Now that this company is no longer owned by Shawna i am no longer a client! But I was a client for 5years.they have Poor customer service poor people skills. I do not recommend this company!

I had Amber come through for the first time today and my experience was great! Coming home to a fresh, great smelling house with spotless kitchen, bathrooms, and floors gives such a sense of peace. She did a phenomenal job and the price was extremely reasonable. We keep a clean home in general but not having to worry about all the small details was worth every penny, we’ll be scheduling monthly bookings from now on=)

I have nothing but great things to say about Queen of Clean and Latoya! Working full time and mom of 3, having this service has definitely been helpful and has really taken the stress out of trying to keep up with cleaning!

We always look forward to having Lindsay come in and clean. She is thorough and efficient and takes the initiative to recognize little extras that may need to be taken care of without being asked. We can always rely her on her to do a great job.

Queen of Clean has been doing an excellent job with weekly cleaning of our commercial Food and Beverage establishment. They have a great eye for detail, which is so important in this era of COVID. For $30/hr. Lindsay vacuums and dusts the living room and two bed rooms sweeps and washes the floor in the kitchen bath room laundry room hallway stairwell and landing. Worth every penny. Thank you Queen of Clean and thank you Lindsay

Adam came out three times to write/inspect and verify exactly what we wanted done/cleaned/washed/wiped/ etc….
This was an extensive renovation therefore there was more dust that one could think of!
We hired a crew of 4 house cleaners plus Adam for 3 full days!
They were professional, courteous and very hard working! Adam explained very clearly and delegated tasks to his employees who in turn didn’t waste a minute and got to work!
They did an outstanding job and will definitely use them again for a thorough cleaning!

Queen of Clean has been keeping my home clean for two years. I have found the service and staff very professional. Lindsey, with whom I have the most contact, is very pleasant, punctual and professional. She gets down to the job at hand and works steadily for the time scheduled. Shawna always returns my phone calls promptly. During quarantine Shawna keeps me up to date about the restrictions and how her company can be of assistance. I would reccommend the service to my family and friends.

Adding insult to injury, never were we offered a secondary person to come and do a proper cleaning of our house, yes we were not charged for the service this time but on two other occasions we were charged for a lousy job that you were also told about. Only now that we are publicly coming forward are you offering apology. The service was less than acceptable and the cleaner was rude to both of us on separate occasions. Suggesting now that employees are trained and making it seem like we are the ones not being co operative is so unprofessional, as a business owner for you to now Make us out to be the ones who impeded your attempts to correct the matter is deplorable.please do not make me post all the text messages which would contradict your less than honest rebuttal!

We were having difficulty finding the right fit when it came to house cleaning, soon after moving to Windsor. We tried a few other services before stumbling across Queen of Clean. We've been working with them for a few months now and couldn't be more pleased. They are professional, very responsive and are great at what they do. We were particularly impressed with the itemized sheet they provide after each cleaning, showing what they did that day. Our cleaner is personable, friendly and trustworthy. We highly recommend this business and are thrilled we found them.
