The most beautiful and polite staff I've ever encounter since my experience visiting the dentist. From the receptionist warm welcome's, to the Assistant taking care of me and to the Doctor who did an amazing work, are a phenomenal group of people. Even when I was nervous and teary they were very genuine while going through the process of my procedure. I HIGHLY recommend this Dentist office they are the best at what they do.

Had a great experience here yesterday when I had a small dental emergency. Dr Chopra, Zara, Annabelle and Alex were so kind, professional and patient with me. They made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of.

Everyone here is incredibly friendly. All the hygienists are wonderful and kind, especially Anabelle, who has helped me stay calm over the years, as I have had a lot of dental work that has needed to be done. When I was frustrated with the pain I was experiencing, and there were difficulties, Dr. Garach was understanding and kind and helped me in various ways. They do direct billing to insurance for some services (like cleaning) as well.

I appreciate the professionalism from this team. Inside is very clean, the equipment is up to date and the staff is very knowledgeable. I will continue to go here as long as I can

All the staff here are friendly and efficient. They even took the initiative to check my insurance coverage for me, because I am an international student and I didn't know this when I came to the dentist for the first time. They saved me a lot of trouble.

The whole experience left me feeling incredible. Came in so nervous but the staff and process was so thorough and informative.

I had my first visit yesterday, and they even squeezed me in this morning as well for a procedure! All of the staff is super friendly and the Doctor even offered options to fix my smile that my previous Doctors never bothered addressing for years. So happy I found a new Dentist!:)

The dental hygienist was wonderful and very patient with me. He introduced himself and told me a little bit about himself. He answered all my questions and concerns regarding my teeth. He was very educated on dental hygiene. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He definitely is a great addition at my dentist office. I Hope I get him to do my cleaning again! Never been a fan of the dentist but the people that work here make it actually pretty okay to go. All are very friendly and all around a great place to go.

Dr. Simali has been my dentist for over 24 years. Dr Simali and her staff are always professional and always progressive with new treatments. Dr Simali is a perfectionist and always makes sure her patients are treated effectively and with compassion. I would highly recommend her as a dentist.

Brittany and the staff are excellent and seem to really care about their patients in one of Hamilton’s nicest buildings.

I am taking a moment to say thanks to Garach Dentistry for taking me on as a new patient. After having my first appointment, and an awesome cleaning with Brittany, I was very happy to have found this dental clinic.

I was with my previous dental practice for thirteen years, and was needing to find a new place that I could be a part of. I was worried I would not find an office that would feel comfortable with, and was shocked that one was so close to me, only a few minutes walk from home.

Not only is Garach Dentistry conveniently close, it is also very clean and wonderfully welcoming. The office is up to date, and current with technology, which is appreciated as I know I will always receive the best care with such a modern practice.

Staff are friendly, and Dr. Garach explained things to me on a level that I could understand. I was very comfortable here as I was able to relax, as I was a part of my dental care. I was not just teeth to work on.

Furthermore, Dr. Garach went out of her way to ensure I was very happy with my smile when correcting my teeth as part of my recovery process - she is quick in her work but thorough and always kind. While in Florida a year ago, I lost half a filling off a tooth so called the dental office and they were so helpful. I ended up waiting until coming back to Ontario to get my tooth repaired and an appointment was made for me immediately upon our return.

I am a new patient to Garach Dentistry and from the first contact I felt like they really cared about my well being. With my busy life I found there use of technology to remind me of appontments very helpful. During my initial consultation with Dr. Simali she really listened to me and offered a variety of solutions and suggestions. I truly feel she had my best interest at heart. She referred me quickly to a specialist in Hamilton and made the appoinmentt herself ( (got me an appointment on the 24th of December at 4: 00 PM) where again I felt like I was in extremely good hands and care. In a few weeks I have had several procedures: a difficult root canal, discussion on bone loss, two caps and molds taken for a mouth guard to help prevent the grinding and wearing of my teeth. My mouth is pain free for the first time that I can remember. I have some concerns now about things pointed out by Dr. Simali that I have faced simply because my previous dentist either didn't know or diagnose. I completely trust her and it is a pleasure actually visiting her office. Best Dental experience I have ever had. Highly, highly recommend! Thank you for your kindnesss, care and everything you do.

I’m so thankful that I found this dentist years ago. Both Dr’s (father and daughter) are amazingly skilled at what they do. It is very clear that this is a vocation for them and not just a means of earning money. I used to have so much anxiety going to the dentist but now I’m very comfortable going even with all the dental work I’ve needed to have done. I have had a ton of dental issues and I don’t feel any judgement whatsoever in their care.

Their team is strength focused while moving patients towards dental health. If your mouth is a hot mess don’t be afraid to get help! These people are very compassionate.

Dr. Garach is a very thorough, calm and knowledgeable doctor. I've tried a lot of dentists and he's the only one I'll trust with my teeth. All my interactions with his team have been top notch too. I drive over 45 mins to get to him, but it's worth it
