“We came in to get a pair of glasses. Natasha was quick and kind. She didn’t rush us and answered all our questions…. Very professional. She also helped us stay within our budget!

I was immediately greeted by Natasha who was really friendly. They also have a wide selection of styles for adults and kids. I’ll be back this summer to purchase some frames:)

Today I went in looking for frames for two pairs of glasses. I had the best customer service! The wonderful lady was Mary who was so kind and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what would suit my face and skin/hair color to a T! It was so easy. I didn’t have to try on 50 different ones. She was very professional and they have a great deal right now as well. She also reminded me to get the blue blocker.
She was fantastic, really went above and beyond. My new eye place for sure.

Thanks for the help with my eyes. I went to dr Singh for issues with my eyes and he cleared it up! I had such a pleasant time and the ladies at the desk were amazing!

I had an amazing experience with doctor Singh and his staff. I got my glasses and exam done here and it was so quick and efficient! Definitely will be back!

This clinic is special! From the moment you walk in you feel taken care of. The assistive staff are attentive, energetic, and extremely in tune with patient needs. Dr. Singh is an absolute delight, as well. Super down to earth, asks all the right questions to find out exactly what you need, is very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions big and small with care and respect. I've never felt so welcomed and confident in a clinic before coming to Queenston Eye Care. Highly recommend them!

I had such an amazing appointment today. Dr. Singh is a fairly new practice with a big personality. From the moment I booked my appointment with Jen at the front desk (aka the Jack of all trades) to stepping foot into the office-the entire experience was pleasant.

Dr. Singh takes the time to get to know you so that he can cater to your eye needs. When you speak to him you feel like you're talking to your friend. I felt comfortable to ask questions and didn't feel silly asking them.

Dr S & Jen seem to jive very well which makes for a setting worth returning to. Everything/ everyone is socially distance and completely sanitized before handled.

There is no pressure to purchase on the spot and a variety of options & promotions are discussed.

The wait time to get an appointment is very quick. A huge reason why I came here today is because I called my regular eye doctors office and it's been over one week with no return call. When I called Jen she was about to fit me in quickly. Now that's service!

I would recommend this doctor's office with no hesitation. Looking forward to coming back next week to try on new frames.

I have been going to Queenston Eye Care for years. From the previous owner to the new owner the stellar service has been nothing but amazing. The Doctor was very personable. Helped me with every and any questions or concerns I had. When it came time to picking out my glasses the selection was incredible. I started out with 15 plus pairs that I liked on myself and left with 4. The receptionist is out of this world. Her and I could talk for hours. She helped me through it all and allowed me to try on every pair that I loved even though she had to disinfect them, just to make sure I picked out what was right for me. All in all I give this place a 5 star and would recommend it to everyone!

An amazing place, absolutely delighted with the experience, everyone was so kind and helpful, also the clinic was super clean. Defiantly my go to place from now on. Thank you Dr. Singh and Jen you were amazing, keep doing what you're doing!

I recently had my first visit with Queenston Eye care and was extremely impressed with my experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Singh is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain your case in great detail. The environment was very clean and they have a great selection of frames! Highly recommend visiting this office for your next eye appointment.
