Worst experience with Dr Kaveri. He is very unprofessional and rude. He does not care about the patient. I would never recommend this clinic. Visiting here was totally waste of time

Long waiting, not clear instructions or advise. Been there a few times. But helpful since it’s closer to our home.

The person Dr. Kaveri not responding in a
polite way. His diagnosis also not excellent, initially he prescribed one thing for fungal infection, after a week changed into another. Waste of time. I won’t prefer him especially when people get sick.

They have some of the most incompetent doctors here. The doctor said i was “fine” yet being unable to breathe without coughing. I would not recommend this clinic.

Dr Kaveris was very unprofessional and rude. This practice does not care about their patients. Worst case experience ever, I have seen many practitioner nurses come and go that have better bed side manner than him. I would not recommend. I literally had to go across the street to be seen by another walk in. Brampton has many walk in clinics that treat their patients with care but this clinic by far is the worse.

It’s really horrible and unprofessional place. They doesn’t have any kind of concerns of patients. If any patient have their own concern please try to move on. Especially they don’t know how to treat a patient.

Was helped by johnson, she was amazing! Very kind and understanding, she went over and beyond to help me with me. I had extreme pain to the point i couldn't stand, pain killers weren't working. She listen to me and help along with prescribed me what i needed.amazing customer service i will come back again just for her. THANK YOU MRS. Johnson.

I would not recommend this clinic at ALL. I came in with bumps and lots of redness on my leg. The doctor didn’t even look at my leg but said it was sunburn. I was also charged $90 dollars because I was told my red and white health card wasn’t valid. The next day I was rush into the hospital because this “sunburn” was actually a bite from some kind of bug and it infected me leaving my foot to swell up so much I couldn’t even feel my toes. On top of that the hospital told me my health card was valid to be used. I feel this clinic take’s patients for granted.

Staff was friendly. Dr was great. Wait wasn't too long. I like that there is an attached pharmacy. Got the RX for my daughter right away.

Nice clean waiting room. Asked for a prescription and was directed to the attached pharmacy instead of given an actual written prescription. Strange, felt like an odd way to access my needed medications, as I have my own pharmacists at rexall.

I don’t understand the indian doctor who doesn’t even told name was so busy, havent even time to talk or to look at the issue. Seems like he is holding his bathroom break for atleast 3 days. TOO BUSY! An unclean Man.

Gave me an appointment and I was there early they kept me for 1hr. And I keep seeing them take people in and am there waiting. Such a horrible experience. Nobody cares anymore

He listens all the problem and speaks very politely and suggests Medicean which give immediate relief

Don’t waste your time to go here as a walk in on a Saturday cause apparently they don’t accept walk-ins in Saturday even though no where on their website states that. Complete waste of time! Will not be back.

Receptionists at this place a rude disrespectful and don't know how to speak to people. They don't listen and understand they just start talking over you. Doctors at this place are great if you can make it past their Frontline staff.

Horrible service. Was there for half an hour. Lady at the front desk ignored me. Filled out the form and left it on the counter in front of her and sat down. 5 mins later, she gets up and another lady takes over.
I went back to the front asked the 1st lady where i leave the form, and she said you need to stand in line. I told her i was and that she ignored me.
Second lady finally helps me and says she she can book me an appointment for tomorrow. I said no im here for walk in. She's like no were not taking anymore walk ins.
They need to get it together over there!

Good doctors and timing to see patients. Better than William Osler's where there is a 7-8h wait time

So ridiculous, we kept on waiting for our phone consult and never got any call. I called the clinic back twice asking the receptionist if she could please request the doctor to call us back. They both said that you will get a call today by 7: 30. We never received any call back today at all.

Receptionist is really disrespectful. She hung up on me when I needed urgent care. I don’t recommend anyone going there

So far my interactions with Dr Kaveri's Clinic are modest. Yearly routine checkups didn't need much waiting time. Often the front staff have to search your old records and I am being asked to call again and over. But that sounds normal as they keep rolling turns. Doctor is keen to answer questions over phone and review test results same day. I drove atleast 25mins one way to reach clinic but totally understandable to the quality of attention we get. Thank you Dr. Kaveri sir.

Rozana and Vanessa Johnson Boudot who did my physical tests, both dealt in a very good manner. Both were amazing. As usual Dr Kaveri is the best!

Doctor is very much help full and so understanding. Staffs are so friendly. He is not ly my family physician. He is one of our family too.

It runs for MONEY. I tried to get the referral for my daughter. To get the referral, asking me to books an appointment, asking me to pay $92 since we don’t have health card. Receptionist are very bad. If we have health card, they will keep on calling for some test or annual checkup to get some money. It is a Urgent care for MONEY.

Dr. Kaveri Selvan doesn’t meet patients even though having an appointment. Very unprofessional way and the front staff lady with glasses is very rude and doesn’t understand the problem of patients and talks it’s up to you whether to stay or not. Even though doctor asked to come and meet in person.

Deceiving signage.it tells people that its a place to go when you have emergency.to my surprise, they dont take walk-ins
Please change the name of your "FOR PROFIT ONLY" business to something more informative and helpful.

They say it's a walking clinic outside but when I entered they told me we can't get you in but you can call a doctor so he can visit you only through the phone but not in person.my question is why you keep the doors open if you only can talk to the doctor over the phone.

Receptionist was very nice. However, the doctor was not good at all. I understand it's COVID and they only do phone appointments, however the doctor was rushing me and was not being present and using active listening skills.

I explained I've been having an allergic reaction around my eyes. He prescribes an antibiotic eye drop. Tells me NOT to use the antisthimine eyedrops I already have.

I decided to listen to my gut and use my allergy drops.

My reaction is 80% better already. The antibiotics drops would not have worked and could have even caused a further reaction. I'm so disappointed and disgusted at this.

I understand Doctors make a comission off prescribing pharmaceuticals.it doesn't mean they need to take advantage. Especially in difficult times when my finances aren't at its best.

Anyways, my family doctor was not available Sunday. Hence the reason I needed "urgent" care. All Healthcare workers should be EXTRA compassionate in these unprecedented times.

A little more patience, empathy and active listening is needed right now. It's very simple.

My MOM almost died because of these people at the office and the doctor (Dr. Kavari). She was told she had high Cholesterol (very high 500! It should be around 200) and he refused to give her a prescription, and told her to go to A dietician instead of taking the faster method and giving her medication which would’ve helped to lower her cholesterol‘s. She could’ve gotten a stroke or heart attack due to lack of care and empathy towards his patient and not paying attention to their files or medical history. His staff are very rude and don’t acknowledge the patients or appointments and don’t follow up when we call or inquire regarding the appointment. I would highly not recommend this doctors office as your first choice when in need of medical care.

Stupid receptionist. I had booked appointment via their website, but heard nothing back so I walked over. The receptionist told me my heath card was expired despite provincial order: "expired health cards remain valid until further notice. "

Horrible experience. They are not taking any patients and nothing mentioned for the it. If someone is in urgent care they will not be calling in to see if you are accepting patients or just taking calls. Update your status to closed if you are not working.

When i first met Dr. Kaveri, in 2017.a nicer man and Doctor you could not ask for.staff was helpful, dr was helpful, and the pharmacist was amazing. They took care of me, helped me use my husbands benefits appropriately, through the pharmacy, and office. I was feeling better. Fast forward in May 2020, a crisis line referred me to speak to a doctor about an issue i was having, I naturally spoke to this clinic. Then received a call from Dr. Kaveri, like i said nicest man and doctor. For no apparent reason, after asking for help, he hangs up on me. I phone back, thinking we got cut off, and the staff tell me that Dr. Kaveri cannot prescribe over the phone. They arent open to public so i cannot go in. But the fact that this doctor refused to even inform me that he couldnt help me kind of upset me. On this I give this place on 1 on service, compassion and patient respect during crisis. Otherwise, i was happy with his knowledge and care.

I came here with my husband today who had a bad fall and injured both his ankles at work. The Reception staff asked us to wait while she'sbusy typing away. My husband is unable to walk let alone stand, he was made to wait for over 6 minutes in his situation. I ask her for a doctor and she says there's no one and the doctors aren't available for next week as well. I really don't understand why keep the clinic open when its supposed to be URGENT CARE? Horrible staff and clinic.

Great environment, very welcoming and a great atmosphere.quite quick and accurate in all pertinent matters. Dr. Selvan was quite knowledgeable and very helpful.

I would give zero stars if i could. The paediatrician was ruthless and so rude. He said he doesn't believe in labels like depression. He refused to give me a referral. He's a doctor for kids, and that rude?

I must appreciate that queen urgent care clinics’ staffs are working on week ends, Clinic doctor and his team are having friendly approach.

Can't imagine Dr.kaveri booked me in for an appointment, I got there and they lied that he was away from the clinic on break. The doctor came out
and threatened to call the cops on me if I dont take my kids out of the clinic. Like I had to take my kids outside before the doctor attended to me. I feel really bad that such a doctor is my kids doctor.

Very friendly staff and Dr, fastest and perfevt service ever. After few visits i changed my family Dr to Dr Kaveri from another Dr.

Dear Dr Kaveri, I am very disappointed in your behaviour today. I have been coming there for over a year and your attitude today was out of line. I have read all the negative reviews but regardless always thought you were an ok person but going forward i will never be returning there and for our phone appointment today, i advise you not to submit it to OHIP for payment as I will be contacting them to make sure that you don’t receive payment as you didn’t do what you were suppose to do. You have the option to see patients now as other clinics do YET you still want to do phone appointments and than rush people when you have more free time yet you are being paid the same amount of $. Last week when we spoke about my results you didn’t give me all the information that you should have as a professional doctor as I had many questions about my results and you didn’t check to ensure all the results were back either yet told me they were untill i questioned you a second time today. I needed more information and today when we spoke you told me I am asking to many questions, and that you are busy yet you are getting paid by OHIP for the call and our phone convo lasted only 5 min and that is because I insisted to ask. I also asked you to refer me for another test which you suggested I should get yet than you tell me to go find a family doctor. How dare YOU tell me I need a test, than tell me go somewhere else for a referral when you could easily refer me it doesn’t make sense and a waste of our health care dollars. You are getting paid for the appointment already and can easily refer me for the test you recommended. I will never set foot there again, very disappointed. As a doctor you should be more informative and shouldn’t make rude comments telling your patient you don’t have time to answer their questions after only being 3 min into the conversation when your patient has legitimate health concerns.

Dr. Kaveri is the best doctor I have met since my 10 years span in Toronto. Apart from his amazing sense of humor, he would treat you like a family member and would actually try to understand your health situation and provide the best possible. I have always been told by doctors that do this and do that with no clarity on what's going on. Doctor Kaveri went beyond my expectations and surprised me when he actually acknowledged my health conditions, empathized and discussed with me what are my best options. He always says, yes Madam what can I do for you wherein other doctors say this is what you do without any discussions on what you actually want your doctor to do. I am so glad I came across Dr. Kaveri when I was looking to change my family doctor. And point to be noted, I got a hassle free gynaecologist appointment in less than 9 days when he referred and previously I have always waited 2 to 3 months just to get an appointment and that too I had to call millions of times a day just to confirm the appointment. The worst place. Receptionists are sooo rude. You need to have links to see a doctor. If you don’t know anyone in side. You will be the last one in the line.

This is the worst place to go, the office is charging money to get your own xray ultra sound report, Dr kaveri put the office expenses in your tax return I guess you are under paid that's why you want to make money out of stationary too please don't make this noble profession into a business another thing the doctor takes his own sweet time to come n crappie place

We know the clinic from the beginning. No doubt we come all tge way from ajax and Niagara Falls to see the doctors here. They are veey thorough in their approach.
Staff is very kind always good to us.
We feel very confident coming here. Doctor kaveri is a good listener. He follows up after treatment to make sure we are better.

Waited 30 mins for doctor when there was no other patient.
Doctor gave attitude and checked me and then wrote a prescription and said go to the front for it and said bye without explaining anything

Recently I had some health problem not really serious but annoying and causing me some degree of pain so as a result it required minor surgical procedure. Stumbled on Dr. Kaveri's clinic and this being a weekend expected some wait time but I was pleasantly surprised, because service was pretty fast, staff at the front desk was very welcoming, listening to my concern and courteous.
I was directed to the procedure room when Dr. Kaveri appeared shortly and treated me knowledgeably, quickly and with utmost respect. The treatment included two aftercare visits which also were a positive experience. In conclusion, combining quality of care, convenient location and being open 7 days a week with long hours, this clinic is highly recommended by me.

Good experience with the doctor, was not called and given X-ray/ultrasound results. Called back 2 weeks later to find out if everything was okay. Receptionist was confused and then hung up on me. I called back and she said to call back tomorrow (no info or reason why). I don’t normally write reviews but if you’re sure of how the protocol works at your clinic, you probably should not be a receptionist there.

Disrespectful receptionists. Treated me differently than other patients, which they spoken to in their language and treated with much more compassion and respect. I walked in and all three of them looked at me and didnt say a word. And there were nobody else in line.deeply regret coming here, and saddened by the type of treatment received here. Will not be coming back or recommending.

I would have to say this is the worst doctor in Bramptom it's a money grab kind of doctors if they're not making money off of their patients they don't want to see you been refused by him because he said quote on quote he doesn't want bad reviews will definitely be filling a complaint with the cpso

This is my go tp walk in when I can't see my family doctor. The doctor that I use to see here was very helpful, I guess the new one just wanted to get our appointment done with since it's closing soon treated my son without even checking or looking in his eyes.yes he seen it but not checked it. Also the INDIAN RECEPTIONIST IS STILL VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I had an issue with her last time on the phone then I came in during my appointment and confronted her behaviour and she apologized. Again today the same bad attitude. Not helpful to patients who walks in. I am annoyed coming here now because of her!

Dr. Kaveri saved my left hand thumb which was crushed really badly. I was lucky that i went to this clinic. The receptionists are professional and the nurses are really friendly and helpful. They keep the place neat and clean all the time. Lot of thanks to whole staff for treating me as a family.

Dr. Kaveri is a very compassionate, amiable and genuine person, he goes above and beyond any Doctor I've ever been too. He truly cares about your problems, listens patiently and does everything in his power to help. The staff are kind and the facility is very clean with plenty of free parking spots. My whole family uses his clinic! If you’re looking for a new Doctor do not hesitate to go here.

This place is nice neat and clean always. The front desk receptionist is very friendly and always remebers my name. The doctors is very friendly answers all the questions. All referrals I got from this hospital for various places, they were always prompt and I got appointment more quickly. Would define recommend this place. Also one of the best nurse they have to do the blood work very skillful. The nurse walks in first to get all details and put it in doctors note to make the process more efficient.

Long wait times, hours for seeing the doctor are always changing, doctor dident even know that the medication I was on causes headaches, doctor did not tell me what he was precribing me. Never going back
