QQ Thai Ice Cream

This ice cream place has garbage customer service. After I complained to the server that he made the wrong order he threw a temper tantrum and exploded on us. The guy tossed the ice cream into the garbage with attitude. That behaviour can’t be tolerated and it’s very unprofessional. Please train your staff better they all need to do a crash course on customer service!

I never had rolled thai ice cream before so I decided to come here to try it out. It was an experience to watch it being made, getting to see how they make it and rolling it up. It was delicious, I come here often to try our everything in their menu. It's perfect for a nice hot summer day/night, as it is refreshing.

Interesting rolled format. They charge an extra dollar when u choose two flavours. Taro and coconut is a great combination.tastes very refreshing! You also get to choose three toppings: from half a kit kat, waffle biscuit, fresh peach, strawberries to and matcha Pocky sticks, etc.

If you want to wait til you get home to eat it, do ask for a lid.

Great service, bubble teas are also freshly made. Ordered their original bubble tea not too swear not too bitter Right on the spot. Would recommend if you trying to grab a nice tea based drinks.

Very good option in Scarborough. However the roll does taste more watery and less creamy. Some people like that. The service is good!

Been coming to this spot since they opened and their rolled ice cream always hits the spot! So perfect for the summer & their quality has remained the same!

You get to pick an ice cream flavour + 3 toppings of your choice. I love that they make it in front of you; fun entertainment while waiting!

Pretty awesome Thai ice cream spot. A bit pricy but its a good treat once in a while. Plenty of flavours to choose from and the serving size is good. One suggestion - if you can allow mixing 2 flavours of any kind, it will likely appeal to more people.

Love their Ice cream! The rolled ice cream tastes great and is fun to watch being made. My go to flavours are watermelon and coconut mixed!

The staff are very friendly and I enjoyed being able to see how the ice cream was made! Definitely recommend if you never tried Thai ice cream.

First time trying this place and first time getting rolled ice cream. I got the Men N Black Oreo, with chocolate sauce, crushed oreo, chocolate pocky and a pirouette, really good taste. Recommend others give this place a try.

I've never had rolled ice cream before and this was SO AWESOME! Watching it being made was cool and it was quickly made. The ice cream was smooth and delicious. The topping were fresh and well prepared. The store was clean and they following all COVID protocols. I will definitely visit again!

Ran out of mango chunks and very little quantity of toppings. Along with that, the guy is rude and does not listens when you're giving ur order

Ice cream was bomb, ordered the coconut and mango. Outside of the two goombas behind the counter who had 0 patience I definitely recommend QQ. You don't come to these kindof places for the customer service anyways.

I’ve been going to this place from last couple years and I absolutely love it. They are my go to place for icecream any day any time. My go to order is nutella icecream rolls with fruit boba topping. I love their mango tango, pink lady as well. Must try️

Only accepts cash/debit. Not sure why this place is listed on amex's merchant list and has amex hand sanitizer/ merch in store. Reported to amex.

I have tasted Ferrero Rocher and red dragon. Best combination of ferrero Rocher with oreo on the top! Yummy and delicious. Favourite icecream

Tried the QQ original (vanilla), I absolutely loved the litchi topping, chocolate and strawberry toppings were good.

I wish there were choice of nuts for toppings

Really like coming to this place. One day I will try every flavour. Just tried strawberry with chocolate sauce and mango with mango sauce. The strawberry was light but perfect if you don't want something sweet. The mango is delicious. You can never go wrong with mango.

Thai rolled ice cream made fresh in your face! With 3 topping to choose from a huge selection. Got the yummy Ferrero Rocher. -1 star for making me a greedy monster fighting for ice cream with my date. Lol

Try to educate your customers, have good customer service. Not all are aware of the product you serve, a lit interaction than rushing us would have helped. Thanks

Ouuu, Mango Tango, loved it! They have a few different flavours of ice-cream to choose from which are freshly made in front of you. You also get 3 free toppings from a variety of add-ons. Service is pretty fast, the staff are friendly & the prices are just as great. If your looking for a good place for Thai rolled ice-cream, definitely check QQ Thai Ice-cream.

Love their icecream, so light, not too sweet. You got to choose 3 toppings after the rolled icecream is done. Also loving the experiences of watching them how to turn the liquid icecream into the rolled icecream.

The ice cream was tasty and freshly made on the spot. However the only thing that stops it from a 5 star was the menu was hard to read.

Some items are single only flavors and can't be mixed, and some things are not toppings but implied as toppings.

Service seemed rushed as well.

Asked the guy for their best seller and told me the Ferrero Rocher. The serving is good. Taste was not quite impressive. Few options for toppings. Syrup options are chocolate and condensed milk? Only.

I got the strawberry flavoured one and the ice cream is really good. I find it pretty affordable considering the number of toppings that are included. Staff are often friendly except for busy hours. But overall recommend.

My kids favorite place! Fun to watch and eat. Prices range from $7 and up.

Unbelievable ice cream rolls. I've tried it at a few places and this is the best. So many toppings. It takes a few minutes obviously to make them but not as long as other places. You won't regret coming here.

Enjoyed their pistachio ice cream and they had a great selection of toppings! However, the cleanliness of their tables could use some work. It wasn't busy when we arrived but the tables had not been wiped down at all.

Loved that there is a thai icecream place in scarborough! It was yummy! Reasonable prices. Lots of toppings. You get 3 toppings for free! It was so hearty and delicious.

I have had a chance to relish rolled icecreams in many places. The choice of main flavours here are good however the toppings fall severely short. Free (included) toppings are limited in options and serving sizes can be better. At $7+ tax I don't want to be a regular for sure: (

Pretty busy and hard to find a sit in. It's very little seating so I wouldn't really sit in I'd get my ice cream and leave.

Tried the coconut ice cream. Can choose upto 3 free toppings. One can choose between condensed milk and whipped cream other than the 3 toppings! Refreshing taste!

The ice cream here is worth every penny! I've tried 4 flavors so far and all 4 are awesome! Will be trying the rest

Great place for an ice creams. Fixed flavors to choose from. They make it in front of you. We are regulars here.

We ordered Morning Latte (Coffee) flavor with oreo, marshmallow and wafer, whip cream and chocolate syrup on top. Best thing is, you can customize your order as per your taste and choice. Ice cream was delicious, but expected little more of the coffee flavor. The table could've been cleaner, customer may leave it messy which need be taken care of.

Small and cozy place. If you want to try something different this place is for you! And those mango bubbles omg.

This is the best place to hangout in night with your buddies or family. There is variety of roll ice creams with three topings. We tried mango and orio flavours. It was yummy. I would like to go there again. Service is good. It's soothing to watch ice cream roll making process. This place is small but kinda cute.

They are good people and its a clean store with some seating. That said I didn't really think that this scraping ice cream is all that good. It was made well and infront of our eyes, so that was nice. Taste wise it just seems like a novelty and more or less a waste of money when compared To quality ice cream. If you're looking for that novelty go for it atleast once but otherwise not worth it. To be fair if you're interested in this scraping scream thing then I'm sure you'll rate it higher.

Always get the Ferrero and get extra chocolate. Definitely yummy stuff, when busy can be frustrating waiting as there is only two machines to make the ice cream. Other wise cash or debit only.

The best Ice Cream in Town. They make it right in front of you! The best part you get to choose your flavor and toppings!

What a poor customer service the girl have bad attitude she is using her phone while serving the customer the spoon was dirty and the cup she gave us for water it have hair

Ice cream is made right in front of you. There are several different flavors to choose from. You can chose 3 toppings for each cup of icecream. Super delicious!
Note: It is a fairly small place, and not much seating. So in the summer prepare for a wait (but it's worth it!)

I tried a few flavors and most of of them were very good. I definitely recommend the Coconut and Mango Tango flavors, I do not reccomend the blueberry, it looked and tasted very artificial. The store itself is nice, but small, there were only about 4 tables. Employee wise, I had a half good, half bad experience. The cashier was rather rude and had a rather bad attitude towards customers, I noticed him rolling his eyes quite often.the employee that made my ice cream was very friendly though. Overall, I did have a good experience here, but it could've been better.

Went there a few months ago. The ice cream was good. Selection was good too. Definitely a good alternative for anyone trying to cut down on commercial sweets. As it doesn't use any added sugar to the cream they use. You can taste the flavour of the ice cream you selected, but on the milder side. Although to some it can be gimmick, it was still a fun place to bring children and enjoy ice cream that is not loaded with lots of sugar.

This place had the best ice cream I have ever had. They have various toppings and flavours. The only downside is that their ice cream is very expensive. Otherwise, I recommend QQ Thai.
