I have had excellent care at Queenston physiotherapy with Shwetaben and Cheryl who worked on improving my problem for the last 6 weeks.
I have been coming to this location since a ski accident in 1988, always carrying staff over the years.

Would recommend this location as staff are very friendly and courteous. Shweta and Susan helped treating my Mom with her shoulder pain for a period of weeks. They both were very patient, attentive and easy to talk to.

I was very happy getting help from Monil and Madison during my recovery. I had a hip replacement 5 weeks ago and they both were very knowledgeable and helpful, explaining every question I had. If I had a problem with my exercises, they provided me with detailed instructions and practical examples at the spot. This clinic is running very efficient schedule, no waiting at the reception desk at all and if you need some changes to your appointments they will adjust the schedule for you. Highly recommended!

I much appreciated Shweta's competence and pleasant demeanor in which she assessed my needs, progress, and results. Also Susan's continued attention and coaching showed dedication and care towards success. A thankful client!

My mom "Fehmia" went there and she is really satisfied and feel better than before. Shweta is amazingly good and nice friendly. Will highly recomended.

Very caring staff! Cheryl has been very friendly and determined to help me recover from my injury. By the end of my rehab I was able to do everything I had done before. I would like to personally thank Elizabeth for her knowledge and expertise in physiotherapy to speed up my recovery. She is kind and considerate and listens to you.

My physiotherapy provider was Elizabeth Westbrook! She was an amazing person to work with whenever I seen her! She is a nice woman, and overall knows what she’s doing!

I had hurt my right wrist in Oct 2022, I thought the pain would go away in a couple of weeks and it would be fine again. My wrist never stopped hurting and in February 2023 I slipped on some ice and fell on the same wrist. Now it hurt so bad I thought it was maybe broken. My wrist was rendered useless from and had no strength. I went to Queenston Physio Therapy, I met the staff which were very helpful and Dr. Monil. He put me on an exercise routine in March and by April my wrist was right back to normal. I'm very grateful I didn't think there was any hope for the full operation of my wrist again. I would like to thank the staff and Dr. Monil for there excellent service. Sincerely grateful Donald Levasseur

Had an excellent experience at Queenston physiotherapy. Monil my PT & Madison my PTA were very helpful in assessing my condition, providing treatment & teaching the exercises to help relieve my pain & improve my movement that has allowed me to quickly return to my regular activities. This clinic was referred to me by one of my friend's as I was looking for a physiotherapist for my 12 year old daughter who had an ankle injury. And I am so glad that I chose this clinic. All the staff members at this clinic are extremely courteous and pleasant to deal with. But the best part was the wonderful services we received from their physiotherapist Monil. He patiently listened to the issue that my daughter was going through, discussed the treatment options and his approach at length with both of us, and gathered our feedback at each appointment carefully on how the treatment was going. We never felt rushed through the appointments. My daughter felt very comfortable with Monil because he made exercising fun through engagement and jovial conversations. I would highly recommend this clinic, especially if it is a child who needs physiotherapy sessions.

Monil is a great physiotherapist. He understood my problem and made a program that had immediate positive effects. He left me with exercises I am to continue that would eventually heal my problem area. I would highly recommend him to take care of anyone.

My doctor had given me a list of physiotherapy clinics, which provides services covered by ohip, I had called them and booked my appointment, however they refused to serve me

My physiotherapist was very helpful & gave me positive encouragement while I did my exercises.
I'd definitely go there again if I needed to.
