Quality Inn & Conference Centre Festival

The 3 stars are due to this bed being not good, like maybe 3 hours of sleep on this bed. We got in yesterday, and the staff were amazing. It's very clean. Free wifi, hair dryer in the bathroom. Mini fridge. Coffee maker. Our room has a couch as well. All your basic hotel needs. Website says they have a fitness facility here. However, I did not have a chance to check it out. The website also says pets welcome. However, when we got here, she told us no pets. So, if you plan on traveling with your pet, call in advance.

Last min trip so can't complain to much. But the bed was definitely not comfortable. The room was either too hot or too cold. (It's February and snow on the ground)

They also have a Indian restaurant attached to the hotel.

It is not the nicest place to stay but the pool was warm and rooms were clean. Work rented the whole floor for 3 days for a ceminar we were going to.

It is dated and needing some updates. The hallways were not clean, and the floor in our room could have used a vaccum.

Used to use this hotel in the past for meetings and decided to try it again.

It was a place to sleep, but would never stay there again.
The bathroom and shower looked nice and modern, but there was red mold at the base of the glass both inside and outside the shower stall. The rest of the room was stuck in the 70's, and looked like it sees a lot of 'rent by the hour' business.
The carpet, couch and chairs had multiple stains on them, and the position of the chair stains suggested bodily fluids. The room had a musty smell to it, and the towels and water had an odd smell. The carpet on the wall side of the bed was buckled and stretched like it had been in a flood.
Surprisingly the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. So, it was a place to sleep, nothing more.
And on a final note, it was disappointing to see this Canadian hotel flew the American flag in the managers office window with no Canadian flag ro be found anywhere on the property.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds are especially comfy. And the pool is the nicest setup I've seen in Southern Ontario

Went for the easter weekend with friends. We used the conference room for a retreat. A perfect get away for family. Nice pool, clean room and friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay there and will highly recommend this place to others too.

Very spacious room. Excellent service. Pool was very clean. Had good time with family. Will definitely come again and refer to all my friends.

The rooms are big spacious, the staff is very useful and patient. The boys helped us setup the projector by customising the speakers etc for our kids program. Enjoyed the outing with friends and family.

Stayed here for a weekend. Absolutely amazing place. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The place is very clean and cozy. Great swimming pool area. Wifi works across all the buildings and actually has decent speeds. I would return here and highly recommend staying if you’re in the area.

Stayed for 2 nights for business. Room was great! Very spacious and had everything that I needed. The washroom was lovely! The bed was very big and comfortable with lots of pillows! Will definitely be staying here again!

Asked for room for disabilitiy aids, didn’t get, was a long walk in my walker, got locked out in the cold twice as key’s stopped working, added another night and was charged 20 more than previous night, staff where great but desk manager has zero customer service skills, this place has gone down hill

Went here for a weekend getaway in July. The rooms are dated but spacious and clean. The hot tub was closed, which we had been looking forward to using.

We had a glitch where the staff member at the front desk could not find the reservation (which was booked by my companion using a CAA rate). The staff member was kind and worked some magic to find us a suitable room and honour the discounted rate.

I joined the Scrapbooking Retreat for 3 days and since I live 5 minutes away, I did not stay in a room. The conference room we use is comfortable, with padded chairs and many entry/exit doors. Lots of parking although the asphalt needs some TLC. Hope the management works with our organizer to keep the rates down.and have our group coming back for many more years of Scrapbooking Heaven! 3.5. It was a large clean room. The room heated up quickly on the cold night we stayed there. The bed was comfortable. An older building but fairly well maintained.

I’m not sure why there are some bad reviews. I am usually a Hilton guest but since there isn’t one in Stratford and we decided to go there on short notice, we opted for this hotel. It’s clean, the front desk clerk was friendly, very nice. Our room did not seem outdated as some reviews have said that. I also checked out the gym, as people complained it was in a room, yes, it was, but it was fine. I don’t see a problem with this at all, especially if they found that no one was actually using it. I have pics to show. The room was nice, the beds were comfy. Didn’t stay for the breakfast but we should have as every place in Stratford was packed for breakfast. Make reservations in town for every meal.

Reading some of the negative reviews made me leary about staying here but the room was quite large and very clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely would stay there in the future.

All amenities are closed. No sauna. No hot tub. No restaurant or bar. No ladies changeroom (so no shower before the pool?). The “gym” is in one of the hotel scuzzy hotel rooms they emptied out. There seems to be exactly one uniformed employee, the rest of the place is run by indifferent teenagers in their pyjamas and shower shoes (I think they live there?). Whoever owns this hotel is trying to put no money into it, run on a skeleton crew of completely untrained staff, yet charge full price. Completely unacceptable. I feel I have been robbed.

Chose this hotel for the hot tub to only find out that it doesn’t work, the lounge hasn’t been open apparently in years & only half a dozen Chanel’s actually worked not even the guide Chanel lol!

The rooms huge and king bed was comfortable even liked that it had a Murphy bed, kinda cool. But except to sleep n shower this hotel offers nothing for the price! $200-250 a night… I shoulda went up the road.

I liked the room but they asked if we wanted clean sheets or towels was there three nights but i will go back

Horrible place.
I had booked a stay here at this place for my girlfriend, my son and I to get away and have a few days to ourselves.
The booking said pools were open and there was continental breakfast included. Drove all the way from Exeter to be told that, ALL pools are closed, and there is no breakfast nor has there been since covid started?
With that being said, I was given absolutely no reimbursement, or any accommodation to reiterate the fact that I drove for this place specifically for the pool.

Very Convenient for traveller. Its on highway going into the town. Very neat and large rooms, huge swimming pool. Great price for what we got.
I would definitely stay here again.

We had to book 2 rooms at the last minute and Rob the guy at the front desk was absolutely amazing! He was the highlight of the stay! He made sure we had everything we needed. I think it was the best check in experience ive ever had! We will definitely be back! Thx Rob you're definitely the best choice for the front desk!

When I arrived they couldn’t find my reservation. Gave me a room at the same cost as what my reservation was for, got to the room and beside us was what appears to be a homeless camp and a beer can on the grass beside the room door with a flipped over picnic table. (see photos) Room smelt like a stale ash tray. I went back to the receptionist since my reservation stated non smoking room only. He moved us a few rooms over. Room must have just been repainted cause it smells like paint but it’s clean. Until we turned on the heater/air conditioning unit. All this debris fell out of it. No tv remote and no garbage. And woke up to ants all over the floor beside the mini fridge. Took a video of the ants but this review only allows for photos.

Well let's just say this.bathroom fan didn't work, tv remote didn't work, no USB charging port like basically every other hotel. Vacuuming at all hours of the night, no working ice machine

Quiet stay for 3 nights in early October. Renovated room was super comfy. Tons of space and parking too. All hotel rooms located on street level. Quiet hotel set just out of town but very near main mall, lots of large superstores and restaurants. Own restaurant closed. Shower water pressure was little weak. Strangely when leaving no question if our stay was ok or anything like that from checkout female receptionist. Would stay again if in area.

My friend found some chewed gum on Kleenex box. The seat of chair was stained. I don't know what it was. How can I know if that was pee or water. And one time I found a bug around A/C. Mostly, around A/C, and around corner especially far from the door was filled with dirt and cobwebs. Looked like that areas were never vacuumed. Moreover, I found between headboard and the wall was dirty. They really need to dedicate their effort cleaning.

Pool area is nice. Hotel allowed Bunch of under age kids drinking who jumped and sent a friend to the hospital.

Mid February and they had the hot turned off in my room? Turned it on high and left for about three hours came back it was still freezing

Had to switch rooms at 5am. First room the queen bed was sunken in the middle and the air conditioning would not work. Went to a new room which was right beside the other one with brand new air and an awesome bed. Not sure why we didnt get this room first. At check out time I didnt get a good bye or a hope you enjoyed your stay. Never again will I stay here.

The manager here was able to assist us in multiple ways after my wife was released from Hospital. Diane was excellent and same with their staff! My wife and I had a few to loud discussions and did end up upsetting there staff and the neighbors. They help us out a lot with a generous price and allowed us to stay our full time even with the couple noise complaints. These guys were great, if we are ever allowed back i would for sure attend for peaceful nights. Id also like to apologize to the Manager there Diane for causing a bit of grief at Checkout.
