Clean rooms, experience was horrible the owner was rude, male cleaner didn't speak English, very creepy stopped his work to stare at daughters and gf.caught him staring in our ground floor guest window several times.

We stayed one night this weekend & thought the price was high for what it offered. Although it was clean & well kept it wasn’t anything fancy. One suggestion would be to put something to prevent slips/falls in the shower/tub. I liked being able to call the front desk directly to book the stay.

I stayed in Quality Inn Southampton, Ontario last week, King room is super spacious, clean. Fast internet. Dine in breakfast is super with cheese burger, sausage burger. Free flows coffees and teas. Very generous. Great value for money. Alex, think is the owner is very helpful. I left my phone charger in room later they found and kept for me. Highly recommended.

Too noisy we couldn’t sleep well. Noise From next door and upstairs room walk. Room is clean. But smell little strong.morning 9 am they vacuum hallway pretty loud. Reception desk a india guy not that friendly and price charged more when we arrived it is different when they told you on phone. U felt little tricky. I like they have a coffee and tea machines in lobby, convenient to grab a drink before u leave.

The receptionist was harassing myself and my family. We had to get out. Do not go here unless you would like to be harassed

Stayed Aug 25/23, front desk was very polite and professional, and the check in process was quick. Instructions were provided regarding the room location and amenities. The room was clean and overall, the entire property was clean, organized and tidy. The complimentary breakfast was typical, but enjoyed the ‘Jimmy Dean’s’ ready made breakfast sandwiches. Overall, highly recommend because of the price, value and close proximity (13 minute drive) to the Sauble Beach main strip!

Nice clean room.nothing fancy.there is a microwave.a fridge.and a keurig.the bedding is lovely and soft.the breakfast is free (but i couldn't eat most of it due to sensitivities). HB eggs.toast.waffles cereals.bagels fruits.coffee.the housekeeping is friendly and helpful.she went out of her way to get us decaf coffee pods.the cable however sucks.bring ur laotop or tablet if you wanna watch movies.use the beach down south of the public washrooms much better sand than the one downtown

Very quiet hotel, rooms and bathrooms very clean. Big room layouts. Beds were very comfortable. Wi-Fi worked great

We stayed in 219 & it was perfect.
My husband said this was the cleanest hotel he'd stayed in, in a long time.
The included breakfast had everything you'd want.
We'll be back!

Stayed here for a lengthy stay, 2 weeks, and Amin, Eric and all of the staff welcomed me made me feel at home the entire time. Room service excellent, location perfect. Will be staying there again.

Visited this place over the weekend. Friendly staff Alex and Eric were very welcoming. Clean room and bath. Great value for money. The breakfast was great too. Wide variety of continental food. Live counter to make your own waffles. Would definitely recommend it if you're visiting Southampton. The beach is at a walkable distance with a lot of convenient stores and restaurants.

$1k for 3 nights is absurd. Cleaning lady left our door open for 8 hrs as we went out for the day. Asked for a late check out of 1 hr and told they would charge extra $20 cash. Breakfast is a joke. Had some Hindu guy praying in the area. A worker eyeing up what you where looking at for breakfast. Coffee is gross here, Left and paid for a real breakfast. Another worker at night while I was outside asked for a cigarette. And again in the morning. If you think I’ll return ever, not happening. I’d rather stay in a tent I bring and save $1k. And eat lobster and steak for breakfast. My mistake. I am going to share my experience with as many people as I can.
This place should charge at maximum $100 a night.

So this hotel I have been to many times but usually in the summer as work brings me this way more often in warmer weather. Let us begin with what you have around you. Foodland across the street for your grocery needs, a restaurant next door, and the main beach is close by with the downtown area just a short drive away. The parking here is always excellent (straight truck friendly). The owner Amin is always a treat to meet when you check in. He is a very nice gent. The rooms are very much worth the trip to Southampton. Amin is one who likes to invest back into his business so that you get a very good stay. The beds are always comfortable and the internet is great here. Min 50 up and 10 down. In conclusion, I would definitely come here with family on vacation. Cheers

Was checking in under the company i work for, asked if room has been paid for or if they needed my company visa, he said why i would care, if company gets charged twice is not my money. Very rude reception, was my first and last stay at this place. Shoulb be 0 Stars
