Please boycott this salon, they are very inefficient, Rude staff, bad customer service, very disrespectful, bad attitude when you dear to ask at 7pm how long will it take them to finish an appointment of 11: 30am

Did I mention they are also very expensive.

My daughter had an 11: 30am appointments they didn’t finish the scanty braids until 10pm at night
They were busy chatting and talking on their phones, leaving my daughter on the braiding chair.
They eventually finished the scanty braids at 10pm and charged her $340

The money is not the issue, is the bad attitude and not respecting other people’s time.
I will definitely not step my foot into that salon again.

The sister that install the wig is very sulky and face never look pleasant she dont even acknowledge you when you walk in the other sisters are nice and friendly will smile and talk with you even the mom will make you feel comfortable not saying to have a full conversation but at least a acknowledge the customers without them your business can't go on.

They sell a wide range of products and they offer services too on appointment basis. They ate quite good and efficient. They are warm and engaging.

Saw the pics on Instagram and thought I would try this place but NEVER again! I had lace wig installed and they did a really bad job! They had like 3 people doing my hair, the girl did not properly secure my edges and glued the wig unto my edges messing up my hairline. Not to mention the bad customer service when they are doing your hair. I was but trust me and don’t be fooled by the pictures they post

Im still haunted by how disgusting the staff was to me and my family.we had been supporting them for yearsss and had to stop because of how rude and disgusting one of the workers was to myself and my mother when we had realized they sold me a half wig instead of a full wig.they didn't try to correct their mistake and dealt with my mom so rudely we just couldn't come back after… disgusting service

Everytime I have went there it's feels more then just shopping everyone is so welcoming and helpful.

DO NOT EVER DO YOUR HAIR AT THIS PLACE! YOU WILL THANK ME LATER LOOK AT THE OTHER REVIEWS! Reviews don’t lie all the good reviews is their family and friends because theres no way! EVERYONE talks about how bad this place is. I just wished I listened ‍️ Anyways it took them 4 hours to do the worst job ever! They folded each bundle into one huge track and just sewed it on just like that! I had 3 huge bumps from the bundles on my head. It was so uneven, one side was bigger than the other! And she braided my hair so weird and also left a bulge in the back of my head which caused neck pain. Which took her 2 hours to braid. ALSO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY Had 3 people doing my hair? !? ! Like r u guys good? ! I literally freaked out I was so angry! I wouldn’t want anyone feeling the way they made me feel. So PLEASE for your mental health and sanity DO NOT GO HERE
