EXTREMELY poor customer service. When I got my re-covered sofa back, it was missing two bolsters and a block in which to install one leg. I emailed and phoned them FOR A YEAR, pleading for the missing parts. On the rare occasion that I received a response, Romina told me how busy they were, and that she had to speak to Allan. And then she would NEVER phone or email me back.
I feel sad writing this negative review; I try to patronize local small businesses. But these folks are definitely not worth the aggravation.

They repaired an antique couch for us and did an excellent job. They picked it up, repaired it, and delivered it in perfect condition. Highly recommended!

Our interior design firm has been using Quality Upholstery for almost 10 years. His attention to detail and eye for perfection is what keeps me coming back! Highly recommend.
