We had QSI windows installed many years ago with a lifetime warranty. Apparently that is now void with new owners. Don't answer the phone, won't return calls. Will never use this company in the future, certainly not the same QSI.

They have the most incompetent and rude installers I’ve ever seen. Don’t use this company.
