Amazing service and amazing experience! I was so impressed with the care and attention to detail at this establishment. My nails turned out better than I could have imagined.

Had to wait over 30 minutes for an appointment I had made. Was charged for a full set when I wanted a refill + design, the design was not what I asked for, nor the shape was accurate. The total was $60? Very poor service. No stars if possible.

Don’t go here, find a better nail salon. This place sucks. They tell you one price on the phone, then jack up the prices in person. I asked MULTIPLE times on the phone when booking my appointment if shellac removal was free or if there was an extra charge. The person on the phone assured me there’s no additional charge, then I come in person and AFTER I get my nails done, they tell me shellac removal is extra and made me pay a higher price than what was promised. Extremely annoyed, will never come here again. Also cancelled the appointments I had booked for my cousin and mom.

This place had great reviews and is close to home so I thought I'd check it out since they offered me an appt very last minute. I called a few places and couldn't get a same day appointment.

I got a shellac mani with French tips and a shellac pedicure. The prices were the same as all the other local nail places I called in the morning.

The experience was good. The foot bath was weird, not enough water to soak my foot.just enough to soak my nails. It was in the nice chair tub but with a plastic bag around it. Maybe thats a good thing but it just felt weird. Overall the place was pretty busy. They were nice at allowing me to change my color choices and although there was no conversation happening to keep me busy, I enjoyed my me time.

My nail tech his name is Jason and he did an excellent job on my toes I highly recommend him.job well done

I have been coming to this place for a few years and their service now is very terrible, the technicians are rude. When I called and made a appointment I asked for Sarah, however the day I arrived for my appt on time Sarah said to wait 30-40 mins while she takes care of another person, we’re providing money for the services I don’t understand why they act like their doing a favour. Not coming back here again, there are 100s of nail salons that provide great services and respect their customers.

Salon was clean and staff friendly. This was my second time using them and my nails look great. Michael was so precise and his work very neat. Loved it already booked my next appt.

Made an appointment for a pre vacation set and brows. They were professional and did a great job. My eyebrows have not been this symmetrical in years!

I have been a loyal customer to qs for about a year and a half now, and it’s because it checks all the boxes.the service is always excellent and the staff is so lovely.they are all very skilled and use proper techniques, especially michael who did these incredible nails for me!

Horrible service! Horrible customer service especially from the owner — English name ‘Kathy’, she has ZERO manners, whatsoever. Crammed spaced, poor hygiene. They keep changing prices and moreover, they lie about their prices on your next visit! Steer away from this place! Need more info, I’m glad to help!

Great place to get your nails done! I get dip powder and they last really long after. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5, because I went in October and was charged $50, however went again in December and was charged $60. Not sure what the actually price is so make sure you call ahead.

Love this place! Only been here twice for uv gel sets and i can say with certainty this place is amazing! Genuine care and attention to detail is placed into every set ive had done here, not like the horror stories of other salons.so thankful this was recommended to me by a friend ️

They do nails amazingly but they like to charge prices that are way to high I went in for a simple French manicure and I didn’t get 2 of my nails done it just had the regular skin colour powder and they charged me $80 for short length nails. My sister gets her nails done at this place all the time and the last time she went she got a design similar to a French manicure if anything it was more work then a French and they charged her no more than 55 dollars I explained to them my concern and they straight up ingnored my comments and issues this will be my last time there because I refuse to let them scam me because they think it’s ok to take advantage of younger clients

Short acrylic nails, ombre design costed $80. You can get long nails with way more designs for around the same price… Experience was rushed. They’re rough with your hands and everything looked unsanitary.

I went for a pedicure yesterday and it was my first pedi since childbirth; a much needed one. Eric was the nail tech that did my pedi and he did such an amazing job!

Been coming for years, a good 20 years. Kathy is the best for eyebrow waxing! All the staff is good with nails:)

The first time we went here it was pretty good, so we went back 3 weeks later. The girl at the front desk was so rude. It was a Monday morning, they weren't very busy, we made an appointment a week in advance, and I heard her on the phone say "I have lots of availability" but she still rushed me. She told me to sit down 4 times in the first minute I walked in. She cut me off everytime I tried to speak. Then my nail technician didn't speak good English, so she just ignored me when I asked her questions. I was upset so I just finished and left. I didn't want to make a scene in front of my kid, who was also getting his nails done. I won't be going back.
Update: 5 days after I got my gel nails done, one snapped off. 5 days is the least amount of time a gel manicure has ever lasted for me.

Did a terrible job with removing my shellac and replacing it with regular manicure with polish. The machine filing has left my nails thin and brittle. Will never visit this place again

I have been coming here for many years. I believe it may be time to find somewhere else. The quality has gone done the last few times. Shaping of nails has not been good. I have a missing nail. She didn't clean up the dead skin what so ever. She didn't touch it at all or even paint it. I bring my own polish and all.
Sorry to post but feel if people were wondering about the quality slipping. I have to agree.

Was my first time going to this nail salon and showed a picture of a nail design I wanted to see if they could do it. They said yes. As I was getting my acrylic set done the shape and everything looked fine, but when he started putting the shellac on for the design that’s when everything just turned downhill. I made him stop doing the inspo design I showed him and just to give me french tips. I even had to ask for another coat to make the shellac more opaque because he just put 1 coat as if it was enough. Definitely will be the last time coming here.

Visited this spot twice- left happy both times.
It was out of my way, but I don’t mind because they do an amazing job with waxing.

I joined her on her last session and I have to admit they know what their doing. All the attendants are professionals, artists every last one!

I never right reviews, but I had to with this nail Salon. They did such a terrible job with my nails, I had to go back 3 times for touch ups. They weren't happy about it and extremely rude. They all speak in Chinese to each other and then keep looking at you. Such a uncomfortable place to be. Never going back.

I’ve been to QS Nails three times now and each time I’ve had a great experience. I’m writing this review to highlight my most recent visit (June 23), where I got a pedicure and acrylic fill from the talented Sarah.

I will preface by saying I have neglected my feet and they were not very cute. I was very nervous about getting a pedicure after so long but Sarah made me feel comfortable and was so professional the entire time. The pedicure I was scared of doing turned out to be a great experience and the outcome was beautiful. I never thought my toes could look so nice but Sarah did a fantastic job! My acrylic fill was also excellent. Sarah takes her time, is gentle and patient. She knew the perfect length and shape for my nails and, again, the outcome was gorgeous.

I’m so impressed with the quality and the service of QS Nails and highly recommend them to anybody, especially to a person who might be scared to get a pedicure.

I was so impressed with QS nails - not only was the manicurist extremely gentle and accommodating, but my shellac manicure lasted for over 2 weeks without any chipping (which is rare) - will definitely be back <3

I've been going to QS nails for 15 years and have always had amazing service and quality nails/waxing! Best nail place around!

My appointment yesterday was ok. It felt very rushed as they were struggle to keep up with clients. Didn’t get what I wanted. This place needs to stop overbooking!

I have been here here before a few yrs ago and thought their service was so so. Last week I decided to give them a try again and called to book an appt have a pedicure. I asked for a pedicure with shellac and was told $33. When the service was done I was told $45. They said $33 is regular mail polish and $45 was with shellac which is what I asked for on the phone. Pedicure was okay, the nail shapes are not similar. I couldn’t have it fixed bc the nail tech had already cut them down short. Double check for pricing if you are inquiring before you go. And make sure before the service is started that you tell them exactly what you are looking to have done.

Great experience here. I had an appointment for 3 and when I arrived i was able to see someone at 3; BIG plus that they were on time as i was running on a tight schedule.

My nail tech was mike. He was very professional, kind and paid attention to detail. My service was not rushed and the quality of his work reflected that.

It was my first time here and I will be back again. I would definitely recommend this nail salon

Fast, friendly and professional services. Very nice work. Very pleased with the results! I would highly recommend this salon!

I got a manicure and pedicure with my daughter and was very unhappy with the service that I received.
First the ladies that were assigned to us made me feel really uncomfortable. They were talking the entire time while they were working on our feet and hands in their language which I find it to be highly rude.

Secondly, the gloves that they used to do our pedicure was the same gloves that they used to do my manicure. I confronted the ladies and they lied to me and said they changed their gloves but I was watching them the entire time and I did not witness them changing it.

Thirdly, the manicure was poorly done. Our hands was sooooooooo dry that we could barely move our fingers. After I left and went home I really took a good look at their work and the gap between my cuticles and the nail polish looked like I got it done at least a week ago. My daughter's was not so bad.

I was tempted not to give a tip but because of the pandemic I felt that this industry have already been hit so hard for the workers and because they already put in the time I decided that i will still give them both a tip.

Needless to say my afternoon with my daughter did not turned out as I hoped and our time there was a horrible experience. I will never go back to this facility.
