Always closed when hours clearly state that they’re open. Their offers on chains are pitiful. They offered me $400 for a chain I purchased from them a year prior for $1400. They don’t care about reliable customers, they only want more money.
Go to literally any other jeweller before you waste your time here. I’ve had 5 chains break from them, I will not be returning.

Went in there looking for a baby bracelet for my daughter. I insisted multiple times they do not let the child touch the stuff she’s an infant. The guy brought a gold necklace and kept insisting she tries it on.and she ripped the clasp.instantly I bought it because I’m not a douche bag, but I asked him to make the necklace into a bracelet. They did so, after charging me full price, I had a tiny baby bracelet, but almost half the chain was missing instead of giving me the remainder of the chain. They profit off of it so now I’m left with half the length of gold that I paid for.

I purchase jewellery from here myself and can 100% attain that these people are the best! They have the BEST customer service and the best prices. They really try to do their best and make sure you are happy with the outcome! 100% recommend!

So I started buying jewellery here last year; mistake, terrible quality jewellery at bad prices. Be prepared for your jewellery to break, oh and if you call them and tell them that their stuff is cheap & you're selling it back to them they will offer you 25% of the rate that you purchased the item for. They also just stock up on stock wholesale pendants like nuts they don't even make their own jewellery they just buy it wholesale cheaply and try to resell it to whoever will buy the stuff. Do not shop for your jewellery here, ever.

Owner is very friendly and he will always work out a deal or try and give you the best price for your buck. Only issue I ever had was them not opening on time. I had an event to attend and i wanted to pick up some earrings. I was waiting for about 20mins before they showed up which set me back by alot and made me late. Thats happened more than once, otherwise GREAT JEWELRY STORE!

Spent over 5 grand on rings and chains. Specifically a name plated necklace. Instantly broke out in a rash (which told me it was fake) took it back They said I needed higher quality gold. Bought a different chain that was more expensive. Nameplate was slanted. Again broke out into a rash. Took it back again. They just saudered a new hole so it wasnt slated. 1 month later it turned completely brass. Once again took it back They claim its not gold and denied making it. Until I showed my receipt. They refused to give me back my money but instead provide a 200$ cost of gold to buy the gold only. Will never again go here. Yes the prices are cheap but unless you check their stuff dont trust it!

Purchased multiple chains through them and a few rings now. I’ve also had a chain and ring sized through them, best place to purchase gold and the only people I buy from best prices you’ll find around and great service to go with it!

READ THE REVIEWS, PEOPLE! Each & Every negative review has a response from the store owner, claiming that the negative review is "FAKE", and that the person who left the review has "never even been to their store"! Either the owner has a LOT of enemies who are making up fake reviews, or else he's the liar & scam artist that each of his negative reviews claim him to be! STAY AWAY!

They have some nice unique jewelry pieces that I don't see In most other places I've gotten some earrings from there and I'm loving my bugs bunny pendant

Guys a clown stole from me made me some cheap knock off piece and when I went to test the diamonds he ran into the back and had security throw me out when they all popped fake.

I dunno who all the other clowns are that are putting garbage reviews but I've gone to 2 other professional jewlers within the GTA area to make sure the quality was good after I bought 2 necklaces (I always get 1 or 2 opinions when i buy gold) and it all came back as a positive result and what I expected it was 100% 10k gold so anyone that trys to say that q's jewelry is bad quality think again cuz I already went n tested the gold from their jewelry store and I highly recommend buying from q's and they have amazing pricing I give this jewelry store 5 stars

My cousin ordered a bracelet in white gold, and they tried to give him yellow gold. Now I understand, mistakes happen, but either fix the mistake or give the money back, neither of which have they done.
This has been going on for about a year, and they still will not even give him a refund and are basically says "too bad for you". He doesn't even have the bracelet either.
Don't trust them!

If you need jewelry go to the jewellery exchange warden and Eglinton. Way better jewellery there. My mother gave the owner of this establishment a very valuable heirloom. We asked him to repair our item. He said it was fixed. Went along my way and boom. The bracelet fell off my wrist. Do not trust these people with your jewelry. They’re con artists.

This place is a pretty bad place to shop. It's a scam to say the least. They advertise deals left and right, then accept payment. But that's where it ends. They don't respond after they get your money and they don't care to because that's what scam artist do. I've also recently seen proof there quality is way under then they what they claim. People need to have there stuff checked. One big issue is to many of us fall for the price tag they offer. Quickly learned my self just because it's a deal and or expensive but still below retail does not mean it's real or worth the cost even out of a store front. There papers are home made like there 9k hip hop jewelery (nothing authentic) and These people continue to make it more true everyday it's all in the reviews below and complaints especially with the bbb. This company is basically stole my money as I gave them an E transfer expecting my chain pendant and earrings they come in the mail within the two days they told me it will come it’s been over a week they’ve already had my money I tried to message them no response they have stolen $595 dollars from me if I was you do not do business with this company. The chain in the Second photo is the one I’ve already purchased and paid for but never received it and when I message them for a refund the ignore all messages. Don’t waste your time with this company or your hard earned dollars because they’re just going to take it from you. With no regrets!

When I went to qs royal Jewellery to buy some jewelry. I was very impressed with how nice customer service is and the prices for the merchandise is very good. Would recommend 10/10!

Don’t go here. They will take advantage of you and rip you off. 90% of their gold is gold plated, NOT REAL. Also check out their fake 5 star reviews. They sell petty dollar store garbage. These guy are honestly the biggest scammer I know the father and the son. They are a family scam team. They don’t even give receipts on cash orders because they don’t like paying taxes. All of their high end watches are complete trash. They also sell $100 Diamond watches give me a break

Fake garbage quality also posts fake reviews to boost rating, better luck melting down some spoons and forks for jewelery

I don't usually leave a review for businesses, but this one deserves my very first review. We had ordered a ring back in Dec, and were told it will come in 2 weeks, the 2 weeks turned into 3 months. After 3 months we attempted to follow up again, we were told they will follow up with the "factory" and let us know of the status of the ring. Another 3 weeks passed still no response. Of course we purchased a ring from another business with much better value and service. Some of the basic business ethics such as honesty, integrity and concern for customers do not exist in this business. I really hope they will revisit these ethics and improve their service.

Une fois le virement bancaire transféré je n'ai eu aucune réponse de sa part. Puis, J'ai parlé avec ce qui m'avait l'air d'être le patron mais après quelques échanges il finit par me bloquer. Ce sont des voleurs! Preuves à l'appuie!

A very shady joint. They are not at all customer friendly. Family run business and owners seem to be interested in fast money. I usually don't patronized this kind of locations for expensive stuff however thought I will make a visit for a jewelry item if it's at a good price. Owner "Father " (the old man) was showing me some stuff and the moment some others came into pick up some stuff they had previously purchased this Man (old man) Just completely ignored my presence and started to talk to those people and I can see him up selling these naive young adults and kept me hanging for more than 25 minutes and the SON (guy showing off at the store with cussing Language) seems to be cheeky and pretends to be a wanna be getto boy (wanna be rapper) but surely missing the business attitude.
They seem to attract a very different fast Cash clientele. They say their diamonds are imported but wouldn't say from where? Also they have a place where they get a valuation for the purchases but discourage the GIA certificate. (Guess they pay off those guys who do the valuation for them) They seem to be dealing with diamonds full of flaws or defective. (Lowest end if they are still diamonds)
Be careful of their no return policy for all that money you spend at the store. They use pressure tactics to close the sale without taking the time with the customer. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS TYPE OF STORES WHO ARE MOSTLY INTERESTED IN PROMOTING CASH BUSINESS for expensive purchases. BE AWARE! GENUVINITY HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE!

Great and amazing high quality gold and diamonds with magnificent prices. This jewellery store is the only jewellery store I will ever go to, they have the best items, prices, and staff. No one can beat them and the jewellery. If you ever need reliable and good quality gold and diamonds I highly recommend coming here. I never in my life have ever been so satisfied with purchasing gold and diamonds but this jeweler (Akram - the owner) changed my mind with excellent customer service, amazing quality jewelry and incredible prices. If you are getting into buying jewelry please you would not leave this store unsatisfied with your purchase!

They seemed to have quite a knowledgeable staff based on cuts, carats and style of rings and other jewels. I couldn't help but admire the beauties shimmering at me. If one is need of a special gift, I'd definitely recommend qs royal jewelley as they are approachable and ready to deliver.

I would never recommend going here at all! I thing is worth what they are charging, I purchased rings here for my fiancé and the diamond fell out in a week and the gold is just plated, I was lied to and ripped off, that’s why it’s cheap it’s not even filled gold just gold plated, this place should be investigated!

Best jewelry shop oshawa. In my experience you can always find a unique piece for any style and price point. They sell a ton of local stuff and have reasonable rates for custom work.
