We had a nice one night stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. The front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming. Our breakfast was wonderful, and the kitchen area was clean and well organized. One downfall was the noise coming from the room above (at least we think that's where it came from), but it could have just been pipes or an electric room. It was hard to pinpoint. It did go on all night though, or at least til 3 am.when we put the room fan on high to help drown it out and finally just adjusted to hearing it and fell asleep.
However, it woke us again by 7am! Next time, we will get a room on the top floor to hopefully solve that issue. Otherwise, we had an excellent stay and will be back.

Wasn't a horrible visit other then the trip to the vending machine. Wow 10 bucks for a chocolate bar and can of pop. The worst part was the price on the screen wasn't what I was billed on my card. Lesson learned. Stay clear of the vending machines.

Very nice hotel for the price. Great for a sleep stop if you are half-way from the East to Toronto or Niagara falls.

The transport trucks running all night kept me awake all night. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, friendly staff. Clean.

Stayed here during the first weekend of June for vacation and sightseeing. I picked the hotel because of the good value per night it was offering, close to the highway, and driveable with restaurants nearby. We arrived late. However, I notified the hotel beforehand. Also requested to be away from crowds to avoid noise and they accommodated this. Check-in was easy and had no issues. The room itself was clean, spacious, and quite a comfortable bed. We couldn't hear any noises and the room itself was facing the parking lot. The toiletries were basic, nothing fancy and just to use for the few days we were there. The Continental breakfast offered was average, hot and cold items available. The eggs, bacon and sausages were quite good. They had a small waffle machine anyone can use with instructions at the side. The only recommendation which I also provided to the hotel was providing choices for dairy as for those who can't drink it due to intolerances/allergies. Overall, a good stay.

Staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean. Breakfast is good. Definitely would recommend. Price is very good.

Dear Hotel Management,

I am writing to express my complaint and disappointment regarding the issues I encountered during my stay at your hotel. My family and I checked in on the evening of June 24,2023, at 7: 00 PM. However, at around 9: 00 PM, the water supply to the hotel was cut off, leaving us without the ability to take showers or flush the toilets. We approached the front desk, where a staff member named Grace informed us that there was a municipal water pipe rupture, and the hotel was unable to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, we were informed that there would also be a power outage the next morning at 6: 00 AM, which meant we would have no access to hot water or functioning elevators.

As a form of compensation, Grace informed us that the hotel agreed to provide a 50% discount. Reluctantly, we accepted the offer and continued our stay. However, the next morning when we checked out, another front desk staff member claimed to be unaware of any discount and requested that we pay the full amount, promising that we could contact the manager on Monday afternoon, June 26,2023. Following the agreed-upon timeline, we contacted the manager as planned, only to be informed that they were in a meeting and asked us to leave our contact information for a callback. The front desk staff double-checked our phone number to ensure accuracy. However, despite waiting for two days, we did not receive a response from the manager.

Therefore, on the evening of June 28,2023, we made a second call to the manager, but once again, they were unavailable. The front desk advised us to try again the following morning. On the morning of June 29,2023, we made our third attempt to contact the manager. Finally, the manager answered the call and stated that the water pipe rupture was an issue caused by the municipal government and not the hotel. We pointed out that the hotel was aware of the municipal issue on the night of our stay and had promised us a 50% discount based on that. However, the manager claimed that the front desk staff had misspoken. Later, we reached out to Grace, the front desk staff member mentioned earlier, and she mentioned that it was the management's decision to offer a 50% discount but they later reneged on the agreement, leaving her unable to assist us.

The hotel's evasion of responsibility, failure to honor commitments, and lack of integrity have resulted in us being unable to receive the promised discount (as well as the loss of expected services). I sincerely request that the hotel's management address this issue promptly and find a resolution. As a guest who experienced significant inconvenience and disappointment, I believe it is essential for the hotel to rectify this matter appropriately.

Hotel was about what you'd expect from a Quality Inn. It was quiet and clean, and a good location for a stop on the drive to Montreal.

Great value hotel. Clean rooms, great welcoming staff and awesome full breakfast. Super pleasant experience. Will recommend and will be returning to stay on our next visit.

Good location and great customer service. BUT the rooms were dirty, there were ants and dead ants smooshed on the wall. The room had obviously not been well cleaned. Breakfast was fine.

Was located right by the highway which was convenient for travelling around Kingston. Location was quiet and rooms were clean and looked like had some upgrades recently. My room was automatically upgraded without any additional charges. Upgraded room was very large. Free parking and breakfast was included. Great customer service and positive experience over all.

Good place to just grab a bed and some breakfast on your way to Ottawa. Take a break and sleep in between. The drive is too long.

Nice, clean and convenient place to stay. Close to the highway, so easily accessible but not too noisy, free parking. The rooms were comfortable and good size. The breakfast area was clean and offered good food options. We were with a big group, they provided space for the kids to play, they started breakfast earlier to accommodate our schedule at the last minute and made sure we had what we needed. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, couldn't have asked for more.

This hotel is conveniently located, super dog friendly, and very clean. There's 24-hour coffee in the lobby, a small fitness center, and free breakfast in the morning. The best part, by far, is the staff. Aarti at the front desk is an absolute gem! She helped us through a late check-in with a smile even though it happened to be a very busy moment in the lobby. She was super informative, and we were thrilled to see her back the next night, just as capably handling another busy check-in time as we returned to our room after a long day of fun in Kingston. She certainly deserves a huge bonus when holiday time rolls around for her smooth and cheerful managing of so many people and activities going on at one time. While this hotel is basically the same as many other hotels, the staff here made our stay stand out! Thank you to Aarti and all the staff who made our time here pleasant.

It was a pleasant stay. We only stayed for one day/night. Lady at checkin was quiet friendly and courteous. Inn was at entrance of city, so it was very convenient for us, as we were tired from the road trip by then. Beds were comfy, and the buffet breakfast was good and fulfilling. Would totally recommend.

Lovely and neat room. The complimentary breakfast was fine and tasty. Tina & Racheal were very serviceable.

The bed is super comfy and the room seems to be clean. The wifi is terrible, the shower head barley works with zero water pressure, and the tv remote didn’t do anything other than turn on the tv. The air conditioning/heating unit does not work. I unplugged it, plugged it back in again, i heard a beep, but when i tried to actually turn it on it literally doesn’t work, and there’s no remote for it to test it otherwise. Also, all i can hear when i try to sleep is the tucks on the highway. Other than that it’s a good hotel.
