Dr. Ralhan is a good doctor. It's just a shame that he and his medical staff leave much to be desired. He's been my doctor for six years and for six years, I have been lied to by his staff, made to wait for prescription refills for up to two weeks, made to go without and suffer severe withdrawal and have been shamed for following up on said medications because 'We're busy'. Three times I have had to go down to the office and stand in their waiting room to which my prescription magically gets filled.

As of today, he is no longer my doctor. I am beyond disappointed that the quality of care from this office has fallen so far. And from the reviews, I'm not the first. Shame.

Dr Karan is an amazing physician, very competent and extremely professional. Highly recommend!

Best place for ultrasound, Samar technician was great, she was very professional and knowledgeable. She was patient and answered my queries related to baby. Place is hygienic, on time appointments, would highly recommend this place for ultrasound.

How does a walk in clinic not accept walk ins? The excuse is due to Covid yet they wear NO mask, the whole world is opened, why can't you do your advertised job, it's no wonder that this place is horrible, DO NOT RECOMMEND, SUB PAR SERVICE, RUDE EMPLOYEES

We visited this clinic. Though it is a walk-in clinic, usually they don't accept walk-ins and were asked to fill out forms and come the other day.

Was enquired about the details of the test being completed to them and the receptionist was asking us to schedule an appointment with the doctor. All we were asking is to let us know what vaccination was injected into my wife.

The receptionists were not helpful. Will not recommend this clinic.

My wife was a new immigrant and I wanted to consult the doctor with her and I was not allowed to accompany her. If required, we are ready to sign authorization consent for accompanying her during her consultation.

When I had a sinus infection 6 months ago, it took 10 days for me to find a doctor and get antibiotics. This week, with this wonderful clinic and staff, I was able to get all the service I needed in just 30 minutes.thank you very much.

Don't go to this walk in I went in with alot of pain they didn't even help me they sent me away with pain they said there's no doctor on wensday but there was people waiting to see the doctor then I called them they said they weren't taking people cause of covid and it's a walk in I bet it's because iam white iam putting a complaint in against these sick people and they are lucky I don't take legal action bunch of racist people!

Bad experience with my shoulder altara sound test, technician finished within 2 minutes and when I was waiting for my x ray I show her going off from her duty, want to go early, she did not give proper eatansion to my test, and result as normal.

I have always had a good experience at the clinic. The receptionist (Parm) is always friendly, pleasant and caring. She tries very hard to accomodate you. The office is exceptionally clean. Dr. Ralhan is an excellent doctor. He listens patiently, explains everything thoroughly and truly cares about his patients. He is also wonderful with children. From my experiences at this clinic, I would highly recommend it. Thanks Dr Ralhan

Rude staff.
Online says Saturday closed. Display board says open mon to sat 10 - 5. When you go in they say they close at 2pm. Receptionist was more interested in arguing rather than accepting patient even at 2 minutes after 2 pm although they say they are open till 5. Good doctors but awful receptionist.

Very unprofessional, they did not even pick the calls from a patient. I called them 15 times in the last week even today as well but they never pick call. That’ very disappointing.

Receptionists are polite and extremely cooperative. The way they handle the situations is professional and extraordinary

What is it with doctors offices that dont answer the phone and the mail box is full. This is not how it used to be. Now its the norm.

The services that I receive from dr samar is excellent. Dr. Samar is very friendly.its my wonderful experience with dr samar. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.

Very Polite, Understanding and well trained Staff! These people really care about Hygienes and know their job very well.

Very disappointed. I contacted this place in need of a doctor and was denied service because my health card is still red and white. Due to corona, my red and white health card is still valid until further notice, and I am very disappointed that I was left to suffer.

Very good at taking people’s money who dont have health cards. I paid $70 for a 4 minute consultation, and they would ask more money for follow up.

I was trying to get an appointment with a doctor preferably a gynaecologist, the receptionist told me gynaecologist is away for one month and also that I would need a referral from a general physician to see the gynaecologist. Then I told her to give me a regular physician’s appointment as a first step so that I can at least have a referral. She said no that can’t be done either. A second later, she told me the physician’s appt.is available next to next week thinking I will be discouraged but I still said ok book me, she put me on hold and now her phone is busy her voice mail is full, such disgusting people sitting on the front desk doing exactly the opposite of helping patients.

The reception both ladies are doesn’t have knowledge of how to talk with the people it is so many time happens when I call for appointment speak very bowdy

Very Very Rude Receptionist at front desk, No greeting, No respect and No Professionalism at all. Very Disappointed. No doubt Doctor is very nice and knowledgeable, but he should look into the matter why there are so many reviews about rude staff on the front desk. Sorry to say that but i wish if I could give zero star to her. I had so many bad or good experiences with people at different places but i never wrote a review. This is my first time writing any review because i think people should know this before going to clinic.so please be ready for that before you are going there.

Not so friendly staff. Charged for everything despite getting my health card. Sent me back twice to withdraw cash by saying they don’t have a pos system at all and so no debit/credit cards accepted as per management. Will have to go back to my home clinic from next time if anything

RESPECTFUL, INTELLIGENT, YOUNG AND FRIENDLY DOCTOR RALHAN. (10 STARS*) …. ON THE OTHER HAND RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND IGNORANT FRONT DESK STAFF. WEEKDAYS AND WEEKEND BOTH LADIES HAVE SERIOUS ATTITUDE ISSUES AND ACT LIKE THEY OWN THE CLINIC. HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THEIR PROFESSION AND THEIR PATIENTS. I HOPE THE DOCTOR LOOKS INTO THIS FOR THE SAKE OF HIS PATIENTS.

I got excellent service here (100 star) staff is very kind and helpful. They do their work with extereme accuracy. I STRONGLY recommend this clinic.they have positive attitude, pleasent and understanding

I booked an appointment for my wife to have a pap smear test last Wednesday. They asked us to call one day before to confirm the appointment. I called and they never answered so I left them a voice message with my name and phone number to call me back. After 2 hours, when they did not call back, I called again and still no one answered. The next day I took my wife and went there at the appointed time. We found a notice on the door that said they were closed due to a strange reason. So they didn't answer the phone, they never called back and they didn't even bother to call and tell us that they were closed. They wasted our time and effort because of their irresponsible act. Definitely this means one thing only and it is that they don't respect the patients. We will never go back there and we will advise every one else to avoid this irresponsible ignorant clinic. They don't even deserve the one star given by the review.

Dr Ralhaan is very talented and friendly with the patients. I wish I could give him more stars.

I went to this walk in clinic today with my Son and for myself. The doctor is always very kind and understanding. I had asked for a doctors note and after paying for it I realized that there was a mistake. I kindly brought it to the receptionist’s attention and asked her politely to make a correction and she responded with so much attitude. She grabbed the letter from my hand and seemed annoyed at the fact that she had to do her job and change something.if I’m paying $20 for a doctors note why is she being so rude? Also when she shoved the “corrected one” back to me I noticed it was not signed by the doctor so again I asked her politely if I could get the doctors signature and she responded by rolling her eyes and muttering “oh god”. She is very rude, impolite and doesn’t know a thing about being professional. She should not have a job serving patients if she cannot control her rude habits. I hope the doctor will see these complaints and make in change with his staff as he is a very capable and nice doctor.
