A few weeks ago I went to the ER where I was treated absolutely terribly. Today I went to the Queens Medical walk-in and had an amazing experience. The doctor called me immediately and within 30 minutes I was able to pick up a prescription. Definitely recommend this walk-in and attached pharmacy to anyone and everyone!

A walk-in clinic that doesn’t accept walk-ins and says they’re about to close, 3 hours earlier than their posted hours. Got told to just go to the ER, so I’d recommend everyone else just do the same.

AVOID. Dr. Bebawy is incredibly rude. I've switched to a new Family Doctor and feel so much better about it.

The staff were rude and I felt like I was seated in a funeral home. I would rather get my next checkup done at my local 7/11.

This is one of the best and long standing clinics in Oakville. I have been coming here for years and their service is always outstanding and personalized. Not really sure what these other people are on about in their rants but the clinic is great!

Dr. Bebawy helped me get my blood work requisitions with such ease in a time sensitive matter. She is a very caring doctor who will go out of her away to do what needs to be done for patients. Very responsive and reliable. Her patients are truly lucky to have her.

I honestly love the pharmacist here. He may seem a bit abrasive at first, but he's honestly so sweet and patient. Every time I go, he is just extremely helpful and non-judgmental. He even included a lollipop with my prescription refill!

I've been living in Oakville since I started my studies at Sheridan College (7 years ago), and wayyyy back I really dreaded going to this clinic.because the old staff was.pretty unpleasant to talk with. Now, I think the've changed staff (at least the receptionist) and it's been a COMPLETE 180 flip~! They help you right away and are super polite and just wanna help you: >

I am so glad I feel safe getting their support with continuing my prescription for my antidepressants while I remain in Canada (until I go back home.whenever it's safe to do so).

This is one of the few still remaining walk in clinics where the doctors truly pay attention to your concerns and truly care about the patient, unlike other clinic where they rush you out to collect as many patients as possible during the day. Yes it can get really busy and the walk-in wait could be long at times, but it's definitely better than going to those express clinics where they are condescending with the patient and they only care about prescribing whatever to make more money off the system.

Dr. Bebawy is amazing, sweet, understanding and caring. I originally went to a different clinic where I was told I just had a chest cold. Unconvinced and feeling incredibly incapacitated, I went home and got worse as the days progressed. Dr. Bebawy took the time to examine, ask me questions, and do everything possible for me. She put me on the medication I needed for a sinus infection, and even wanted a follow up to make sure the meds are working. I'm super grateful for her!

I recently visited Queens Medical when I had an issue with insect bites that looked like they could develop into cellulitis - which happened before to me. I was there because my family doctor was at a medical conference. The doctor there was great on the first visit. She looked at my issue and concluded that it was not yet cellulitis and could be treated with a cream. This was a relief as I was headed out for vacation 4 hours from home. I used up the tiny amount of cream supplied and it worked well. Then I got another horse fly bite that threatened to look as bad as the first. Being way out in the boondocks, I called @Queens Medical Centre to renew the prescription that had worked so well before. I drove 45 minutes to a pharmacy on their recommendation, to see if it could be re-filled. They then sent a fax to Queens Medical centre. The doctor at Queens refused to renew the prescription, unless I returned to Oakville (4 hours - each way). Either that, or go to a local walk in clinic. Which, when you're in a town of 3000 - that swells to 100000 over the summer, means 3-4 hour waits. So I had no choice but to ask the pharmacist if there was an over-the-counter or on - shelf product that could approximate the prescription. He recommended a similar product that has 1/3 the strength. Hopefully it will work.

This approach was cowardly, inappropriate and completely against was is in the best interests of a patient.

I have been going here off and on for a few years. Usually persistent illness, though I recently had to take my child there for a more concerning issue. The doctor was great. She wait was more reasonable then most places I had visited, she had a gentle demeanor with my child and was willing to listen to our concerns. We left the clinic with a requisition for a STAT x-ray and instructions to come back the next afternoon for results. All together a good experience for us. Could not have hoped for more prompt and considerate service.

Honestly wait times are absolutely ridiclious. One hour and 3 patients and I was still waiting. No regard for peoples time and no explination. Dont go here unless you have NO other choice. Very la-dee-da attitude around here.

HORRIBLE. Person who answers the phone sets a real bad precedence on how you will be rushed in and out of the clinic.
Does NOT care to listen or be polite. Speaks over you, raises voice and will hang up on you.

I have gone here for the last 3 years and the doctors are very nice, coupled with the pharmacy next door it's a good place.

The doctors are friendly and knowledgeable, but I always feel like they have a timer running & I only have seconds to tell them why I'm there. The receptionist is extremely unfriendly and rude - should not be anywhere near a customer service job. I have always waited at LEAST an hour after my appointment time, and have also been called in just for "oh, I see you were at the hospital - is everything ok? " - SO much time lost at work dealing with this clinic. When I called with extreme back pain explaining that I couldn't sit or stand, they told me to come right away - when I got there "the doctor is gone on lunch for an hour, please sit and wait"? After expressing my frustrations, Dr Bebawy told me she was retiring and gave me a list of doctors accepting new patients - for months I have been going to clinics and emergency - after 3 emergency trips for sciatica she called me to ask what was going on - a YEAR after she told me she was retiring! I'm done with this place.

A neutral review (though it brings up their average). Been going here 10 yrs and they do have lots to improve. Good and bad experiences here. Often staff are not very competent. Have had to wait too long for anyone's patience for pre-booked appointments. Get called in to review tests that are no cause for concern etc. On any given day there I could give a rating of 1 2 or 3 stars. I hope they get their _ _.

I’ve had my family doctor at this location for the last 8 years. It was great at first and now it’s nothing but a joke, takes me 2-3 weeks to even get an available appointment with my FAMILY doctor, when the appointment day comes im always sitting there waiting 45 minutes to an hour and a half AFTER my scheduled time to even be put into a room where I wait another 20 minutes, that’s if the doctor doesn’t decided to go on break even though they’re behind on their scheduled appointments. Rescheduled a mandatory appointment 2 and a half 3 weeks ago, I get a call this morning 45 minutes before my appointment stating the doctor is not there. When I ask what the reasoning was, they couldn’t provide one and then continued to tell me that they tried to call multiple times last week to let me know she wouldn’t be here. I have not ONE phone call or voicemail from anybody, the receptionists are very ignorant and don’t care for the patients. I had blood work done and had a bruise for 2 weeks after about 4 inches in size. I pulled my phone records and low and behold I did not receive 1 phone call from the doctors last week. So now I am dealing with reception lying to me for what? Save either their butt or the doctors for missing an appointment that was already rescheduled once. I took the day off work today and now I’m stuck here with no appointment and losing a days of money because they call me 45 minutes before my appointment. I’ve had way to many problems with this clinic to not voice my opinion about it now. I will no longer be a patient at Queens medical.

I showed up and the receptionist was super unorganized and interrupted patients for the phone and to go to the back. I waited an hour and finally got brought to the room which had ripped bedding and moldy floors and cracked walls with a loud sound from the sink/pipes. Waiting almost a half hour, a doctor showed up and completkey ignored me, the left without a word. She showed up only for her to come in and ask me why I was there. In the middle of explaining to her my situation she gave me an option that wouldn't work for me. As I tried to explained this she exclaimed in the rudest tone "can I finish one sentence stop interrupting me. " She was terribly disrespectful and hadn't even had my results yet.

After leaving to get my results the receptionist (who had initially brought me to this room) brought in ANOTHER patient and then said, "oh someone is in here" she forgot I was even there.

It was the worst experience I've ever had at a walk in clinic or doctors office of any kind. They had families in and out so fast and walking around that I was brushing up against people in the hallway. The worst part is only that one family (one patient) was ahead of me yet I still waited ages. I'll be contacting this place again to speak to management. The bathrooms were also disgusting and when I asked the receptionist for a pen she scrambled to find one and I eventually found my own.

While in the waiting room again for a requisition, the receptionist took a urine sample OUTSIDE to the lifelabs guy.

Thank you queens medical centre for the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had.
