Great place to stay for hockey tournaments in the area. Hotel is great with the teams, letting the players have some fun but ensuring things are quiet after 11pm. Great time had by all and I would recommend for the hockey experience expected when at away tournaments.

You have to wait for hot water to travel all the way to the washroom with no pressure at all.

Ils ne lavent pas la douche! J'ai nettoyé une trace dans la saleté et elle est restée là pendant 4 semaines. Je suis reparti les weekend, ils ont donc loué cette chambre plus de 4 fois sans jamais laver la douche, c'est dégeu. Et bien sûre j'ai avisé le desk à chaque départ! C'est un hôtel de base et vieillot ok mais ça devrait être propre.

Le reste de l'Hôtel est aussi un total laissé allé, des patch de plâtre sur les murs dans les corridors, ils ont du congédié le paysagiste en 2010:), les rampes en laiton ont plus de traces de doigts que dans une garderie. La tête de douche coule en arrière, la peinture et le silicone ont été fait par des incompétents, le cadre sur le mur est brisé, la valve de la toilette coule et fait un bruit à toutes les 5 secondes, le thermostat ne change pas de température, et j'en oublie.
C'est malheureusement le seul hôtel dans le coin mais si vous pouvez allez plus loin, n'arrêtez pas ici.

Après avoir écris cet avis, j'ai parlé avec le "gérant" et ils sont venu laver la douche:) Il semble qu'ils n'avaient pas de produits assez fort pour venir à bout de la saleté. Voir la dernière photo de la douche.après qu'ils soient venu nettoyer.

Wow, réponse d'un champion gérant d'Hôtel! Bravo. C'est sûrement le gérant qui n'a pas réussi à enlever la saleté sur les murs de la douche. Je suis resté un mois à cause de la proximité pour un projet dans le coin. Je vous assure que je vais trouver d'autres options à l'avenir.

Not a bad hotel for the price. The continental breakfast was probably the best continental breakfast I've had.

The website says pet friendly and no pool, but they definitely do have a pool and are not pet friendly.

Good choice for the price. Rooms are clean. The area is an industrial park so you need a car if you want to access the interesting things in the city.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel is clean. I will definitely stay here again.

Endroit ok pour dormir et le déjeuner est inclus. La salle de bain aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement.

Awesome place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfy beds, and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. Only drawback was the hot tub jets didn't work during my stay. I highly recommend and Quality Inns Hawkesbury will definitely be a regular stop for me when I travel

The hotel is unique in the area, well-organized rooms and clean and friendly room service! The reception leaves a little to be desired in terms of friendliness, I don't understand how a hotel that should serve tourists (of all nationalities) treats only those who speak French better! We were also not informed at reception about whether breakfast was included and at what time.

Nice clean rooms. Breakfast included every morning. Requests need to be made to have room cleaned if needed daily.

Montreal had grand prix race, hotels TRIPLED ALL RATES! Stayed here and drove back and forth from funeral parlor. Quality Inn here was quiet, comfortable, close to highway. Management should order enough sausages if they're offering breakfast. They ran out and used hotdogs instead. Didn't know I was at Camp Sockittomeee.

Customer service was unhelpful and rude. Tried to renegotiate a room I had to cancel 5 mins after and was rudely dismissed. Never saw a refund or able to get any room credit a week before the booking date. Crooks, avoid.

Room smelled moldy. Only elevator is a service elevator and it was closed the second day so we had to drag all our luggage down the stairs. Hot tub was non functional. Pool was nice. Sauna too. Ice machine on 2nd floor was leaking

Hi, just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge how helpful and knowledgeable Christina was in helping me obtain a copy of our receipt from our last stay. She knew about the Ontario Staycation Credit as well. Also I wanted to acknowledge the staff when staying at the hotel who are always helpful and friendly. Anytime I have asked for service or extra towels or face clothes they have been on top of my requests.
