Everything about it was terrific. The pool, sauna, and hot tub were very clean. The restaurant and breakfast were great with fabulous service. We loved the library. Room with fireplace was nice and the tub was spacious. Will def be back.

The air conditioner is very noisy. I have to turn it off for sleeping. It is time to replace it with a new machine!

Did not stay there staff allowed us to tour and walk around the lobby and restaurant areas absolutely beautiful English Style Hotel

Long story short, it is such a shame that, instead of basking in beautiful memories of a great celebration of our friends' nuptials,   it has been overshadowed by the way we were spoken to, and about.

While I sympathize with the kind of pressure that Rikki must be under ensuring the safety of HOTEL PROPERTY while on duty, we were disappointed by her lack of the most basic hospitality ethos, that is to treat ALL guests at the venue with compassion and dignity.   Rikki's interaction with us was grossly flippant, and was not expecting to be treated or spoken to this way at as upscale establishment such as Queens Landing.

Conversation that she had with the said Banquet Manager was unprofessional.   Your Event Manager having an audacity to judge her CLIENTS' GUESTS on their parenting skills - and say so within an earshot from us - is quite an embarrassment for an otherwise well-regarded high-end establishment such this one.

I spent nearly $500 at Queens Landing hotel to be made fun of by their Event Manager and Banquet Manager about our parenting skills and were made to feel like our child is a dangerous vandal.   A bull in a china shop, he surely wasn't.
Yes, this country allows Free Speech but staff poorly lacked discretion, and that is to me a big red flag at an upscale hotel like this one.

Nice enough to stay, don’t bother with weddings (unless you want angry guests!)

Just got back from a two night stay at Queens Landing. Stayed in the dock master cabin as we were travelling with our dog.

Cabin was ok but had trouble with heating system.ended up having to put on a/c but then the room was freezing. Not sure why the system wasn’t working correctly.
Pull out couch was terrible-springs pushing in the back and not enough blankets-had to request extra but they were very thin. No room cleaning during our stay also.

The one highlight was that staff were lovely and helpful and tried to fix any issues as best they could.

Expensive two nights for a mid-tier hotel.

Hotel was Meh. Won't be going back. We got a "romantic" fireplace with Jacuzzi. The jacuzzi barely fit a small adult. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan or a window. Nothing more romantic then smelling your partners bowel movements. Room was very dry. Woke up with bloody nose. Room service came in when we were out at 6pm and moved everything around very awkwardly. At 5am they woke us up with a crack of dawn vacuum right out side our door in the hallway, so rude. No Parking spots due to lot filled up because of a wedding.

Good location is probably the only thing going for it. Overall not worth the weekend price increase.

Been here twice and both times the experience has been totally amazing. You definitely get what you pay for.

Had my wedding this past weekend at Queens Landing. The staff was absolutely incredible, Rikki specifically made it the best possible night and we are so very very grateful for everything she did.

Thank you very much for an incredible weekend!

We generally stay at the Prince of Wales over a few nights and pick 1 night to eat at the Queens Landing because their restaurant is great just like the Prince of Wales.

After dinner we came back to the bar had some drinks just before midnight he was telling us it was last call we felt that we were being pushed out.
Not very good service.

Would not recommend. Booked for a quiet stay. Kids were using the pool area as a playground and running around unsupervised. I brought to the attention of the front desk and was brushed off. Tried to get complementary coffee and was ignored by the host. Would recommend looking elsewhere for a quiet relaxing stay. Staff is subpar

We stayed at the Queen’s Landing mid November. I was sadly disappointed in the state of the guest room. The heater started making a horrible squealing noise around 10pm and we had to shut it off completely. We woke up to a freezing cold room in the morning.
The bathroom was more run down than Vintage! It had pealing paint on the ceiling, the bathroom door was so dirty you hated to touch it, the tub did not drain properly so you had a natural foot bath while showering and the hair dryer was so filthy I refused to use it.
When I went to inform guest services upon our departure the lady abruptly cut me off before I could even identify all of my concerns. We received no credit on our bill for our horrible stay.
We have stayed at another Niagara on the Lake Vintage Hotel and had a much better experience, but after staying here I am unsure I will try any others. I truly hope they take this room out of service and clean/repair it properly so no one else has to endure what we did.

I loved this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, overlooking the water. The rooms are nice and spacious. The service was exceptional, and I like that it’s not on the Main Street but it’s not a far walk either.

Shower head was broken when I arrived Friday night. I texted their AI chat bot - Saturday morning - and it was fixed by 10 AM that day. Awesome!

The hotel was ok.
When we got to our room it was infested with ladybugs (12 beetles).
They were eventually removed (hours later) and we received $50 off our bill for those who are curious.
That aside the room was on the nice side but nothing special. Had a gas fireplace and a Jacuzzi tub.
Pool, hot tub, sauna and gym are all indoor and also nice.
The hotel is not really within walking distance to the main street but it is close to the Shaw building if you are in the area to catch a play. The hotel does provide free shuttle to the main street so it's fine.
I guess for the price I was expecting a lot more than I got. It's possible my expectations were too high.
So if you keep your hopes from soaring and love lady bugs, I'm sure you will have a great time.

We came from Brooks, Alberta, to attend our friends 60th birthday at the Two Sisters Winery. My wife booked a room at Queens Landing. Rooms were very inviting and quiet. The pool and hottub were enjoyable. I was not impressed with the breakfast buffet. For the price of the room, the buffet was similar to a Comfort Inn or Super 8. However, I did enjoy the closeness to the downtown.

Lovely hotel just behind a marina on the river. Gardens are immaculate and the terrace outside the Tiara Restaurant and Bacchus lounge is lovely for dinner and drinks. Staff were very attentive and they did a turn down service when a rose was left on each bed. I appreciated the gesture - my sons, not so much!
Easy walking distance to Picton St (main shopping/eating area in NOTL).
Rooms were very comfortable, only complaint would be that they were on 1st floor and looked out into the parking lot. Only way to prevent people from looking in during daylight was to pull the blackout blind down, not ideal. A set of sheers, would help with this.
Breakfast buffet and omelette station was excellent. Would stay here again.

Location is great. Village is great. View of the lake is great. Rooms are great. Only flaw is probably that in spite of the high number of staff workers in the patio restaurant, we still had to wait 40 minutes before we could even order. Also the staff at the front desk seemed to not care at all when customers entered or left.

Today was not the day to have breakfast in the restaurant. Food was so so, lobster eggs Benedict looked like scraps of lobster had been scraped together. The omelette from the buffet station was tasteless, took forever to be served. We have stayed here before but after today not in a hurry to revisit the restaurant.
Room was lovely, location great for theatre and shopping. But time for a change.

We spent a night here on a Saturday night to explore the wineries and Niagara on the lake. The pictures of it make it look gorgeous and the honest truth is it is a gorgeous building and the lobby is very classic and beautiful and elegant. It was a lot pricier than other hotels in the area but it definitely struck me as elegant enough to be worth it. I will say everywhere they have this picture of this beautiful marble lobby that is huge and expansive Including on its website and on Google however that photo is done with a wide angle lens which makes it look much larger than it is. It’s actually quite small in the lobby.

The location is excellent and a 2 to 3 minute drive from the centre strip of naira in the lake and close to everything. The service was amazing. Everyone was super friendly and very attentive. Public areas such as the lobby and the amenities of the hotel are also gorgeous.

My big complaint is the actual room itself was incredibly dated and not very impressive. We had upgraded to a premium room and it cost about $600 a night. Now the room we ended up getting was large and spacious with a massive bed and TV had also had Chromecast and good options to watch things but the decor and furniture and room itself were very outdated and old fashion. It was supposed to include a fireplace and it did though this was one of the in wall electric mounted fireplaces which was fine. It was supposed to include a hot tub but in fact it just included a bathtub with four jets in it. Also the shower was tiny. I couldn’t even spin around and turn around in the shower without hitting the walls. There is a really random timer on the bathroom light switch which of the knob you turn from one to 15 minutes to turn the light on and it turns itself off automatically. This definitely struck me as something from maybe the 1970s but not something I would expect in a higher end hotel. Our view was on the first floor and looked out right into a massive parking lot so definitely not a nice view either. Really the service in the hotel and the location are great but I couldn’t really recommend spending that much on a room like this to anyone and would definitely not return. They do have other properties such as the pillar and post that are significantly nicer and better priced which I do love and would go to again

Great location that is easy to access with ample secure complimentary parking. Short walking distance to many attractions and a quick drive to wineries and food and beverage venues.

Room was clean and comfortable; and the Nespresso machine was a terrific touch!

Service does not match the facility. Staff seems uninterested and counting down the time to the end of their shifts. Front desk is a chaotic environment and the staff was mostly tied up on the phone and certainly gave much lower priority to guests - didn't even make eye contact!

Restaurant and lounge service was as bad as one can experience. Lunch took 2 hours in a restaurant with approx. 20% of tables occupied (30 minutes before an order was solicited)! Returned (regrettably) for an evening drink and after waiting 45 minutes for a coffee we walked out - two other tables nearby did the same thing.

While the rooms and location were good, I would not return and would look outside the Vintage Hotel group on the next visit.

We spent the weekend here for what was supposed to be my partner's 30th birthday, but honestly it wasn't great. I've stayed at at other hotels/BnBs in NOTL, but was expecting a better experience - maybe it was my fault for looking at this with rose-coloured glasses.

Staying in the premium king suite for 500+ a night with a waterfront view you would expect to actually see the water, but all we had was a view of the trees.

Story time! I used the hotel provided tools to iron a few shirts, and due to poor equipment maintenance, it stained my clothes. I immediately phoned the front desk for help and was told housekeeping was on the way. Having already waited in the room for 10 minutes, and needing to make a dinner reservation, I phoned the desk again and asked them if it would be quicker to just bring the damaged clothes to them to assess. Was told it would be better to leave it there and housekeeping would take care of it.

Left the clothes, went to dinner and came back to a surprise - not only did they leave my clothes as-is, they brought me a second ironing board and iron! We called again and someone came up shortly thereafter. At this point the stain has now settled in for about 4-5 hours, and on linen. For some reason they only have industrial machines, and not actual on-site services to deal with issues like this. After playing broken telephone with 3 people, we end up spending the night scrubbing and removing the stain - great birthday am I right?

I was told that Leanne, the executive assistant, would follow up with us. Someone from their live SMS chat service did follow-up to offer dry-cleaning, but at that point the trust was broken. When I was checking out, I was helped by a Leanne, who didn't even mention anything about the experience, or asked how our stay was. If there was another Leanne that works in reception - apologies.

Suffice to say I was disappointed with my experience, and let down by the staff so much so that I'm actually writing this review - I don't typically write reviews.

Hope this helps someone.

*Edit, I think I've provided enough details and your business should have enough notes to understand what exactly went wrong. I don't think the customer should have to call in and explain again what went wrong - your team should be taking a proactive approach and reaching out, providing an actual solution and not just "taking this feedback into consideration".
