Great experience. They treat really well. And good at their job. Atmosphere is very warm and relaxing. I am very happy coming here.

I visited this place last monday and enjoyed very professional massage to relax my body, especially my shoulder and my neck. The girl name wenty did her good job and talked with me about which part to focus. During the whole massage period, she never stopped to have a rest and did her best. Will sure to visit again soon and suggest to my friends to come.

Don't recommend this place. Read the 2 star reviews first, trust me this they are telling the truth. Worse massage experience of my life.

This place is nearby my home, I come often and enjoy the massage service, all staff are nice and friendly, so far they have special offers and everyone is affordable! I recommend this place!

Previous review 4 years ago: Great cheap massage here. The place could be a little cleaner but for a walk-in massage place its decent. Full 1 hour massage for your money and the whole massage left me satisfied. I will return. Thumbs up!

Usually I come biweekly, nice and clean place, their female massage therapists are friendly and very good massage! I do recommend friends come to enjoy the service! They have special offers! 60mins only $60!

The massage is good BUT they DEMAND for tip. I got 1 hour massage and gave her a $15 tip, she look at me and said “Thats it? , this is too little”, you could see she was mad. I am already paying full price and on top giving an extra over 15% tip and they are still unhappy. It made me feel so bad. If they stop demanding and being rude about giving a tip, this place would be great. If you want to make more money you can increase the price, but do NOT DEMAND A TIP.

I like this place, they provide nice and professional massage service, today I got special offer, 60mins only 60 dollars, I ask my friends all come here!

This was by far the worst massage experiences I ever had. To be honest, 1 star is even too high for this place.
1. No Consent!
The masseuse was paid for a full body massage but never asked any questions like seeing if I had any problem areas or communicating the service provided. Instead she just kept touching me to get undressed. When I did she proceeded to rub her hand all over my bottom and in between my legs. I was so uncomfortable I just wanted her to stop.
2. No Personal space.
Both when I was getting undressed and getting dressed she walked into the room with no knock, or statement and never apologized. She also opened the door wide making me ever more uncomfortable.
3. False Expectations
At the end of the massage she then went in my face and asked for a tip. Note this is a person that couldn’t even say hi before the massage and gave horrible service. For context, my partner paid for a surprise full body massage when I began to explain this to lady she started to insult me to my face.

I do not recommend under any circumstances. Such a disappointment.

Went for a massage with my friend yesterday. There were so many issues with this place, i don't know where to start.
1. Upon entry we were not greeted or anything. The lady at the front was so rude. Then she asked me if we want a double room or single, to which i replied single is fine and they again put us in double room.
2. We were asked to pay for massage first and then they will get us in the room, which usually doesn't happen at all the other spas i go to.
3. The massage therapist had little to no knowledge about the pressure points. At one time when she was massaging my neck, i felt like she is going to choke me. I was relieved once it was over.

4. To top it off the therapist waited outside the room and asked me to pay her when i was leaving to which i replied that i already paid. Then she said "Tip Us". Well am not against tipping but i need to like the service first to tip someone. When i refused to tip they both started following us to the door and repeating the same thing.

Overall it was a horrible experience and i will never visit again. I did visit them previously when they were at a different location and the service wasn't that bad that was the reason i decided to go to this place yesterday but i guess that won't be happening again.

I always give $10 tip. If you can't afford a tip don't get a massage. Sad that people don't tip.

Visited few days ago. This is the best massage I have ever had. The therapist that served me is amazing. So professional and right into the point. This price point with this excellent service is so worth it!

I like this place because clean and neat, people are friendly and nice, everyone should come!

The massage is awesome. They are open all week and weekends. Ample staff so even if you just walk in, they take you in right away. All masseuse are very nice and they massage you so thoroughly. They may have the language barrier but the know their job and work very hard. They are also open on the stat holidays.

This is the best massage I have ever had. I get regular massages from RMTs and this place does a way better job. They go right into the muscles and tissues. I had Iris and she did a fantastic job realigning me. I feel completely adjusted from head to toes. I’m not quite sure why they are getting bad reviews. I don’t know if they ask for tips because I always tip. They work very hard, nothing short of magical, why wouldn’t I tip them? Can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I will tell my friends this is good place, neat and clean, ladies are very friendly. Great service!

The level of service and value are unmatched. My Wife and I experienced Queen spa together for massage, both of us walked out like zombies, fully relaxed and refreshed. I had back and ankle issues from playing basketball and the therapist was able to find the pressure points and focus on them and I have not had any issues since. I am a returning customer and refer people whenever I can!

Very good experience! The place is clean and tidy. The massage ladies are professional and friendly. They ask about your individual needs and really care about how you feel. I highly recommend this place.
