Dave and Terry were amazing! After figuring out that we didn’t have one of the slabs they drove all the way to Bowmanville to get it and bring it back! The install went great! They did amazing work merging both pieces together, as if it’s one piece! Big thank you to Dave and Terry from Quartz and Co!

This place is absolutely awful! They installed our quartz backsplash a few weeks ago and did a terrible job. Nothing was level. There were multiple seams that did not need to be there. I could fit multiple fingers between my quartz and the wall. Best part of it all, when i called to complain all I got was their controller Rick, who tried to pin everything on us. They refused to come back and fix the job.

Would not recommend using this company to anyone. Do yourself a favour, find a real quartz installer who will do a good job.

Overall we are happy with the product. Angela, the office manager, went above and beyond with respect to communicating with us, fielding our concerns, and making sure we got the product we wanted. Our biggest complaint is with the individual who scheduled our job. We were told that the installers would arrive early morning, but they did not arrive until 4 pm, leaving us waiting for them all day. Apparently the scheduler booked two big jobs for first thing in the morning. The installers arrived to install our countertops already tired from their first job and they did not leave our place until 10 pm. Thankfully they were pleasant and very professional. The person who made the scheduling error inconvenienced not only us, but two very exhausted installers.

Had the pleasure of working with Dax and Dave, the two of them showed up very professional and worked with me on getting the side splash installed correctly as well the the vanity counter top.

We would HIGHLY recommend Quartz Co. Our experience was fantastic. I started with Corey in sales who was very patient with me. I took a few samples home twice and Corey's suggestion was the winner. A few days later Nathan came by the house to take all the measurements, answered all my questions, and helped finalize the sink size. Then Installation day came, Tyler and Jesse worked very hard, my kitchen is small and tight for space, they did a amazing getting the countertops to fit in to the space. They made sure everything was perfect before they left. All of the staff we dealt with were knowledgeable, polite, and very accommodating.
