Long is one of the best nail techs in the GTA! He always pays attention to detail and takes absolute pride in his work. I’ve been coming to Queen Nails for 3 years now and I would never go anywhere else. 100/10

This place will SCAM you! Will tell you one price and then after the service tell you a way higher price. Not good customer service either

I love this nail salon, have been going consistently for 2 years! Kim is my nail tech and Vi always does the best pedicures, my favourite ladies!

The place is always busy whenever I go so book ahead. I get the pedicure spa, which is lovely and includes hot stone rub, a massage of your foot and calves, and much more. Their nail color selection is a bit limited, but I'm always happy with sparkles mix. Their prices are excellent and the staff are very nice. I'm happy I discovered this little gem of a place and will absolutely recommend it

I called the head and booked an appointment on line. A friend had recommended them. I was greeted right away. They made me feel like a princess. The nails came out better than I had asked for. To my surprise when I got home my nails even glowed in the dark!

No offence to the other reviewer's, but my Mom and I have been going there for over three years and never had any issues with paying a bit higher price for our nails as they last long. We're not rich by any means but in my opinion, you get what you pay for. You pay a bit higher price you get much higher quality, you pay a lower price and your nails fall off in two days. I've never had a nail set last less than six weeks with Queen Nails. Their customer service is great and they treat you like family. Even the techs that aren't doing your nails will come up and give you a hug. I had a bit of a low blood pressure episode and three nail techs came up to make sure I was OK, they gave me candy, water, pop, and standing there cooling me down. These people care about you and are wonderful. I recently had to switch nail techs as my original nail tech had opened up his own salon and honestly, my new nail tech Andree is just as amazing. Long has been doing my mom's nails since the very beginning. The thing I like about queen nails, is they all do an amazing job no matter who you go to. I have attached a few photos of just a couple of the sets that I've got at Queen nails not one of these sets lasted any less than six weeks. And with the length and shapes that I got, that is very hard to find.

My wife came and was told on the phone that a medi and pedi with fake tips were $75 and when she left after 2 hours it ended up being $141 ur suppose to tell them the right price not say one thing then charge double

My nails were done by Jerry, and she was absolutely amazing, efficient, and super sweet as well:) Loved the experience and the nails turned out beautifully - I got the acrylic design nails and also the French pedicure! Highly recommend going here, but book in advance because they are super busy (with good reason)! Also pretty flexible moving the appointment by half an hour or an hour and are so understanding! Love love loved it and will definitely go again soon! Thank you Jerry

Love coming here to get my nails done! My nails always come out looking amazing and I get a lot of compliments about them. I personally get my nails done Kim and she does it the BEST work. I’ve been doing acrylic nails for years and she’s my favourite nail tech. Her design always come out amazing and my nails last a long time. Top quality nails. I highly recommend coming here

My first experience in this place was great! I chose Sam to do my nails an it was great! He did an amazing job and regates me very kind. Got so many compliments about my nails and price was fair so I decided to go for the second time for a refill and honestly I got very disappointed. I had book my service with Andre because I saw his amazing job and so I decided to go with him. When I arrived they assigned me with another nail tech and I agreed because I had no much time before going to work.
Omg this girl really hurt me with the drill, a couple of times I involuntary moved my hand because of the pain she was going very rough, she also cut me with the drill and hurt my cuticle, she noticed that but did not care so much. The way she was manipulating my hands was also though and had no delicacy at all! She also destroyed my natural nails at the back with the drill. The results wasn’t the greatest, and charged me so much for a bad job (I understand she has to draw on my nails but I paid way too much for a refill $103!). I have no problem paying for nails if they are good quality and don’t hurt me.

I’m extremely disappointed and my nails are very sensitive. I don’t think I will come back.

One of the best places I’ve ever been, I’ve been coming here for six years and EVERYTIME the love for here gets deeper and deeper. LONG is amazing & KIM is amazing! But overall they are all amazing? Thank you for years of beautiful nails

This is the first nail spa that I love. I have been to others and was left disappointed and dissatisfied. I had visited 3 times already and I had left satisfied with the results every time. The first time Andre did my nails and I could automatically see that he knows what he is doing. He did such a wonderful job. The other 2 times, I had Kim doing my nails since my sister recommended her. Kim did an amazing job as well. My experience here has been great I did bio gel and it last for more than a month. I was literally shocked because it normally don’t last long when I’m doing it at other places. I recommend that you should try this place. The quality of the product is great, the workers are friendly and most importantly, these people know what they are doing.

I always come to this salon to do my nails with Long. He is such a sweetheart & knows his job soo well! The nails stay fresh and on for so long. He never disappoints! He takes his time and makes sure I always leave satisfied. Great customer service Thank you Long for everything!

It seems as though they overbook themselves. We had to wait half an hour without any direction or explanation even though we made an appointment. It also seems as though they are only focused on customers that are doing expensive fancy things to their nails and they rush those who chose their simpler services.

We also recieved a phone call from who I assume is the manager or owner late at night (10 pm) saying she undercharged us and we need to come back.

We didn't complain about the time nor the late phone call and we gave a very generous tip.

This is unfortunate because the young lady that did my nails did a very good job. It's too bad the service is rushed, rude and disorganized.

I have been getting my nails done here with Long for a couple years now and he’s the best! Always takes his time and the nail shape & design is always perfect. Highly recommend this nail place if you want good quality long lasting nails!

This place is phenomenal, I keep coming back because of the great work they do, they’re super accommodating and understanding and don’t stop until they get your nails perfect! I can’t see myself going anywhere else!

Unfortunately won’t be coming here again. So many things wrong with my nails at the end. Had to come back and they still weren’t fixed properly. Dust particles and hair inside the acrylic for one. One of my nails was not filled correctly and he just filed it down.now one finger is significantly shorter than all the others. Charged me $20 for ombré when he didn’t do any ombré just didn’t finish filling in the nail… this isn’t ombré. Friendly but very unprofessional. Disappointed as I had an amazing experience with Kim when I booked a month prior. Would not book with Long if you’re going here.

Came here yesterday after having gotten my nails done at another salon and not liking them. When I originally called they said they were very busy but called me a few minutes later and let me know they could fit me in, which I appreciated a lot. The boy at the front desk removed my acrylic nails and Kim then came to do my new set. She was so incredibly sweet, detailed with her work and did the design exactly as I wanted it. Ive had problems before where fake nails look chunky and let her know that I was hoping for a thin look. She did amazing and I’m so happy to have found a salon that I trust.

They were kind enough to fit my boyfriend and I in for mani pedi last minute. But as soon as I walked in, I couldn't breathe. The entire small salon had acetone all through the air. I had to leave within 5 minutes. I'm pregnant. I don't even know how anyone else could have sat there to get their nails done. We found a larger location 1 minute down the street and left.

They had FOUR people do my TOES. AND IT TOOK 3 HOURS. Get it together. Not only that but these people had to redo what they did over and over because the person before was not doing it properly at all. Sad. AND STOP USING STILETTO TIPS FOR SQUARE NAILS. THATS COFFIN NOT SQUARE!

Kim is so professional and amazing at her job she does my acrylic nails and they always look so fantastic! She has such great attention to detail and listens to exactly what you want. Nicest person I’ve met and great nail tech!

If you're looking for nail art, likely a good spot, staff appears to be talented.
However, the salon is dirty, the staff sloppy and they did a poor job on a pedicure. Both filing and polish application were uneven. Would not return.

Every 3 weeks I see Kim and she always does the most amazing job! She's accommodating, versatile and overall a great person to be around! Definitely recommend seeing her!

The most unsanitary nail salon I’ve ever been to. My nails were crooked and they didn’t have any of the colours I wanted… (clear pink or sparkly white) they didn’t change the towels after doing the previous persons pedicure. I feel so gross. Its really expensive for the quality and service.

Queen nails is the best spot. Service is amazing and I always get the best designs done here. They do any design you want, just show them a picture! Will definitely keep coming back:)

Recommend only if you’re getting fake nails, whenever I would see long for my fake nails he did amazing and was so awesome to be with. But when I started coming here for shellac manicures it went downhill pretty fast. They aren’t using soak off top and bass coat which is the point of shellac so whenever I would come for a removal they we like drill it off: (I asked multiple times for them to not use the drill on my natural nails but they always would. I tried soaking off their polish and it took 45 minutes. My nails are super weak now and have dents from the drilling. So sad. Recommend highly for fake nails. Not at all for natural nails/ shellac manicures

I was really nervous because this was my first time and the other reviews scared me a little but they were so nice? I came 15mins early for my appointment, and i booked it at a time that they wouldn’t be too busy so i was seated immediately. The girl that did my nails made sure they were all even and the right shape, she was super sweet! The design was exactly like the picture i showed her.i’m surprised about the complaints in the reviews.if you’re in a rush then don’t get your nails done, it’s that simple, it’s a small salon.if you do a walk in you can expect to be seated immediately, especially on a busy day.they take a lot of time to make sure their clients nails are exactly the way they want it so of course it’ll take some time, they genuinely care about how your nails look.they are extremely nice i would definitely come back

I got a short full set acrylic. It was a short waiting time and they are able to work on nails quickly. I got a pink french tip with a micro heart and a letter and it was $96. My nails came out cute, I wished they paid more attention to details as this place can be very pricy but overall good experience.

Finished and went immediately to a different salon. Unprofessional. Unclean. Low quality. No attention to detail. Terrible and old massage chairs. Worst ManiPedi I’ve ever ever ever gotten.

I usually don’t leave reviews. But I am just so satisfied with the service. The time I took an appointment for was near the closing of the store. I thought like all businesses they would rush through getting my full set nails done. Long like all other nail artists @ queen nails took his time to make sure my nails were done perfectly. The talent that all the staff have is definitely amazing but more than that they have a absolute motto of customer satisfaction. It’s pleasant to be there and the nails are not only strong but also last for long. I have done my nails thrice from there and they have been like that each time. That’s my to go nail place now! They have an eye for style and their tips on colour selections are great and precise. Thanks so much guys!

Lee is legit the best. He did my nails tonight and I cannot believe the quality of his work and the attention to detail put in too make sure the manicure was perfect. Def going back as Lee is THEEE ONE you would want doing your nails. And Lee, you radiate positivity which made it even better as your positive energy is contagious. Saw Andre for a bio-gel refill. He did an amazing job and even fixed the disaster I had done somewhere else. Will definitely be going back!

Chose this place for my first acrylics and I couldn't be happier. The nail tech, Anna, who did my French tips, paid close attention to the detail of the line, insisting on my satisfaction. Price was good value for my combined pedicure and acrylics. I'll definitely be visiting again and I recommend you do, too.

No foot massage, uncomfortable chair. I just wanted regular pedi and they gave me gel and charged me. No customer service

Booked an appointment for 5: 30, waited half an hour for the artist to show up. While waiting, other people came in and got their nails done.

When the artist finally showed up, my service was rushed and nails were left uneven.

I was quickly asked to get up for someone else.
For $75, I expected better service.

Poor time management and customer care.
Will not be going back.

Please work on honouring your appointments and attention to detail.

I received an acrylic full set with Andre, he was good for the most part however he had messed up two of my nails as the polish was clumpy and uneven and when brought up he told me he did not have time to fix those two nails. After pleading with him for about 10 mins he didn’t take up the polish and re-do the nails like I’d wished for, instead he continued applying polish. In the end my set came up to $100 which I paid for although my set was valued at $70

The best nail salon I’ve ever gone to. I’ve recommended countless people. Staff are so sweet, amazing at their jobs. Love the atmosphere. Long is a true artist. He’s created such amazing designs and art work. Been going so long they feel like another family to me. Even went to get ready for engagement photos and I’m beyond excited with the results. Absolutely exceptional place to go, the continuously exceed my expectations

Tracy, the owner of the salon, was the one who did my waxing. She DID NOT WEAR GLOVES and she DOUBLE DIPPED the wax stick. She used only one wooden stick for my eyebrows, armpits, and Brazilian wax. She used the same pair of tweezers on my bikini line and eyebrows, who knows if they've ever been sterilized. It was also the most painful waxing I have ever experienced. She did not pull any of my skin tight before ripping the wax off. I have open wounds (that bled after!) from how hard she pulled. I left with strings of wax all over my skin and clothes because she was not careful with the wax. To top it off, they charged me more than their posted website prices, even when paying cash. This place is a health risk, do not go there.

Ive been to this place two times. Both times, they did uneven nail lengths, and tried to over charge me. The first time I got acrillic nails with shellac and a pedi, and they charged me $105! The second time I came in for simple acrillic nails and they tried to charge me extra explaining they gave me UV gel, after I explained I didn’t get UV gel, I got acrillic, they tried to tell me they gave me a “special” UV gel and I just had enough. I paid them $30 cash (what the board said for acrillic) and I left. They have been doing the same thing to my friend who introduced me to them, and she is a loyal customer. I advise you to find a different place, or make sure that a price is agreed upon before they start. And stand your ground!

My favorite new nail place. A friend suggested this place and I have never been disappointed. I no longer request a specific manicurist because they all do great job. Not impressed with the results of my manicure. I had arrived at the same time as another lady who was having the same services performed, my technician blew through my manicure in less than 15 minutes, the other lady was still getting a hand massage when mine started painting.and mine was barely a hand massage.she also got the polish all over my cuticles. Felt completely rushed! My cuticles are so dry now after she took off all the polish with acetone.didn't even offer cream after my nails had dried.got them done an hour ago and one has already chipped. I stayed under the dry for 30 minutes now does this happen? !? !

Went there today for the first time, I will NEVER go back. I saw people's reviews online and was like this place looks great. WRONG. Poor service, would not cut nails shorter. They left a huge chunk or the gel stuff under my nail, as well asy nails super chunky. And told me the design I wanted was $15 each nail, maybe I was ready his body language wrong but seemed like he totally thought I couldn't afford it. He kept trying to offer me "cheaper" alternatives to what I want. I got fed up and just got a simple colour done. They will not gain my my business ever again.

The end product is okay, but the place needs some regular deep cleaning for sure. And PLEASE WASH and CLEAN your tools between customers! Felt so insanitary.

1. They overbooked and I had to wait extra time.
2. They didn’t clean the surface or the materials at all! Dirty towel with other people’s dead skin, reused nail tools, The first thing I did when I left was clean my hands and change my clothes.
3. They kept telling me to do something extra. I know what I want.
4. They kept talking in foreign languages to others after someone rise a concern. From their tone, they sounded annoyed.

Thiefs! Waste of hard earned money! This place has one of THE worst service I’ve seen in a long time. I made an appt for 7pm and they didn’t start working on me until 7: 45pm. Left the salon at 9: 30pm.
The lady kept getting up and doing other people’s tasks.
They are not transparent with prices until you get to the counter. I’ve never heard of any salon charging extra $ for shellac nail polish after doing a new set of bio gel nails.so you are expected to go home with what? Air? Bare nails? This wasn’t disclosed on the price list or by the lady. I had to speak up when I saw them charge a lady unfairly and a second time when they botched another ladies nails. ABSOLUTELY terrible people.
We should be supporting the beauty industry but places like Queen Nails makes it hard. It’s actually sad

First visit here and I got a spa manicure and the nail file looked like it had been used before. Maybe the edges were just dirty but it didn't instill me with confidence. The service was very long at 2 hours making the $30 a great deal and the paraffin wax treatment did make my hands nice and soft. However, the manicure didn't last past day 4: (On the 2nd day a section of the paint fell off my nail and now at day 4 it looks like I wasted money when my manicures normally last around 2 weeks from my regular place.

I'm sure if I went back they'd fix it up, they seem to have good customer service. However, I got my nails done for vacation and I'll have to redo them myself since I can't head back there. Disappointed and will not return.

100% would not Recommend Queen nails. Went there for the first time on Saturday and was not a good experience. Walking in, the place smelled of very strong acetone and there were flies around. I made an appointment so they took me right away with only 1 other person in the salon. I got a bio gel manicure and regular pedicure. The bio gel was done very poorly. He didn’t fill my whole nail and it was filled unevenly. When I put my nails under the UV light they started to burn. I had never experience that ever. I told him it burned and he told me to take my nails out for a bit and to put them back in. I was extremely uncomfortable and it actually did hurt. While I was getting my manicure one of the other workers asked the other woman still getting her nails done to pull up their website on her phone and when she did he told her to write a good review! While he stood there! That’s crazy and completely unprofessional I couldn’t believe it! Mean while a woman walked in who had an appointment and was seated right away but ended up waiting for about 15-20 minutes and still no one had said anything to her or approached her so she proceeded to get up and leave and the guy ran outside after her trying to catch up! I was just sitting there getting my nails done while all this madness happened. Employees were just standing and walking around not doing anything and a woman who was supposed to be doing my pedicure finally came over to start. After all was said and done I was there for an hour and 45 minutes! That is way too long for a mani pedi with 2 people working on you! It was a reall disappointing and eye opening experience and I will not be going back there.

I came in last Sat for gel/shellac taken off an manicure. They have lots and lots of colours available- more than any nail salon I have visited. Interestingly there are more male customers getting pedicure done here than other places too. The technician is good and the receptionist/manager is so so lovely. I'm impressed that she greeted me by name and still remembered it the rest of my visit. She noticed a scratch on one of my fingers and without hesitation find a band-aid for me. At the end she helped me to wear my jacket, scarf and open the door for me. I mean, who does that anymore? She probably can not do that for all customers given how busy they are sometimes, but anyway that day I left their salon with a big smile. Hands down best customer service in nail salon I have ever received!

Amazing work! Always get nails feet waxing done here! Good customer service but they get very busy! So you always have to wait a bit. You should book appointment in advance.

If I could give no stars I would I came in for an acrylic set and a pedi the pedicure was mediocre but the hand set was absolutely terrible the nail polish was so dry it was coming out streaky she had to use 3 layers the shape was so bad it looked like pieces of gum growing from my cuticles and to top it off within a day of getting them done a nail fell off the day after this 2 nails fell off like they were press ons I wish I took a pic they were so bad I went to my regular salon right before my flight and my stylist took all of my nails off she said they were so bad she couldn’t work with them not sure who did my nails but she was an older lady wearing a white jacket

I live near by and I tried every salon in the area before I found this gem!
Long, Tracey, Vi and the others are all lovely and do an amazing job every time.

I give 5 stars to Long. Be ready to wait even if you booked an appointment, it doesn’t matter. I’ve spent a lot of money in this place and I really do like their job. Long is amazing and he’s the only reason why I always come back. I’m not going to be too detailed but they really need to work on taking appointments seriously. Would be a shame to keep loosing good costumers only because they make you wait so long every single time. Long always try to make you feel special and he truly loves he’s job. I don’t know how this place would ‘survive’ without him. I would give 2 star but I can’t do that. So this review is exclusively directed to Long (the younger guy), not to the salon. Good job Long, please take peoples advise and work on a more organized schedule. Taking everybody in will make you rush and not give your best. And instead of getting more regular clients you will loose the ones you have, and consequently lose money as well. I really wish all the luck to this business. You could be the best if you worked smarter.

Quality craftsmanship yes, however zero sense of urgency. When I tell you it took 2.5 hours for a simple fill and polish application, yes indeed. Two and a half hours.
