Worst management and people skills in the service industry, never-mind terrible service, dirty rooms and smelly.worst people I've ever met.full of attitude, arrogant and have no business owning any business! Do not stay here unless you went a miserable experience and to be talked down to like youre a child! I would have given 0 stars if that were an option.

Very nice hotel with clean pool and great staff. Continental breakfast was included. Gave us a reduced rate as family member was admitted to nearby hospital.

When I stay at a hotel I expect it to be clean, comfortable and welcoming. This hotel has met all of those expectations. Very comfortable beds, nice soft sheets and pillows, great water pressure and clean wood floors. For a pet friendly hotel the rooms have no pet odour and are very clean. Thank you for accommodating dogs.

Dated, clean room and fair priced.
There is a pool and hot tub that were open, however, I did not use them.
The shower head is very low. Being 6 foot I had a difficult time shower. Sound travelled through the walls as I was able to hear the conversation happening next door to me.

The capet in the lobes is old dirty and worn the pool and hot tub had a dirt ring and it looked like black mold. Expected more considering the room was almost 200.00.

My daughter had to spend the night in her truck after getting locked out of this awful hotel. I cannot believe the arguments she had to go threw just to get compensation for a night my family didn’t get to stay.

Staff are incompetent, tried to make me pay for another room when they locked me out of mine. Low quality facility & even lower quality staff.

My 4 year old was scared as it was very dimmed n no lighting
Went to the bathroom the sharp container was accessible and not bolted up
Went to the first floor we asked to be moved as it was terrible smelling
Moved to second floor stayed to go swimming came back the room wasn’t cleaned well and we left never again and we have stayed in quality in all over Ontario and usa I will say the girl was nice at front desk the lighting was terrible in the swimming area as well just a overall feeling of no spent a 132$ on going swimming for 30 mins
