First of all, Duygu was so nice and helpful, I truly believe having a great server adds to any dining experience! That aside, this place is definitely the spot for some cheap eats and pre drinks before a night out. Everything was absolutely fire pub food, and the Margheritas were awesome! The vibes were arguably the best part with some awesome throwback music for any age group. This is gonna be my new spot!
I have been here twice now and i like this place. They also serve happy hours as well. Food is good for the price. I find this resturant economical. Servers and Crew is amazing. You can sit inside or they have patio as well. This place gets busier in the evening to make sure you arrive early. Best time is afternoon. You can also have CN tower view! Yea, i highly recommend this place!
Wasn’t really my vibe. Sat down in the outdoor patio, where there were many dead flies and insects on the table. Signs of it not being wiped down.
They have cheap eats. My friend got the falafel burger and really enjoyed it. I did not expect the tacos to be authentic, but wasn’t expecting them to be so bad either. The artichoke dip was really good though!
The drinks were great and taste wise were way better than they sound. The only minus was we were greeted very professionally but had to wait a while to order and then another while for the drinks to arrive. Mind you we didn't order any food and was just for drinks. Other than that I would recommend.
This place was so aesthetically pleasing, and had amazing music taste. Their food was really good, however the fries were over salted, but it’s alright. Also it was super affordable!
Good place that serves good food (we ate the hamburgers and some appetizers that were tasty and well priced). They also have a good staff there. We just didn't have any luck with our table which was wobbly and too close to other people, and that's why 4 out of 5 stars.
I was told such great things about this place. So my experience was disappointing… the food and drinks are cheap, so the food you get will taste that way. Wings were dry, nachos were bland, burger was alright, the bun was the best part, and the pasta simply tasted like a soup of tomato sauce. Probably worth trying one of their other locations, but maybe not.
What a sweet group of people! Let us bring our pooch on the patio and even spoiled him for his birthday! We had a really nice time and the service from everyone was awesome, will definitely be coming back.
Not good, kinda bad, pretty unsatisfactory. A grilled cheese sandwich was ordered and crafted with a 1" by 2" individual kraft single slice between two pieces of toasted dempsters white bread, it was disappointing as I do enjoy artesian sandwiches that are grilled containing cheese and this particular craft did not deliver. The tomato soup looked like chili and tasted moderately good. The chicken tenders and fries are likely delivered straight from head chef Mike's kitchen to the table from a sassy server with numerous fries and three chicken tendies on top of said fries. It seemed as if prior to my consumption of some of the product, it had been imported from the local grocer and stoed in a room temperature freezer. However, the food was cheap and the drinks were only alittle bad, while the atmosphere and music were bumping. I should not off tipped nor paided for the food. Turns out I'm the foolish one.
We visited you guys a few weeks ago. My first visit to Warehouse was absolutely awesome. We tried Perogies, Nachos, Falafel Burger and Farmer's Salad. I liked all of them and yes for non alcoholic drinkers, Shirley Temple was one of the best drinks they have. The price is something I must say anyone can afford. This place is a must try according to me. The loud music, the people and the service are few reasons I am rating them 5 stars. Keep it up everyone. We will visit you soon.
If you've ever been to warehouse, you know what you're getting yourself into. If you haven't, don't bother. What's advertised as a restaurant should just be an overpriced bar.
I ordered a Swiss mushroom burger and it did not disappoint! The fries were a little cold but still tasty. The service was perfect. Quick, friendly and professional. My Blue Hawaiian was soooooo yummy. What a great place. The prices are perfect. Coming here yesterday with my daughter after the Andy Warhol exhibit was perfect. Thank you
Fun enough. Music is gratingly loud in the front window seats though, definitely some ugly frequency crossover happening in that spot. Oh yeah the inception drink is a good time
The food was cheap, not the best quality but you get what you pay for. My server was absolutely trash too! She lacked communication and acknowledgment; ignored my request for hot sauce - and when I cancelled my request, she just rolled her eyes and walked away; spilled quite a bit of water in my calamari and table as she was filling up our cups without apology. I have a feeling she was high, but definetly disrespectful. Very poor serving etiquette coming from a server myself.
Good service, good food, great prices. The drinks we're ok, I ordered a Blue Hawaiian and could barely taste the rum in it. Staff is really friendly, though, and the patio is really nice to be in during a warm summer day.
Stopped by for a quick lunch, easy sign in and access to menu via phone. No wait for the patio - our waitress Marketa (I hope that’s correct) was wonderful! She told us about the amazing drink special and was so friendly. Thank you for the food, the drinks and the great service, you guys rock as usual.
Great music, food and service! The nachos were so good! My boyfriend and I loved that sauce served on top! The burgers were awesome too! Totally recommend
My friend and I ordered the calamari plate with cucumber + pita to start, I ordered the veggie burger with salad on the side and my friend ordered the sun-dried tomato penne pasta. As you can see the portion sizes are great- a burger with a side (choice of soup, salad, or french fries) is the best you can get on a patio downtown in my books.
I was here 3-4 times this past week and everytime i got JP as a server.what ever he gets paid it isnt enough, this guy is so fast with orders and drinks it baffles me and its been like this everytime ive gone.the food is great, drinks are cheap and tasty too.cheap place good vibes and great customer service 10/10 recommend when we reopen.
Always a fun time at Queen Street Warehouse! Good music, cheap (but good) food & drinks, and a fun crowd. Highly recommend this place at anytime of the day & night
There was a long line-up for getting in, waited 30 min for a table for 2, burgers are not worth the money at all, nachos was average quality.liked the atmosphere though, BTW too loud inside
The food wasn't what I expected. I mean I know it's only 5.95$ but I expected a bit more than what I got. The pasta was not seasoned at all, the only way to make it taste somewhat good was to add a bunch of salt and that still only made it a 4/10. The nachos were okay but not that great. I guess this is what you get when something only cost 5.95$.
Love this restaurant! Great music, great food and not a long wait. Only thing I would like to comment on is was my server. She was not friendly, and came off as aggressive in her tone of voice and when she came to take our plates, she grabbed them so aggressively. Dont get why, but that made me feel uncomfortable. Loved the host though!
Very slow service. Re the food, about an hour after we are me and my girlfriend both had “digestion issues”. We ordered it the most simple things on the menu. Cool looking place but has its downsides.
Food and vibes are okay here. The service is mediocre, be best to order yourself type thing. I didn't like how I was told the debit machine only took credit cards. Making me take money out at the atm, charging me and additional fee. I enjoy this place for the music, lights and food/ cool named drinks. But overall, just know its a wait most days!
When I first started going here, I was amazed at the price of the food, but was clouded by that. But as time went on, I started to dislike warehouse. Music hurts your ears. Food is subpar - I mean you're paying 6$. Perogies, never order them. Chicken burger - go get a junior chicken instead. I had a very rude server one time. The bar tender asked us to have a seat wherever we wanted. It was very open since it was early lunch. A server proceeded to halt us and made us wait standing while she severed water to other people. "You can't just sit anywhere " she said. Ruined the whole experience. Never again.
The food is delicious, with many creative menu options to choose from and if you get a window seat there is a great view of the CN tower. What really amazes me was the price. Everything on the menu is less than $6 or so and the quantity and quality of the food was great. I would have given 5 stars but the music was way too loud and it was nearly impossible to carry on a conversation with my partner. However the food was delicious and I'd come back again to try the other items on the menu.
The place is good. First time I was there in the middle of the summer. And seating outside with the glass of beer and Look at CN Tower. Great. Only music was really bad.
My first time here and will definitely be my last. Their bbq burger was under cooked and soggy, the buns tastes like something out of a dollar store and their bbq Pizza went cold after about 5 minutes which means it was probably microwaved. I understand "you get what you pay for" but the food just terrible even for 5.95.
It gives me no pleasure to change my 5 star rating down to a 1 star rating. I hope that at least one person reads this and chooses to not financially support places that condone this kind of passively racist behaviour with their staff.
It was our second time here. We absolutely loved the first visit and didn't mind the long wait at all. Wed Dec 5th just after 7pm. People were in good spirits and the male staff was courteous and friendly. People were waiting inside the doors since the temperature outside was below zero and the lineup wasn't long.
My date and myself were the only two people left waiting. Then, a certain waitress decides she wants to order us to wait outside because she suddenly doesn't want people in the doorways.
. But apparently she didn't have a problem with 2 blonde people waiting in the same spot, arriving after us, while we waited outside.
If this is the kind of thing that this establishment condones, while supporting these kinds of people and paying them a salary in 2018, anyone who reads this is free to eat wherever they like, but, I hope you consider my story. Because.
If you give this 3 seconds of thought, you'll see that she really had to go out of her way to consciously and forcefully ruin both our experience in a derogatory way and drag down the brand of the establishment, all while collecting a salary for doing it. (after driving 113km just to eat here and paying 10 dollars for parking)
I offer my humble thanks to anyone who read this and empathized with our experience.
The food was not too bad. Service was slow. I'm giving them 2 stars mainly because they only accept credit cards not debit. I found that very strange and I think it's a gimmick to make you use their ATM in house which probably charges you quite a bit. They do accept cash, but who carries cash these days!
It was awesome when it opened - premium food at dive bar prices - but I'm afraid that it's not premium anymore. Stale buns, little compromise here and there on toppings, and service that takes forever. Really hope this is just a temporary fall off and it's back to being awesome next time!
I wish I could post less than one star. We waited outside in the cold for 15 minutes and were never invited inside even though the doorman acknowledged us. Once we went inside out of our own accord (because we were freezing) we were shocked to see that there were at least 5 empty tables available and yet we still weren't being seated. When I inquired with the doorman he told us that because we were a group of 2 we couldn't be seated at those tables because they were reserved for groups of 4. There was no other option given to us but to continue waiting. I pointed out to him that there was no one else waiting to be seated and no lineup of individuals and that I would leave and they would lose our business. I was told "I know, but the servers tell me who to place in their areas and they have said only groups of 4 or more. " He then walked off. We sat ourselves at the bar (an option that was never given to us and only because we were cold and starving). When we had finished our half decent meals all the "4 person tables" were still empty. Absolutely ridiculous. I have been to many restaurants (high-end included) and have never been denied an empty table/booth because I was a group of 2. I will not be returning and you probably shouldn't go either unless you're a group of 4 or more!
The people here are super nice and the prices are awesome the atmosphere is amazing! Other than Fran’s this is my other choice for good reasonably priced food!
Went there on a Tuesday. Waiting time was around 15 mins. Good selection of cocktails and pretty inexpensive food. Great service and ambience. Definitely recommend
This is such a fun place, the food is cheap and the atmosphere is great especially when they have the DJ in and Industry night is happening. Although drinks are quite expensive for the very small amount of alcohol you receive in your glass and most of the servers are very rude when you ask simple requests. All in all you pay for your 5.95 service and just enjoy the place for what it is.
Service was horrible but better than food. Had peepholes so dry hard stuck in chest so sick after only eating three. Daughter had tacos equally bad. Stay clear
Prepare to wait in line on the weekend's. The music is nice but too loud for a chill conversation. The space is nice looking but too crowded. The food and drinks are cheap and ok. Nothing exeptional about this place. There are better options on the same price tag.
Waitress was rude to two of my female colleagues, drinks were ok, nothing great about it. And guess what, 20% tips were included in the bill, so no matter how pathetic service you get, you still have to tip 20%. Not appropriate practice.
Small place to be playing music that loud, you have to shout to the other person in front of you. Drinks menu is very limited and prices are a joke for what they serve. The only pro is the food for $5.95
DON'T GO FOR THEIR BRUNCH. I didn't even know they served brunch but decided to try it since I was there. Food portion is disrespectful even for $6. I had their "chicken and waffle" sandwich with barely any chicken and "waffle" that tasted like cardboard. Never again
Great food and good drinks at a great price. I guess that's why there is always a lineup. I do wish that the Power Hour $1 beers were a bit larger than 8oz.
Good food and atmosphere, but there is a staff member that shouldn't be there, can say if it's a racist or feminist thing but there was no need for that. This is the girl with the ring in her lip. I was sitting and noticed a special need woman needed help and nobody was helping her so I tap the staff member and said "excuse me this lady needs help" then she said to me "never do that or do that to anyone " then she went to the lady and was rude to her and told her to wait. I walk from time to time with people with special needs and from experience when you see them start talking to themselves and start rocking things about to happen. The world can be a better place if we all can take time to help people. My friends and I go there alot but it will be the last time for me and I will make sure nobody I know goes there anymore. If you dont like you job or dont like to deal with people get a new job Mis.
I had the worst experience ever, a server named Kate was racist and said very rude things to my friends. Told them in Canada you are REQUIRED to tip 15-20%. And as all of us are born and raised in Canada we have never heard this from anyone, Kate was unnecessarily rude, unhelpful and still got a tip yet she was insolent enough to ask for more while making racist remarks. I don’t know what kind of management exists here as when I asked for a manager she walked away. As a Canadian I have never felt such insult or racism, and I will make sure to never return here again. Thanks again warehouse for showing how great of a institution you are.
