Queens Estate has a great way of catering to all their residents wants and needs! It's great seeing everyone so involved in the activities, the property is gorgeous and their back area with the gazebo is such a treat to have & the kitchen staff go above and beyond. All staff are attentive and personable.

Horrible place to have a loved one the staff is rude, the workers don’t help you try and set up a room for loved one. They didn’t change my dad for long periods of time or would show up 40 or 50 minutes after he has buzzed them. They won’t let you bring your own stuff from home for example a cable box for tv. Just a bad place to be at I truly feel that the employees and extended staff really don’t care to much about the residents in there or pick favs over others if I knew this info because I would have never had my dad there but lucky I got him out. Honestly I think that place should be shut down.

My Father was a resident for 2 months while waiting for a Long Term Care placement. During my father's stay he was treated with compassion and kindness. I would personally like to thank Michelle, Ashley, Nico, Synthiya, Sarah, Tenzin, Jigme and the PSW's for always being supportive and helpful. I felt comfortable knowing that dad was being cared for by an exceptional team. My Heartfelt appreciation to everyone.

Our father was a resident for 2 months while waiting for a placement in Long Term Care. Even though it was understood that Dad was only there temporarily, the staff went out of their way to ensure he was well supported, had a detailed care plan in place, and had his daily needs met. The staff are amazingly helpful, responsive to our questions and queries, and really patient with Dad. They are amazing! The building is also very pleasant - freshly renovated and furnished - with attention to details tied to the well-being of residents. When Dad left, the staff all gathered to say goodbye and wish him well. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My father is at Queens Estate due to Alzheimer's. I just want to say thank you to Sarah for all the support you have given me. I couldn't have done this without you. Anytime I phone you answer with a smile in your voice and calming words. I know my father is well looked after because of you.

My mother was at Queens Estate for nearly two years (she was one of the first to move in after their opening). Staff were fabulous/angels. Adam, Tenzin and Vivian were particularly helpful though there were many others that should be recognized (I don't recall all of their names). Residents who had moved in from other retirement homes said that Queens Estate was an improvement for them. We used a consultant during our search for a home. The staff try really hard to come up with interesting activities to get the residents involved even during lockdown. You can see photos of this on the FB page. The blended model of support that respects the needs of residents is very helpful.

My mom has been with Queen’s Estate for six months. Her move there happened quickly after a hospital stay and she was welcomed with open arms. She needs a lot of care and her every need is met or exceeded. Sarah, Jigme, Temi, Vivian, Tenzin and Amy, among many others are warm, kind and generous and provide detailed person dare down to musical preferences, manicures and specialized personal care. I was hesitant to leave her there as I am sure everyone is and she was warmly embraced and cared for from day one. Thank you to all who take such wonderful care of my mom.

My mom has been at Queens Estate for only a few weeks, she is waiting for a spot at a LTC. I wish she could stay where she is! The room is wonderful, the food is great, and the staff are lovely! She adores the staff, and they adore her! She's finally happy! The highlight of her day is seeing Debra, she loves all activities, and looks forward everyday to be a part of the afternoon programs. Thank you very much everyone, you are all so appreciated!

Queens Estate Retirement Residence Is taking great care of my dad. Very friendly PSWs and nurses. Staff are always willing to accommodate needs. A big thank you.

My husband was there for a while when I had surgery. I didnt no what to expect, but I will tell you he needs a lot of care and he got it at queens estate. I would like to thank the staff there for excellent care my husband received. Thankyou all.

I wanted my mother to be able to celebrate her 85th birthday with her entire immediate family. Your staff took all my ‘wants’ and made them happen. We had sparkling beautiful table settings, lovely decorations, a gorgeous cake and food that everyone exclaimed OMG over. Please know that your staff made this a very memorable day for not just for my Mum but for my entire immediate family. To them, goes my heart felt thanks.
