A éviter! Cet endroit ne survit que grâce aux touristes ne connaissant pas la région! Plats surgelés servis au restaurant (cordon bleu & haricots surgelés), draps avec tâches & poils dedans, baignoire qui ne permet pas d'écouler l'eau quand on se douche, odeur de renfermé/moisi, si vous tenez à votre hygiène, fuyez ce lieu!

Mauvaise odeur, drap sales, mobilier vétustes.
On est un groupe à y séjourner et nous avons tous le même ressenti.
Dîner sur place de piètre qualité. Mieux vaut aller autre part

Excellent place for a price on a budget. Staff is great, rooms are ok.fairly clean and no bugs, breakfast is also ok.

Repeat customer and will be back because the staff are great as well as the location and price.

Great people to work with. The room was very clean, and they made sure that we're taken care of. Asked if we needed any help in where to go in town, if we needed any help just ask.

We were driving from Toronto to Newfoundland, and trying to make good time. We drove until well after midnight and find this place just off the highway. The whole establishment is very outdated and in need of a lot of work. The room we were in smelled like old wet carpet and the shower barely dribbled.but it was hot (so that was good). The bed was really comfy! I'll give them that much! But then we were awaken at 6 a.m by a passing TRAIN blowing! We had no idea we were THAT CLOSE to a railway! We got up and went down to our complimentary breakfast. The toaster didnt work, the dish that looked like scrambled eggs were like a watered down rubber, the breakfast sausage was tasteless and the coffee was terrible! They DID have yogurt that wasnt expired, so that was good and tied us over until we checked out and found the nearest Tim Horton's drive thru for coffee and breakfast.

After visiting this hotel/restaurant as international guests, we were greeted by a very aggressive and rude staff member demanding that we leave the property immediately. After clarifying we were tourists looking for somewhere to park and eat, he became very aggressive and threatened to call the police. The hotel and restaurant itself looked obsolete and run down and certainly not somewhere you'd want to stay at. I've never felt more unwelcome than this experience and would highly recommend anyone to avoid this place at all costs.

Bed had a hollow in the middle of the mattress
The room was old and smelly. Bathtub was grundgy so shower was only option. Shower curtain was dirty at the bottom of the tub.
Breakfast was buffet with ok selection. Coffee was good. Orange juice good.
Close to Casino.

The Service was terrible, we showed up at 1: 00 there was no cars in the parking lot. We went to check in early, as I Privilege member we are intitled to. The girl told us the room was not ready. We found this odd as there was no one else there. The room wasn't too bad but the rest of the hotel is another story. We went for the free breakfast in the morning, and the restaurant was disgusting. My wife had hair in her eggs, carpet was filthy.

Member of start came out into the Car park and was very aggressive towards us while we were trying to park our motorhome. Very rude. Place looked like a dump. Wouldn’t recommend

The rooms and bathrooms are clean and nice. Friendly staff welcome you warmly. I spent the night feeling at ease, as if the fatigue of a long drive had gone away. I went down to eat early in the morning and woke up suddenly. It's worse than the Corona era. I'm so disappointed.omg.

We went to this place recently with our newborn. I would like to say my honest opinion this place is disgusting.there are pastes in room hanging around the walls, carpets have so much dust bathroom have bad odder.we had a booked queen room but due to not renovation and lots of mosquitoes.my husband killed spiders as soon as we entered in room. & when we asked for bug spray they didn't have any solution for that we requested to cancelation but owner was so rude & not ready to give us refund. We booked our room for almost $300 which was quite expensive for 1 night & we found all these stuff.
1. There was pastes & lots of mosquitoes
2. Carpets were never cleaned
3. Bathroom have odd odder
4. Towels were not cleaned & has lots of hairs inside
5. Sofa have lots dust
6. Lamp was not working
7. Old, dark, dusty, expensive, rude owner, dirty
8. Acs were to old made lots of noise & wasn't working properly
Not suitable for family or babies
I would never recommend this over expensive rooms to anyone to waste their money on such properties like this.

This place isn't even worth one star.
I have stayed in well over 1000 different hotels for professional reasons. But I have never experienced anything like this in my life!

It smells terrible, mold, creatures in the room, endlessly dirty, the plaster falls on your face at night, doors are swollen with moisture and can no longer be opened, tiles in the bathroom are loose and falling off the wall, wallpaper is coming off the ceiling itself, …

When I complained to management, I was forbidden to speak!
Never again. Just catastrophic.

I visited the 1000 islands and that overrode disappointment of my stay in the Quality inn - Gananoque. The bath tub was not washed before we checked in. Dead mosquitoes were left on the window. We had to buy Lysol wipes to wipe everything from the room to the hot water flask at breakfast. Won’t recommend. Better to stay in a hotel in Kingston- then drive down to Gananoque. It shouldn’t be all about money. 230$ for this room was kind of a rip off and disrespectful - considering the lack of care for client comfort.

Je suis entrer dans le stationnement (complètement vide) pour entrer ma destination sur mon gps et la propriétaire est sortie a peine 15 seconde plus tard pour me dire de sortir immédiatement de son stationement quand je lui ai dit que je sortais dans 1 minute après avoir entrer ma direction sur mon cellulaire.elle s'est mis a frapper dans ma fênetre avec son cellulaire en me disant de sortir immédiatement et a lancer sont thé sur mon bateau.quand je suis sortie de mon camion pour lui demander ce qu'elle faisait elle était au telephone avec le 911 disant que j'avais essayer de la frapper avec mon camion et que je mettais sa vie en danger. Vraiment A ÉVITER COMME PLACE deplus selon tout les autres commentaire tout est moisie la dedans et ils ne font visiblement rien pour y remedier. Donc je ne vous recommende pas cette endroit dutout.

This hotel is about the same as a 89.00 motel 6.
Room is basic and we had a broken door latch so anybody with a key could come in anytime.
The tub/shower taps were plumbed backwards meaning hot to the right turning into cold at the left so I burnt my hand doing a temperature check.
Lastly the breakfast is awful. Just skip it.
On top you get charged a 6 dollar "resort fee" as well as a 6 dollar municipal fee. The resort fee is funny though as this place is no resort.

Personnel aimable, mais avions demander à avoir petite table et 4 chaises dans la chambre, et n'avions rien eu, avions louer pour 4 personnes adultes presque $400.00 car 1 nuit 2 et la 2e nuit 4. Restos pour déjeuner fermer à 9hrs. Trop tôt.

I need to stop trusting reviews.
My worst fear when booking a hotel is ending up with a damp musty room.
Reviews were positive on here? I guess people have different levels of expectations.
Dark, damp, musty room. Months of dust on some surfaces. Fridge was not cleaned and had melted ice / food still inside. Some of the drawers wouldn’t stay closed. Bathroom floor was dirty. Limited tv channels. Bed sheets were odd.
The beds were comfortable and it was an OK stay. If you’re in a pinch sure, but way over priced. I would expect a hotel like this to run double rooms at $75-$100. Husband said front desk was very nice.
On top of it all we found a sock in our room. Just one sock. Not ours.
3.5/10. Do yourself a favour and stay at the holiday inn down the street. Fair pricing and very very clean. Only reason we chose this hotel this time was for the outdoor pool which we didn’t end up using due to weather.

Odeur d'humidité dans la chambre, air climatisé bruyante, ventilateur non foncfionnel dans la salle de bain et plusieurs perce-oreilles dans la chambre.cet endroit a vraiment besoin de rénovations. Que dire du déjeuner, des oeufs trop cuits et des saucisses trop cuites, nous sommes allés déjeuner au restaurant. à éviter comme escale

Nice place to stay. Clean rooms and very helpful staff. Very convenient location. Definitely recommend to friends and family or any visitors.
