I went there last week and I told the doctor what exactly I want from the moment i walked in which is to get one of my tooth pulled out but they were trying to convince me to do a root canal that cost 3000$, after me saying NO for about an hour they refused service because “ they don’t have enough time “,
So after being there for all that time the only thing they did is take an X-ray and schedule me for a week after knowing that I’m in serious pain! I obviously didn’t go back and went to portrait Dental in Liberty village much better service the doctor can actually speak English not Spanish and they do actually care about their patient, the processes took less than 25 minutes I was out and feeling much better anddd I paid way less then what this office asked!

Highly recommend this clinic. Took my kids today and all of the staff were super friendly. The hygienist was very good with both of my kids, but especially my daughter. It was her first dentist visit and she did so well with her.

I absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone who likes to receive the highest quality and *honest* dental care. I have been seen by so many dentists over the years. Dr. Tan is easily and by far the best and the most caring dentist that I've ever had. Just this past time that she did a filling for me, I was feeling a bit of sensitivity afterwards, and she was so prompt in seeing me back immediately while accommodating my busy schedule (a rare thing in Toronto). She followed up with me the week after again (again a super rare thing to do by a dentist these days). Of course, all of this is not possible without the amazing staff. Bozena and the rest of the team are incredibly nice and caring people. They will do everything they can to help you in a timely manner.

Dr. Dao is truly a professional, he made me a beautiful crown which I have had for over a year, and it looks very natural and has truly transformed my smile. Their hygienist also does a phenomenal job, very thorough but also gentle. Even their receptionist Bozena is always kind and friendly. Highly recommend this dental office, I have been coming here for over 5 years.

I only have good things to say about this clinic. Bozena manages the front office and she knows her responsibilities very well and have never been disappointed when it comes to scheduling and seamless billing.
Ana is the most amicable hygienist I have ever come across. She is highly experienced and is an expert at her skill. I am very thankful for the treatment my teeth and gums have received. I have not had much interaction with the doctor though she seems to be knowledgeable. However, I feel she treads on the side of perfection and utmost caution.

By far the best dentist I've ever been to. I had a molar that had been giving me trouble for a while. Dr. Tan looked at it and was totally up front with me about my options. She said that the usual procedure would be root canal but that the tooth was a bit loose. She said there's a chance that it would have to be pulled in a few years anyway. Her staff are super friendly. The front office manager Bozena is excellent, friendly and takes her job very seriously. She worked hard to get me in as fast as possible because I was in pain. I'll never see anyone else as long as I'm in Toronto.

I have nothing but praise for the clinic. I've been there 3 times now, but the key visit was when I had to have 4 wisdom teeth removed. Previously, years back, I was told by a dental surgeon (who was pretty awful) that to have them removed would cost way more than I could afford (I didn't have insurance at the time), and that I'd have to be put under, which I didn't like the idea of. Anyway, this time around I had the insurance, and there was no avoiding getting them removed as two of them were loose and causing me discomfort. I visited Queen Roncy Dental on the recommendation of my stepfather, and met with Dr. Dao. He suggested it wouldn't be that bad or that expensive, though I was skeptical. But, true to his word, when I actually had them removed he managed to do it all in under 30 minutes, charged me a fraction of what the other dental surgeon had quoted years ago (Dr. Dao knew I had a cap on my insurance and had a lot more work I needed on my teeth), and he didn't put me under and my recovery time was only a few days. Heck, I only used about 6 of the tylenol 3's they prescribed before I just switched over to simple extra strength tylenols. The entire staff is great, especially Bozena, the support manager. I could not rate this clinic highly enough!

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Excellent location minutes from Mississauga or Etobicoke or Toronto, free underground parking.

Bozena is always ready to greet you with a smile and is genuinely such an amazing woman, ready to chat and make you feel comfortable prior to your appt! Anna is so gentle and thorough with each cleaning, so much so, that you could practically fall asleep in the chair! Dr. Tan is knowledgeable, professional and personable; fantastic dentist!
My mother and I have been patients of this dental office for years and years and I can tell you, they’re the best!
