Always love coming to this lovely restaurant! This is a hidden gem, I hope more people will discover and enjoy what QMP offers. Excellent service, delicious food (forgot to take pics of dessert). Never been disappointed here after many many visits.
I usually don’t rate but this was not a very good pizza. The crust was very doughy and it just felt like I was wasting a lot of bread. Hopefully the owner and staff check out this review and look to improve.
We ordered 2 pizzas, one with their regular crust and another with gluten free. The regular crust was a hit. It was delicious and light. The gluten free crust fell short for me personally. There are other options I would take if I had to get the GF option. But if you're in the mood for a regular crust pizza, I would recommend Queen Margherita
Janice and Jasmine were such good bartenders, attentive and knowledgeable. Robbie is such a good time.athey make the best pizza. Can't wait to go back!
Neither good nor bad. The drinks were fantastic. The service, ok at best. Granted it was slightly busy with only one waitress. As for the pizza, not really my preferred style. Very soggy and doughy. But it did taste absolutely fantastic.
I’ve been wanting to eat at this place since it opened, and it was okay. Ordered margarita pizza and some pasta. Pasta was alright, but the pizza was burnt, and sauce was alright. Okay experience. Not worth the price though.
Eat here if you you want to feel like you DON’T EXIST…. My mom and I waited almost an hour and no staff came to us. I went to the back and kindly said my mom and I are at our table in the corner waiting for a server. BTW two groups that came after were served water, drinks and food reiterating that we were forgotten. This place seems to have an entitled attitude from years of selling overpriced pizza to rich Baby Point folk. Go to the Mad Mexican instead!
Honestly so disappointed. Legit used to be a regular. Would rave about the pizza. They changed something about it. Cheese isn't the same, the whole vibe is different. Barcode needed for menus. Just bring back the old way prior to covid. It felt so cold and computer like.
Delicious pizzas! Wish the menu was a bit more extensive and kid-friendly, but we can usually find something for everyone. Haven't dined in since Covid, but pre-pandemic the service was always friendly and efficient.
I have passed by this restaurant many times and have been curious to try it. I finally had the opportunity to yesterday. It took quite a while to be seated. I server was quite nice but, nervous. A simple menu and everything was delicious. We tried an array of appetizers and mains that were so good I forgot to take a picture first. A family restaurant as there was many young children there. I would definitely return again.
Pizza was fresh and delicious. You can ask for hot chilli oil and garlic mayo on the side. The service was a little slow, but still a nice dinner experience.
Went there for dinner and had a great time. Pizza had fresh ingredients / prosciutto and arugula and the best cheese in town! Great atmosphere. Can’t wait to try it again.
Taste of the food not worth the price. Ordered the prix fixe menu - I got the ricotta ravioli that tasted like the Ziggi's $5 pasta packages from No Frills (but on their menu it was $22.). The salad with fennel, blood orange, etc sounded good in theory but the taste was very bland. And the dessert was meh. Would never go back there. Staff were pleasant and accommodating but you can't fix bad tasting food.
Toppings are good, but the crusts are soggy! This is the 3rd time here, with a group of 4 or more. All pizzas had soggy soaking wet crusts! I never have this problem anywhere in the EU. I wish I could get a decent puzza.
Great pizza, pasta and more. We also ordered some calamari and a few salads. Everything was very delicious! Service was a bit slow; there was only one waitress when we went. Highly recommended!
An absolute amazing restaurant! My husband and I got married in September at Queen Margherita, due to COVID there was a limit as to how many people were allowed in the restaurant and because of this the restaurant actually closed the restaurant down to the public so we had the restaurant to ourselves, this was something we were not expecting at all! The food is absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable, we will definitely make this our go to anniversary spot going forward.
LOVE this place! What a local gem. Pizza is so flavourful with yummy toppings and the sauce tastes so fresh. Salads are also great- kale is my fave. Staff also super friendly.
Went in here on a whim. Pizza came fast but had a bitter taste to it that I didn’t quite enjoy. The Rozzo pizza came beautifully charred but when it came time to eat it was clear the char gave most of the taste. Restaurant was clean and the staff were polite. I wouldn’t go back unless I had to.
They are terrible people, they discriminate against people. It took half an hour there and they didn't help me. They attended the other people who came after me
my money is worth it too and we are in the 21st century.it's not fair that they treat people like that
I ordered the four cheese pizza for my son and that was a mistake - I should have known better, kids like just simple red sauce and plain cheese. I don't know if it was the manager or who but this bald-headed gentleman very quickly as if it wasn't even an issue told us that he would make us the margarita so that my son can enjoy it! Even the server was very gracious and took away the old pizza and replaced it with the new one very quickly since my kid was hungry. I offered to pay for the previous pizza but they wouldn't have it.
We were more than pleased with margarita, just good simple sauce nice tasting cheese and that nice chew to the dough!
Food - 5 stars Service - A+
I will definitely visit again and bring friends this time!
We celebrated our daughter's baptism at QMP Baby Point last weekend. We had excellent service from Roberto and his team. The food was delicious and came out at excellent timing. The setting was beautiful and all our guests had a wonderful time. Thank you for making this a special day for our family!
Great service, Sara was our server. Super attentive but never overbearing.
Meals were very tasty, we had the fixed menu. Everyone in our group commented on the flavours.
Ambiance- could be improved, lights could be dimmed a bit more, and the hard surfaces tend to allow noise to bounce around - but now I’m being “nitpicky.
Bottom line - delicious and definitely will be back.
This is the best pizza place ever. Hands down. I go here all the time and I know my pizza! The crust is so good I actually eat it. The sauce is unreal and so good. I love every pizza I have ever got here. I always want to try other pizza places but it would hurt me to try something else when I know how good this place is… you can’t find better!
One of my favourite restaurants in Toronto. The fixed price menu lets you try all three courses at a reasonable price. The servers are attentive and the food does not take longer than 10-15mins to reach the table. I wish they would bring back the beef carpaccio!
Pre-COVID we loved to sit at the bar and eat our pizza and drink wine by the ounce. It was always a happening place. However, despite it being a wood burning pizza oven, we often found that the pizza dough wasn't baked enough in the centre of the pizza. A good pizza crust should have a crunchy crust everywhere - then slightly chewy inside. Queen Margherita never has been able to do that while we were there.
This place has really good pizza, but making a reservation is always something you're going to want to do.
Their lunch deal is unbelievable, and definitely worth taking the time to enjoy.you'll never have a bad pizza here, the only downside is that you are paying for knowing you will never have a bad pizza here.
Except for that aforementioned lunch deal which is a great value.
Awesome, it's been awhile since I've been @Queen Margherita, and my first time at the Baby Point outpost. I'd forgotten how sublime is the crust here. Perfect.
Great service, Sara was our server. Super attentive but never overbearing.

Delicious pizza, friendly staff, open and inviting atmosphere. We wanted to compliment our server to the manager but they were too busy serving other guests. That should give you an idea of the attentiveness of this location's staff. Having been here a few times 2 things come to mind. 1, this would be an excellent place for a party. 2, it does get very busy but when you're seated you don't feel crowded. All in all this gets a strong recommendation from me.
My family and I were craving some authentic Italian pizza and they of course said we HAD to go to Queen Margherita. Although it was my first time there, my family had been there multiple times before and raved about the food constantly.
Their pizza was everything I hoped it would be and the caesar salad was all sorts of heavenly! And that lemon panna cotta was to die for! The food was fantastic.
What was not so fantastic was the service provided. There was no introduction to who would be serving us and we were left guessing who exactly we needed to call back over to order our food. Throughout our whole meal it just seemed like our server didn't care too much, giving us one word answers and no check-ins to see if we wanted/needed anything else. When we finally asked for the bill he just dropped off the credit machine and off he went. We waited for him to come back, take the bill, check the machine and do all that fun stuff, but when he didn't we got up to leave. Coats on and about to head out the door he walked straight past us, blatantly turning around, no goodbye or thanks for coming. We were literally ghosted in real life.
For a pretty hefty bill, where you're also paying for the experience (plus more in tip) this was not a good look. I just don't know if there is any level of food that can save bad service. Although the pizza was damn good!
I'm going to rate this place a 5 star! BUT! I was in on the 4th of Jan. Food is usually excellent, now my only problem was the service I had with this particular bartender. I've been served by her in the past and I've made a complaint about her before. So I was surprised that the management had decided to keep her around and they've even gone out of their way to make her a bartender. She truly is the worst server who has ever served me. She doesn't even try to come off in any way kind and or non sarcastic. Good pizza though.
Great authentic wood-fired pizza! Their prix fixe menu is definitely a deal! Our waitress Jess was extremely helpful & friendly! I will definitely go back!
Zoe was a fantastic server.extremely friendly and accommodating. The Prix Fixe offer of an appetizer, pizza and dessert for a mere $32 is incredible. Our pizza with sausage, blue cheese and red onions was delicious and the lemon panna cotta sublime. Will definitely return soon!
This place is probably the worst place for service. I went and the restaurant was empty, tell me why I waited 15mins for a menu and another 15mins to place an order. I ended up leaving. My god I would never ever recommend this place. What's the point when you have bad service. This place can suck themselves to infinity because honestly waste of time.
To give a restaurant the name Queen Margherita is an insult to her Majesty. She will turn herself in the grave. The pizza dough was not how it was supposed to, the mozzarella was nothing similar to the real mozzarella, the tomato sauce was raw. Bad experience: (
Quite open and noisy so not "cozy". But great pizza and the owner chef was able to handle a garlic allergy with no pushback. Always a good sign. We will be back.
Service appeared overwhelmed and disorganized, despite not being at capacity, and far too slow. Too many people clearing tables and not enough servers assigned clear sections. Our server was also behind the bar. The space is large and open, but lacks character. Pricing is on the high end for the size of pie ($60 for two pizza and beer), but critically the Neapolitan style pizza was excellent and despite service is worth a repeat visit. Definitely recommend the food.
First time trying QMP for a friends birthday. The food and service were both decent but nothing overly impressive. We got the calamari, arancini and the pulled pork pizza.
Amazing food, I went for my son birthday, and I do have to say everything was perfect! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE BEST PIZZA I ll be back very soon!
I had an amazing experience here! The staff are all very friendly and provide plenty of information about the sourcing of ingredients. The restaurant is very spacious inside but I would recommend making a reservation as it can get quite busy on weekends/evenings. I had the "alla campagnolo" pizza which was an olive oil sauce with small mushrooms and it was amazing, will definitely be returning for both the service and cuisine!
Large place with plenty of seating. The delicious pizza is cooked in a wood fired oven. The pizza is large with plenty of toppings, the crust is soft with a little bit of a crunch. Risotto cheese balls nice, you get 3 pieces. Service was nice, staff is friendly. No reservations required on a Friday night.
Great service, their pizza are amazing, and the interior design is fabulous with high ceilings and original wooden seats. It's without doubt one of the best restaurant in West Toronto
