Queen's Pizza and Wings

Just ordered 60 wings to go, with sauce on the side. And the wings were so dry and dark. They used old oil thats why its dark and is over fried thats why its dry. And for 60 wings they have barely any sauce! I remember this place used to be super good but I dont think ill be coming back after todays wings.

Excellent menu, extended hours, reasonable pricing and fast friendly service. Recommend trying their menu. Love their Shawarma pizza and their fries and onion rings

If you like bland frozen food this is the place for you. Also my whole order was wrong lol.

This used to be my go to place for pizza and wings. Not anymore! I think that the ownership has changed and the food is really gross. Overcooked cold pizza and oily wings. No thanks

We order pizza often enough to know my family will not be ordering from here agai! One bad experience we let slide but after last night having over cooked wings, over cooked pizza, and garlic bread man handled and thrown in a bag and recieved ripped and squished is very disappointing! We also were not given items ordered! Like I said will not return and very dissatisfied!

I like the pizza it's great the wings are great, recommend to ask the sauce on top of the wing makes em softer and the garlic bread is ok.

I have been ordering pizza from Queen’s pizza for more than a year now, there service is always top notch. The best thing about the store is there prices in comparison to other stores, they provide delicious food for a very affordable price.

Every single time I place an order. It takes forever to get to my house I literally live 5 minutes away. The food is always cold. When I call and ask when will my order be here they keep telling me that the driver just left what how many times is the driver going to just leave? It is 2: 50 in the morning I placed my order @1: 30. A large pizza and 10 wings?

I order from here quite frequently and lately the service has been ridiculous. I ordered tonight and waited over an hour and it was thrown together all over the place slices over lapping other slices. It wasn’t even a hot, it was room temperature at best.

Poor customer service. They close well before they state on their website. Won’t take your order at 2: 30am (for a simple 1 topping pizza) when they close at 3am. This place used to be good, food quality has gone down too. If you do order from this place, don’t order in person, use their website or you’ll end up with dynamic and usually higher pricing depending on who is at the counter.

Had the worst experience with my hungry kids waiting over 1hour and 45 minutes for their pizza and wings please don’t order from them if your hungry you will get cold food that’s not worth the price! And didn’t even offer a discount

This place used to be great. Not sure if it's new owners but there's always an issue when I order so never again. Pizza and wings showed up an hour and a half after ordering, cold and no sauce for the wings or blue cheese. Definitely my last time ordering from here

This used to be my go-to spot for the last couple years but recently quality has gone down. I ordered on their promoted website and it said an hour for delivery (which is crazy because the GPS literally has my house 3 minutes away) but after over an hour and a half I still had nothing. I called and they just said they were busy, I gave them a heads up that at this rate they don’t need to send the pizza because I won’t be paying for it regardless but sure enough it shows up another 20 minutes later (now over 2 hours) and the pizza is stone cold along with the wings I ordered. Super disappointing

Pizza is fantastic, but they never seem to know what’s going on. Half the time I order online, they don’t even know about the order until I show up. The other half they forget an item in a order.

Older gentleman was delivering my order, and forgot to charge me for an item. Came back a couple minutes later and began accusing me of 'intentionally' not paying (?). Take into account that I have been a loyal customer for several months, and have always paid for every single order without fail.

Fine, no problem. Maybe it was some sort of mistake or misunderstanding. I immediately pay without any hesitation and think that's the end of it.

He continued to keep making these snide and rude comments before finally walking off. Even tried to intimidate me by saying he "knows where all his customers live" (LOL what a joke).

Extremely unprofessional. Last time I checked, it was their responsibility to make sure they charge the right amount⁠—not mine.

They have no level of respect for their customers!

We have been ordering pizza from here for the last few years. New management took over and the pizza, wings, fries and garlic bread is always fresh, and delicious. Will continue to order and enjoy the food

Review has changed. Not the same anymore. The last two times we have ordered, something was missed in our order. Today, our chicken wings were rotten. You know when the wings taste rotten and have a smell. They were called right away but this is unacceptable. We will not be ordering from there anywhere and they were told that on the phone. Ordering from somewhere else. Be careful, new management, and horrible.

Never got wings when ordered through Uber. Ordered a Caesar salad only to get it with just lettuce and croutons, no dressing!

We've tried a lot of pizza places and this was by far the worst we've ever had. We got thin crust and it was overcooked so the crust was hard, like croutons. Amount of toppings was fine. Chicken looked overcooked and pepperoni tasted burnt.
When I picked up, I tried really hard to look past the inside because it was FILTHY. Walls in the customer area were DISGUSTING, garbage can was also gross, front counter was clutter and had crumbs, sauces in a basket on the front counter looked like they hadn't been wiped off ever with sauce all over the lids. The one benefit was that the back counter that I could see from the front looked relatively clean.
I can only imagine what the areas that we can't see look like. Needless to say, we will not be returning. A shame because they're close by.

Waited 2.5 hours for delivery. Called multiple times and was told it would be here in 15 mins. Then was told they didn't have any drivers. Pizza finally arrives and was cold and hard as a rock. Didn't even offer a discount or free item after waiting all that time. I was a frequent customer and now I Will never order from here again.

We have been getting pizza from queens for about a year. Reasonably priced menu. Fast service. Pizza is good.

Absolutely terrible! Food quality was the worst.
Order a pizza and ceasar salad.the lettuce was frozen and translucent- how could they serve that to customers? !? ! The pizza, super under cooked, barely any toppings, absolutely disgusting, couldn't eat it, had to throw everything out. Never again!
