Queens Court Apartments - York Property

Moved here at the start of May and it has been enjoyable so far. Nice quiet building, everyone has been nice and friendly, I really like the apartment, clean, lots of closest space. The only down falls for me is 1 washer and dyer for building is silly and the parking lot with a good size pot hole and gravel also sometimes more cars than there should be. When paying extra for parking you expect it to be in better condition. Outside of that I do really like the apartment.

I booked an appointment to view a unit for rent here. I drove from out of town and parked out front at 10am. No one showed up to do the viewing and no one called me. I hung around for about 20 minutes. Saw a bunch of beer bottle empties stacked up in the main entrance stairwell. I've seen all I need to see. No thank you.
