Qualcare Family Medical Centre

Went to clinic with tonsillitis. The Doctor prescribed medication without any blood works. The first day on medication started having allergic reactions to the medication that was prescribed with platelet count drop with nose bleed oral bleed, and blood in urine.went to the hospital only to realize that I was diagnosed and prescribed wrong medication and was told that my partner was lucky to be on time for medical assistance.
Would not recommend this clinic.

I have always had a good experience here. Dr. Siva is an amazing doctor as she listens to all your problems thoroughly and doesn't dismiss anything. The staff is also super helpful, and they are always able to get me appointments really fast. Even when my son was sick and his original pediatrician office was closed they were able to get me an appt at the clinic on the same day.

We are from out of province but had no problem booking and receiving great care on two occasions for our infant. I wish we were closer as this would be my first choice clinic.

Very bad costumer service/front desk!
I called 12 minutes ago asking you they were receiving walkings, they said yes and when I got there they said they are not receiving walking for the whole day…
Horrible service

It was a good fast experience and I was able to see the doctor pretty fast within 10 minutes. I would recommend coming here if you are looking for a walk in.

The front desk can not organize appointment patient and walk in patient. They let my son going in and out several times even he already feel very not comfortable. I am so disappointed about their service! The doctor is nice and professional. I hope they can do well training to the front desk people.
