Queenston Tire & Rim

My neighbor recommended Queenston Tire to me and so did a Cogeco technician, so I went in to ask about snow tires. Marco and his son were both very helpful and explained everything to me about the tires etc. I had the four tires installed on Friday and Marco and his team did not disappoint me. It was very busy and every customer I spoke to while waiting, had only good compliments about these guys. The young guys really work hard and they sure do have a system of working together, and very polite also. I was in and out in about an hour and a half and I’m very happy with the service I received. Will be back in the spring to get my tires changed back and store the winter ones. Thank you Marco and your team for a job well done!

Queenston Tire & Automotive Hamilton were extremely helpful and accommodating. My tire appeared to be flat and came off the rim. After having my car towed there, they took my car in right away, triple checked their findings, and I was on my way home within 15-20minutes. I interacted with several of the mechanics and they were all friendly & knowledgeable.

Fantastic service, the service advisor really looked after my situation with compassion and professionalism. My problem with my tire was caused by a broken spring after l hit a pot hole. Thank you for working with me to get my vehicle back on the road!

These kids know how to balance tires.
I bought tires at Costco with the 5 year unlimited balancing. They could never balance tires even after a free replacement. Same tires balanced by Queenston tire, my suv rides smooth at any speed.

I was stuck with needing 1 tire for my vehicle (got a flat, and riding the donut was not fun). I received pricing and install quotes from a couple of places.thought i would give these guys a try. Such a great and reliable place to take your vehicles too! They do all sorts of jobs for your vehicle! They do oil changes, spark plugs, brakes, rotors. They make you feel important and are very personable. I highly recommend these guy's!

Waste of time. They are not committed to their time and service. Waited all day but still the job is not done.

I was in desperate need of 2 pairs (Staggered Rims) of matching all seaon tires before the winter, and waited too long, as this is a very busy time for winter tire changes.

I like to shop around for the best deal from a reputable and high rated company, and my dad suggested calling for a quote from here. Out of 8 tire places that I called, they had the best price.

Upon calling to confirm my purchase I was informed that Marco's son was the one I previously spoke to. Knowing that this was a locally owned family business, who sounded very personable and professional on the phone, I had a good feeling that I was making the right choice.

Upon showing up, the atmosphere was extremely friendly and welcoming. I dealt with Marco, yet all of his staff were great as well.

I had mentioned that I had brake fluid leaking (which i had an appointment later in week to get fixed) so that he would be aware and be able to cover the floor under the leak).

While waiting, I spoke to several of the other customers in their waiting room. There were a couple of older gentlemen who I asked about their previous experience with this business. They all had nothing but wonderful things to say about Marco and his company and had been customers for many years due to this.

When I mentioned to the other customers about my scheduled brake leak, and that I had an appointment with a large auto repair chain, they responded "Why don't you ask Marco if he can get it taken care of? ".

They informed me that beside their shop, they have a separate bay with a licensed mechanic, who would be able to do repairs, as I assumed they only did tires and rims.

I was already having such a positive experience here, that upon hearing this, I spoke with Marco and upon confirmation that this could be done here, I cancelled my upcoming appointment and scheduled the the job with them instead. Marco was able to get me an appointment very soon, despite the fact that they were extremely busy (which again is a good sign that many people trust Queenston Tire and Rim Hamilton with their automotive needs.

They did a quality job, for a reasonable price, in a timely manner, all while being personable, friendly and knowledgeable.

I was extremely satisfied with the work they did. And I look forward to their assistance with my brake leak issue in the near future.

Hey everyone. Ive been going to Queenston tire for many many years now. I keep going back because the staff there work with you, search through endless amounts of tires until they match you with what your looking for / Mike spent a half hour with me, digging out tires that where at the bottom of stacks, trying to find the best pair for me. Booked appointment and was helped on time. Very quick efficient and cost effective, good place to go for wheel alignment and tires.

I went in because my tire was punctured after a piece of shrapnel found itself lodged in my tire, like an unwanted zit. Thankfully the people at this shop quickly fixed my problem too bad my marriage isn't so easily salvageable otherwise Marco would be in psychiatry

Today I had to bring my jeep in. I called him he said bring your jeep in I brought it in they looked at it right away it was very fast and friendly service much appreciated and the price was very good.

I called this place on a Tuesday to get a price on some new summer performance tires. They gave me a great quote on the tires/install and booked me in on the Thursday. I went for my appointment on the Thursday and the new tires were there waiting for me. They had me right in and the install was quick and professional. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I will definitely be going back and I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Keep up the great work!

As soon as I called Marco on Thrusday on my lunch break and explained what was happening to my car he booked me in ASAP Friday morning to check it out. From beginning to end their customer service was great. Everyone was polite and very helpful when it came to giving me feed back on my car. They fixed the problem right away and swapped my tires as well. Thanks again guys, everything was much appreciated. Respect.

Got a surprise flat tire this morning, although they were busy for the entire day. Marco was able to fit me in and get the job done within 20 minutes. The staff and their services are always amazing.

This place is amazing. Everyone is kind and honest. I needed my tires replaced urgently due to an unexpected flat tire, and they were incredible to work with. If you need help I highly reccomend them!

Absolutely amazing! The only people i let touch my car i recommend them to everyone! I once had someone messing with my tires and brough my car to them atleast 5 times to check for leaks and never once did they complain they even put a special cap on my tires so no one could mess with them again
