao Hong Shu. It was disappointing. The food were not as good as anticipated. I have had much better Shanghaiese food in other restaurants. The only dish I liked was the noodle in crab meat soup.

Sooooo goooood! I had the crab soup dumplings and the classic egg fried rice. Both delicious

Food was delicious, definitely recommend the pork soup dumplings, pan fried juicy buns and although pretty basic, the chicken fried rice was delicious too! Nice music playing in the restaurant! Clean and tidy little restaurant, will definitely come back! 谢谢你！

Horrible SLOW service. I believe they're super racist. Sunday i came here with a friend to try it out. SSOOOOO slow! People before us order came fresh and looked so good! For one, they don't wash nothing clean. My mistake was NOT taking images. The lady server bought us DIRTY forks with stains. When my chow mein came it looked NOTHING like the image, just noodles and soy sauce. I like what the **** no veggies or nothing was included. Horrible taste and wasn't fresh at all. Do yourself a favour and don't go here unless you're white or asian because you would not be served neither treated well. Went to another dumpling restaurant few blocks down and it was super tasty! Wasted $28 at this horrible place for nothing. Would not recommend and would NEVER be back!

Still dreaming about the pork and shrimp xiao long bao (soup dumplings) from here! All the dumplings were huge, juicy and well-cooked—fairly priced too. Definitely a contender for best soup dumplings in the city for me!

My only feedback to the restaurant: please make sure the dishes set on tables are cleaned well, as my friend had to ask for a replacement set, since there was a bit of grime on her dishes.

Xiao long bao <小笼包> and the pork ribs was fantastic

Came here for a quick lunch on a Sunday close to 11: 30am. The restaurant wasn’t very busy, but started to fill up soon after. I ordered the shrimp and pork soup dumplings and pan fried juicy buns. The soup dumplings were very good, I would have ordered two of them. I just wanted to try the juicy buns, they were good but not as good as the soup dumplings. I will probably come back if I’m in the area.

This restaurant is a true gem in Toronto Chinatown for anyone looking for juicy dumplings. The menu features a variety of dumpling options, including pork, shrimp, crab. I personally love the crystal shrimp juicy dumpling. So delicious!
These dumplings are perfectly seasoned, juicy and packed with flavor. The broth inside the dumplings bursts in your mouth with every every bite.

Delicious authentic Chinese food, attentive service, modern and clean decor. The soup dumplings and garlic eggplant are my favourites so far until I come back and try other dishes

I visited Qin’s Garden today with the intention of trying soup dumplings for the first time!

I didn’t know what to expect, and experiencing how to eat these pockets of goodness was definitely new to me, but it was an absolute delight!

The flavours in the broth and the dumpling stuffing was filled with the perfect balance of spices. Their was a perfect ratio of soup, to dumpling stuffing, and the dumpling casuing itself wasn’t overwhelming in the mouth.

Each dumping with cooked to perfection!

We also ordered the Red BBQ Braised Pork Belly, Pork and Chives Steamed Dumplings, Tomato Scrambled Eggs and Beef Fried Rice.

The only thing I would say is their rice was slightly chewy, but everything else was cooked to perfection.

This place peaked my interest on TikTok for THE FOLLOWING REASON: SOUP DUMPLINGS - my two favourite foods, AS ONE obviously I had to go and try it for myself the atmosphere was so cute - and SO relaxed. The food was absolutely delish! It was reasonable priced for the portion sizes as well! I will be coming back.

Stopped by today for lunch because I had previously seen the restaurant walking down Spadina, and I was curious. It met my expectations: the food was solid, service efficient, and the space full of patrons. If you want to speak with the wait staff, be direct and call/raise your hand instead of waiting and hoping to catch their eye. I've had better xiao long bao, but the sticky rice siu mai were a fun surprise. If you are planning to go, they prefer cash but do take card.

My Chinese friend took me to this restaurant. She said that the food is as good as the one in China. I couldn't agree more. I really enjoyed highly recommend

We came here on a Monday night around dinner time and it wasn't too busy! The inside looks new and modern.

For two people, we got:
- Pork steamed soup dumplings 4pc
- Wuxi spare ribs 2pc
- Braised pork belly 10pc
- Pan fried juicy dumplings 4pc

The dumplings were delicious and definitely on the larger side. The soup is sweeter than what I'm used to which I believe is characteristic of Wuxi style soup dumplings. The spare ribs and pork belly were my favourites! We felt full afterwards and it came to around $25/p before tip. The only thing I wish I ordered is something savoury/spicy to balance it out since all the dishes we got were sweet.

Tried the 15% off 2 orders of 8 stream dumplings, came with 2 containers of 4 good size dumplings each order, had to wait one hour, was informed due to overwhelming orders & was very bus (it was Sunday), it was ok with me because the staff was apologetic & courtesy. The only problems for one of the 2 orders of the take-out containers were one of the dumplings wrapping was broken apart, & the sauce inside the dumpling was spilling inside the container with the take-out chilly oil holder lid also came apart. The vinegar sauce container was also with the lid came off. Therefore the container inside was soaked with dumpling sauce, vinegar sauce & chilly oil, all the other 3 dumplings wrapping were almost broken apart. The size of the dumplings were reasonably large, tasty & juicy. The dumpling wrappings were my liking & not thick at all. I like to try to dine in next time so don't have the problems like my take-out experience.

A hidden gem in Chinatown!
I went there with my bf last weekend and we ordered their signature Crab Meat Soup dumplings and Wonton. All soup dumplings are made to order, so they taste very fresh and juicy. In terms of size, their soup dumplings are quite large, almost twice as large as other soup dumplings sold at other stores. The brand was founded in 1751, and their soup dumpling recipe has been passed down four generations, quite impressive!

Surprisingly good, the soup dumplings are amazing, fresh and tasty, very traditional eastern Chinese food, definitely recommended!

Honestly, one of the most flavourful XLBs I've ever had. It was actually remarkably delicious and I'm looking forward bro going back!

Five star is a must. Very low key authentic southern Chinese food. Would order wonton xiaolongbao and many other stuff all over again

It’s pretty good! The wonton soup was very fresh and hot. I loved the stuff that comes with it, it’s a perfect portion size. I would recommend getting a pork one though, the white fish ones do taste VERY fish-y if you know what I mean. Otherwise, the veggies were just ok, they were a bit cold coming in

吃完饭买了盒生鲜鱼肉泡泡价格写的$32有122pieces，回家一看肯定没有就数了数，结果只有63个 相当于一半了。菜还不错，但是这件事挺不舒服的。
I bought the fresh fish wonton after meal as it label on the menu $32 for 122 pieces. However, I back home and open it, it looks obviously less than 100 pieces. I count it and I only got 63 pieces which is about half of the portion. Disappointed.
