Today i visited there for my ultrasound i met with dr Monica she was so kind her service is excellent recommend to all vist there.

Today I have done my ultrasound. The staff Saima is an amazing sonographer. She did a great job.

Saima was really great during the appointment! Not only was her professionalism top -notch, she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Doc Monika, is very professional and ethical. She takes her job very seriously and is very polite. First timers I highly recomend you to visit her for your ultrasound.

Tech Monika is very very professional and very kind, she really is detail oriented and is very calm, i am happy that we have such techs in GTA who cares for patients. Thank you Samar and Monika keep up the good work!

We had such a great experience with our scan today! We had such a friendly warm welcome from the moment we entered the clinic. They were just brilliant! Made us feel so welcome, allowed us to answer as many questions without feeling rushed, they also had a god humor.

I had my 19 weeks ultrasound today, fauzia is amazing ultrasound technician. She was very calm and patient during my ultrasound. She answered all my questions. I am completely satisfied by my ultrasound. Best ultrasound service till now. Highly recommended!

Dr. Saima did my ultrasound, she is the best. I never had this much nice experience at this location before. My best experience ever. She is so helpful and kind. She is doing her job with full dedication and she knows how to deal with a patient. May God always bless her.

I went to Queen west X-ray to get a chest X-ray done. The front desk was very helpful and X-ray technician was very efficient and polite.

I went to this place recently and one of the front desk staff served me. She seems angry and upset about something already. Her face was already fed up. I was very polite but she was not polite at all. As a south Asian this didn’t surprise me. She is a south Asian most probably an indian. For some reason majority of south Asian people are rude and impolite. Especially towards dark skinned people. I have seen they are very polite to white people. I am not sure this is the case here as all patients came there during that time either brown or black. We are not living in a south Asian country. This is Canada, a first world country. We need to change. We need to learn to treat people with respect regardless of their colour or differences. When I came to Brampton a long time ago it was very different. People treated people with respect. Please teach your staff to treat people with respect. Otherwise what’s the point of us moving to a first world country if we still live like a third world country.

I had my NT scan today. I was really anxious but Ms. Monika (she did my ultrasound) was really sweet and comforting, she explained everything so nicely.

Staff are so comforting and friendly, really calmed our nerves and made us feel safe and at home. I’ve had three scans with Queen West X-Ray and am so relieved to have had such a positive first experience.

I went there for my wife's 19 weeks ultrasound. Overall my experience was good. The technician, Jasneet, was very nice and took good care of my wife.
