I have 4 vehicles in the family and have been taking them in for service for years. They also store all my vehicles tires here and hands down this is the best shop around. They are very professional, honest and only recommend what is necessary. I would highly recommend Quality Lube and Tires to anyone looking for a great family owned business to service their vehicles with.

My car was making noises today as I was driving on the highway and I had no idea what it was. I saw that this auto shop was very close to the exit that I was near. I called and the receptionist Simran said I could come in right away. After so many negative experiences at auto shops I finally found a place which I can trust for my automobile needs. Nav checked my car and explained to me exactly what the problem was with my brakes and said it was a good thing that I came in when I did. When I left Nav booked me in for future services as well and this really showed me that he is committed to making longterm clients. Very very satisfied with my service and definitely recommend!

First time at this location and my experience was amazing! Nav is the new owner and not only was he kind, professional, and honest, he didn't end up charging me for service of replacing 2 front calipers and went above and beyond to remove rim corrosion and other details. He ordered more parts than were needed for my vehicle and finished a large job earlier than expected!
His wife, Simi, was also so kind and personable at the front desk! Can't say enough good things about my first experience with this company. My new brakes and rotors look and work wonderfully and I will be returning in the future!

These guys really helped me out. I had new tires put on my car the morning of a long trip upnorth with the intentions of retorquing the nuts myself but realized that I forgot my socket set. They did me a massive favor by retorquing my tires on short to no notice. Would recommend checking them out.

10/10 for this shop and the staff. They were able to do my oil change and inspection so I didn't have to go down to the dealer in Cambridge and the price was unbeatable! The dealership wanted to charge me double! I dropped off my car in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. The owner was also able to walk me through the issues I had with my car as I requested as well. Will definitely bring my other cars here for service in the future.

Deepa and his team were so accommodating and helpful. Although it was the busy season they made it a priority to help me out and gave me cost effective options. Deepa took the time to talk through everything with me, and even spoke to my Dad about what was going on with my vehicle. I recommend anyone takes their vehicle here for servicing.

Amazing experience at QLT. I called looking for some used tires, and D was quick to find a suitable set, and gave me an incredible price. The service was quick and effortless. I was really impressed with how I was accommodated so quickly, getting my tires the next day. I would definitely recommend Quality to anyone, and will be calling them next time I need any services or tires.

A co-worker recommended this company and I can't say enough good things. Deepa scheduled me in for new snow tires last minute when I knew he was really busy. The team stayed late to install my tires. He didn't try to upsell me and instead gave me his honest opinion and a great deal on barely used winter tires. I will be going back to get a summer set and rims!

I met this very friendly and welcoming couple (Dee and Harpreet) at Quality Auto Services on Brock road for the first time to get my flat tire fixed. I walked-in as a new customer without any call or appointment and mentioned I'm new to the area and have no other option in the area to get this tire fixed. Dee and Harpreet right away took care of it and helped out. My issue was small but they prioritized it for me and the thing inspired me was they didn't charged me for their service. Very happy with the service and their welcoming attitude towards their customers. I've also seen some very nice collection of alloy wheels for expensive brand and exotic cars. Cheers! I've been bringing my cars to Deepa and his team for years now. I can't recommend them enough. He doesn't recommend work that doesn't need to be done (like dealerships). He is trustworthy, reasonable and has good quality service.

I can't say enough about the service you'll receive at Quality Lube and Tire, but the most important thing I could say is that they are trustworthy. You'll never feel like you are being upsold on services you don't really need. They'll only recommend repairs and services that are really necessary, and you'll get clear answers on why and how. As a bonus, they're friendly incredibly knowledgeable. I've been a customer there for more than 10 years, and I don't intend on going anywhere else.

Finally found a good honest mechanic (very hard to come by now a days) since moving to the area after trying a few different ones and getting washed each time. Deepa takes the time to explain work, helped me save hundreds on my brakes, alternator and most recently radiator which was recommended to me for replacement by another mechanic, when I brought my van to Quality Lube last night Deepa found it was just a hose clamp causing the leak and replaced it for me as a gesture of goodwill saving me around $600 in repairs. Since then I’m recommending them to everyone and this is now my one stop shop for all my auto needs!

While traveling along the 401 on a Saturday morning back in April, we blew a trailer tire. The owner here stepped up while they had other work to do & provided us with service to swap out for our spare. We were on a time crunch to get to Pickering & he did not hesitate to open his doors & get us sorted out all within' 20 minutes. Despite the small window of time, he still took the time from his day to get us back on the road. We didn't end up purchasing anything, but he still provided us with assistance when everyone else was closed. We wouldn't have made the trip in either direction without his help.

Wow! How many great things can I say about this place. My 18 year old daughter broke down in the lot next to Quality on the way to Guelph and we happened upon them from a good Samaritan's recommendation who stopped to check if we were okay. From the moment Deepa came out to talk to us, he reassured us that everything would be okay and continued to do so throughout the day. They knew my daughter was stranded in Guelph so they worked late to ensure the truck was fixed so she could come back to Oakville for her sister's graduation. Communication was fantastic about exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. When my daughter went to pick up the truck, they fully explained the work and what to expect from her drive home (oil had spilled onto the exhaust, so not to worry about the smell as it would dissipate). The next morning they called to follow up to ensure that my daughter's drive home had gone well and that they work met with our expectations. The people at Quality Lube & Tires/Auto Centre know what customer service is all about and take great pride in ensuring happy customers. Thank you so much for being there when we needed you!

I had called in the morning, they were able to fit me in during their busy day. I needed a couple tires switched out on my rims and my steering was pulling my car off the road after I had swapped a few suspension parts at home. In and out the same day, faster and affordable pricing, very easy to deal with. Driving better than ever.

Quality Lube & Tires really deserves its name! Their customer service is excellent - very friendly staff, prompt response times, as well as Depa's (the owner) ability to explain clearly what the problem is and outline the steps that will be taken to address and solve it. Every time I leave my car there I leave knowing that it's in good hands. I've gotten my tires changed there on two occasions and recently got my AC fixed. The AC issue was internal and required the whole dashboard to be dismantled for the troubleshooting process and the installation of the broken piece. Considering the effort that was involved, the final price for what could easily have been a much more expensive problem to fix if I had gotten it done at an official dealership, was very fair. Now my car is cooler than it's ever been and I have Quality Lube & Tires to thank for it!

We absolutely love this place. The level of care, speed and accuracy is beyond top notch and the Owner and his Wife go WAY beyond expectation to make sure our vehicles are taken care of and road-ready when we need.

We drive almost 2 hours just to get the expertise. That's not even mentioning the insane prices, which I usually hear of being double ir triple at a dealership.

Quality Lube and Tires really helped my family when were in a pinch. We were on our way home to Maryland when I ran my tire flat on the 401. The tire was really damaged in the process, but I managed to get the car off the highway and into the garage parking lot (which is right by the exit). It was a Friday afternoon and I arrived just as the owner and his wife were closing up for the day. They took our information and were able to emergency source us a tire and got us back on the road first thing Saturday. They could have taken advantage of us in our situation, but instead they gave us a good price and were extremely friendly/professional.

It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust. My first time meeting Deepa was truly beyond my expectations. His passion to cars and his understanding is just superb. He walked me through the process and getting to the root cause of it. I have had my regular maintenance done there, tires changed, and complex mechanical / electrical rework done to my BMW. I sure would recommend him to anyone looking for a good mechanic that knows the ins and outs of cars. Thankful for his team and his warm welcoming wife the minute you walk into their shop. Was on a long drive in my ram truck when started doing something strange. Called the nearest shop to where I was and happened to get Deepa on the phone (whom I'd never met or spoken too before). He spent a bunch of time helping me by phone, looking at photos, analysing the issue despite his shop being closed at the time. Got the problem resolved and me back on the road safe - just as a good Samaritan. Nice to know there's good folks out there willing to help.

This is the worst auto repair shop I've been to. I went in to buy winter tires last year. The owner (I think) Deepa is the most rudest guy I have ever met. I checked with his assistant politely for clarification of a price which we spoke on phone while purchasing tires from him. He came in and started shouting and yelling at me and started talking rubbish all of a sudden. He even started equating my skin color to him and he said that I should trust him because he had the same skin color as mine.
I was so shocked, I told him he need not shout as I was just trying to understand the quote and the items included, as I have every right to know as I was the person who is paying obviously.
He also lied to me that the tires are manufactured in the United States and when I went back home I look at the tire and it is clearly written made in China, I dont mind country it was manufactured hadn't he lied to me.
I felt cheated and lost my dignity first thing in the morning, thanks to this guy. Will never visit this hypocrite's shop again

My daddy brought me here to get my tire changed after it blew on the hwy the night before. It was so badly damaged, Deepa replaced it within an hour at an excellent price. Deepa (The owner) treated me with professionalism and courtesy starting from the first call. I called him to get a quote on all new front brakes for my car, and I found that he was extremely knowledgeable about what what wrong with my car and the exact methods to fix it without adding in anything unnecessary. After an inspection I was given a fair price that beat out all other quotes I had collected and the final quality of the repair that completed had surpassed my expectations.tl: dr -> 10/10 Experience.

I brought in my old car and Deepa had to tell me it was time to let her go (I could tell he felt bad). He gave me more than it was worth on a trade in for a nice little car that he had to put more work and parts in than he thought for the mechanical (a new catylitic convertor). Hes a man of his word and I will do business with him again and would recommend him to anyone. See you again when I need summer tires for my Matrix.

Well after an excellent referral from a good friend I now "have a mechanic! " A family run business where they go the extra mile to make sure you are informed and aware of options, not just the expensive repair.
