This place is complete rip off. I went there for my Son's dental check up. They tired to X-ray and dentist looked at his teeth and told they can't do it here. For all that they changed 364 dollars.

The Hygienist Keren was really informative and explained things in details. I am really happy with my dental cleanup.

Dr Bachus was very helpful with the checkup appointment and helped me understand the inner workings of the teeth & all. Later i had a cleaning session with Karen which was also highly professional and detailed. 100% recommendation for this dental office.

Extremely pleasant environment with professional staff. Attentive assistant greeting you with smile, no wait period for dentist to see you. Super clean and modest environment. I visited for my cleaning which was recommended by my university and hygienist Keren changed my mind about how cleanings are done. Highly Recommended! Thank you Quad Dental group.

Great environment with very professional staff. I was referred by my friend for dental cleaning. Hygienist Keren is the best one I have ever had so far. She was attentive and considerate. Booked my general appointment as well. The assistant girl is very pleasant and smiley. Extremely welcoming environment. Highly recommended!

Dr. Simran was very professional and excellent with the treatment. I would highly recommend her for your dental and oral care. She is the most sweetest dentist. Staff was good too.

I recently went to Quad Dental for a dental cleaning and checkup. To begin, Dr. Simran performed the dental cleaning, and she was quite knowledgeable and confident in her work. Her method of explaining everything before doing anything enhanced my dental knowledge. Second, Dr. Frazad thoroughly diagnosed me and made recommendations for my future treatment. Finally, I'd like to mention the friendly receptionists who assisted me in scheduling the appointment and gave me with all pertinent information. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Had an amazing experience at the Quad Dental. Very nice and professional people, they put their patients at ease. I didn’t have enough money for my treatment, they explained that to me and told me about my options.also, they discounted my fees. Overall great experience with some professional staff

I went today under an emergency and they were amazing! Nice, efficient, professional! They explained everything that they were doing so you will feel comfortable and safe! Sadaf, the admin assistant is wonderful! Karen, who did a dental cleaning was great! Also Dr Bachus efficiently help me with the retainer that broke! Don’t hesitate to attend this dental clinic!

Great experience with having dental work completed here. Everything is always very smooth, no long waits, etc. Special mention to Simran, she is very friendly and did a great job with my cleaning.

Amazing experience. Everyone here is so professional, kind, and competent in everything they do. The dentist took her time to thoroughly explain everything I needed to know to maintain my dental health. Easily the most educational dental exam I've ever had.

This was my second visit and I will be definitely going back in the future. The dentists were professional, the receptionist was awesome! She kept me updated on before and after the procedure and I loved it.

I went to the office for a cleaning. The Dentist, Dental Hygienist, and Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience.

I you went there do not provide them with you insurance information cause they might charge you without telling you!

I had an insurance with the dental cover of 80%. As a network dental centre, they promised the remaining 20 percent will be waived. Later I got my second insurance and they charged me with the full price. I was also charged for the remaining 20%a couple of the previous visits, But when I asked, they told me they wont charge me for my previous visits before a certain date. (no more charges)

However, a month after my last visit. When there was nothing else they could charge me for. I notice that they submitted another claim for ALL the 20% for when I had used my first insurance despite they had told me they wouldn't.

Lack of honesty and clarity is the problem in this centre. For example they advertise for a free cleaning, (I called and they confirmed that) but when you go there (after you finish cleaning), they would say IT IS FREE BECAUSE YOU DON'T PAY FROM POCKET. WE TAKE IT FROM YOUR INSURANCE! (they updated their banner as that made a lot of people angry and they got lots of poor reviews)

I specifically do not recommend this place to the new students. Just look around. A little bit farther you might find other centres who really care about your health and are honest and clear with their services.

The reply from the owner is funny and sad at the same time! I have attached the photo of the banner in front of their clinic and they say I might have meant elsewhere? !

The more student centred dental clinic on campus. I also got to pick a Netflix show to watch while I waited. I felt like I was waiting at a spa. Haha. I don’t remember my dentist’s name but she was really lovely (She’s dark haired and Asian). Explained everything about my dental exam. The receptionist and dental assistant were very pleasant.

Really great place. The staff are all friendly and professional. The dental hygienist are awesome, they pay close attention to cleaning, they don't pressure you to make a certain decision. Great place. Will go again if I can.

I went last year for these dates and the truth is, I was not very happy, 1) and I took the plan where it says that they do not charge you anything as a student, and of course they do not charge you anything because they charge it is your insurance, and that's fine, it is like in other places. 2) in the plan I saw they had to give me a kit and they didn't give me anything. 3) the dentist was a bit rude since she scold me and I understand since it is her job that her patients have healthy teeth, but being an international student it is somewhat expensive to be able to go to the dentist every 6 months since my insurance only covers once a year, then I just say that I should be a little more subtle when saying things. 4) since I did not go to the dentist for a long time I had some cavities and they were very kind to tell me but they did not tell me if they could help me fill them much less tell me the price of them, they did as if nothing. 5) when they were checking me, one of the ladies scratched me on the outside of my mouth, I understand that it was accidental but she pretended nothing happened so that I would not realize it, of course I noticed, since the scratch was there It bothers me that he didn't tell me anything. 5) Finally I have a problem with my teeth that requires surgery which is very expensive but the dentist was somewhat rude since I cannot bite well and told me: "It is not my fault that you cannot bite well" I understand her point of view but I repeat more subtlety. I honestly think that it is a place that is good, but they do not put themselves in your position and many times they put it in that they want to tell you things but the way of saying it is somewhat harsh and it becomes a bit rude, the problem is that this place is close to the university and college, which is convenient but you can look for better places, the truth is not very happy

Very professional dentists who take great care. Dr. Bachus was really informative and went to great details to educate me about oral hygiene.

Très bon accueil et très bon service. Le personnel est rassurant et surtout j’en ai appris beaucoup sur l’hygiène dentaire, que j’ignorais bien évidemment. J’ai eu en prime un kit de blanchiment dentaire et c’est vraiment super!

Everyone's super friendly and welcoming. If I have questions they don't hesitate to answer and explain. I was hesitant since I was looking for a closer dentist nearby but I'm glad I found Quad Dental!
