Place says it's closed at 7pm. I show up at 6: 10 and I'm waved away and the place says it's closed. Ridiculous.

The doctors here are amazing. They're very thorough when it comes to diagnosing and treating conditions. They did an excellent job sharing information in a professional, reassuring, and informative manner. The first time I went there I was seen almost right away (great from a walk in clinic perspective). The second time there was a 2 hour wait but they did their best to dilligently see patients. The receptionists also did a great job. Overall, I felt comfortable coming here and it will be my go to walk in. Please keep up the good work, it's much appreciated:)

If I could zero stars I would. We arrived at 4: 30. The receptionist said they are closing in 30 mins which is not true.they close at 6pm. She doesn't have time to see us.

This place runs like a business more than a clinic. They accept the bare minimum patients and even though their hours close they stop accepting patients at 1PM, even when it’s not busy. It’s ridiculous. I don’t even know how they’re still running. Ever since I was a kid, this has been the worst place to go with the worst service.

One of the worst clinic ever seen. Their receptionist need to change as they make things more worst. No queue management, no ethics. I was here and what I could see 3 patients in wait including me and it took 4 hrs to see. Either they earn so much that they don’t value patients time or they don’t have intention to do buisness. My only advice just avoid this walk in clinic.

Came there today, the 2 medical receptionist was so rude, very bad costumer service, arguing with patients. We've been seeing Dr Hanna for almost 10 years, we'vr never had a problem with the receptionist until now. The other lady who used to sit in the front was amazing, until they changed her with these two new girls who don't know how to have good customer service. Either have them trained or look for new medical receptionist. They're making the image of the clinic look really bad since they're the front desks.

Our experience wasn't as bad compared to the others, but we called in at round 1: 30-2pm and we had to wait untilll 4pm? (Side note I did not go with my family, this review is based on what they informed me about) and my family still had to wait outside for about 10-15 minutes (it was around 25-29 C outside at the time, very humid too) and as I'm writing this my grandfather is on the phone right now and they said something about waiting until September? It's July. I mean, the phone people are nice?

They refuse to take phone calls. I've been seeing a Dr there for a cpl years and it's actually faster to drive 20mins to the clinic and wait in line for 30mins just to ask if the dr is in because reception is horrible. They could solve so many issues by not putting everyone on hold for an hour at a time and just answering simple questions. Most times ppl just want to ask if a certain dr is in. Instead you sit on hold for upwards of 30mins before being hung up on and having to call back but now someone else is on hold and there is a VM but of course it's always full and will never be cleared because then they would b expected to call ppl back or answer calls. So glad this is my last time I have to come here. Fire the entire reception team and get better ppl in who can multitask and solve actual issues before the clinic is destroyed.

Absolutely disgusting customer service by the girl who was working here today.
We came to the clinic Sunday July 16/23 at 2: 30pm tried the door it was locked, a young receptionist was sitting at the desk.she looked at me signed to me that they were closed.the door, website and phone recording said 4pm
She then picked up the phone instead of coming to inform me to why they were closed.we then had to head over to urgent care on king.
Definitely will not be using this clinic in the future and I hope the girl working today reads this. Hope you learn better customer service.

It was open at 9am it’s now 9: 45 reception can’t give answer when doctor arrives wish i could give zero very very unprofessional

Came in for Two step TB test.only for them to provide me with the incorrect documentation and charging me $120. Came back for the correct paper work and they said it’ll be too much work to make the correct paper and will charge me $40. Do not recommend.also, the receptionist was rude and not acknowledging their mistake but instead up charging me. They have charged me $30 each my previous appointments but are charging me $40 for their mistake……

Opens at 9 the doctor doesn't come in till 10. Reception says the doctors are always late. Absolutely disrespectful to your patients show up when your clinic opens. Go anywhere else

My Husband Leslie had an appointment with Dr Finnick the staff was friendly the wait time was short
Dr Fennick is the most caring and kind doctor ever, he did not rush us out and he answered all our questions he is a very knowledgeable doctor and even had one of his associates consult with us
You don’t find doctors like him around
I will recommend him highly and definately rate him a 5

I went in for a floater in my eye, explained situation in prescreening and waited for an hour for doctor to tell me that I needed to go to urgent care or eye doctor. I should have been sent away before waiting to where I needed to go. She gets paid for wasting my time and other patients time. This has been my first floater and was unaware of where to go. She knew and still accepted me.

Unreliable. Closed an hour earlier than their posted hours. We called ahead and the automated phone message also confirms the posted hours, but lights are off and they’re closed. For a small concern I’m now bringing my daughter to urgent care instead, perfect example on why urgent care and hospitals are filling up unnecessarily.

Great front desk staff. Doctors are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They will take time to talk to you and answer all your questions and send you for the tests. You will be called back the day the received your results from ultrasound, blood tests and etc. Wait time is very reasonable.

Best walk in clinic in Hamilton. Staff and doctor are very friendly and helpful! The wait isn’t long either.

I've never had any issues with this walk in clinic especially with Dr. Hanna. He's caring, emphathic, listens and has gives good medical advice. I've never had a bad experience with Dr. Hanna and probably the main reason why I visit this clinic. Wait times can be long, sometimes 1-2 hours but that's part of going to a walk in clinic.

I came to this clinic this morning. I saw the Dr.on duty he was Dr. Hanna was super great Super manners and great care. The receptionist is phenomenal and very good at her job! Thank you so much and very comfortable coming back again and again.

Don't go hir this plastic is awful reception treat u like trash. They turned me and my sick 3 year old away. I was in tears.

Went 2.5 hours with my sick baby before closing time on website and only 3 patients were waiting. We’re told they were closing an hour earlier 8pm instead of 9pm. Still there 1.5 hours prior to close and was told we wouldn’t be seen.
Horrible.

Dr singh won’t give you antibiotics even if you’re throwing up, coughing and sneezing green phlegm, and wheezing for over a week.absolutely useless clinic, useless enough for me to write a review.please consider going literally anywhere else if you need real medical help.

Website says 9 o'clock there at 6 they are refusing patients claiming to close at 7 if your not open till 9 change your hours online so people don't waste their time

Poor customer service and receptionist is very rude and disrespectful they did not want to take me in until I said I was on the phone with you guys for 5 mins and you did not answer

Queenston walk in clinic is a joke. I went in to get a refill of my medication. Receptionist told me it’s a 3 1/2 hour wait and to come back then. So I did and then it was closed.
EDIT: I went there again, waited HOURS until closing time. Doctor gave me a prescription and then when I walked to another pharmacy because their pharmacy was closed, come to find out doctor wrote the WRONG last name on the paper so I couldn’t get my medication. Next day I’m calling and calling and calling to get this figured out. They don’t answer the phone. WORST CLINIC EVER!

I've been here plenty of times before & the usual wait times are about 40-60 minutes.this was never really a problem with me considering it's located close to other amentities such as groceries, gas stations & restaraunts.the most recent time i was there was just at the end of august on a saturday & we checked in with front desk at 11am but didn't see a doctor until 3pm.looking at the other reviews i'm assuming this is how it's been for a while now.also don't forget to bring a mask they apparently do not have any. 4 stars because usually everything's smooth but that last visit was something else.

Went there at 7: 30 pm. Website said open till 9 so did sign in window. Said open. Got there and girl said they were shut.

Extremely rude receptionist name Minine. She told me there was nobody in the waiting room and no wait time. She put me in a room where I waited for 25 minutes before I asked her how much longer. She told me the doctor was on virtual calls and would be another 30 minutes. Save yourself the hassle and go to another clinic.

Dr Hanna, actually he's personally kind man, but he's don't do he's job correctly and properly. He's do he's job so fast, actually I can't even follow him if I have questions he's either answer quickly but not clearly or just don't answer, I made pregnancy test even the results he didn't give it to me, I take my boy to with rushed skin he give prescription and say good bye no any explanation or information gave to me at all where comes from this rushed skin for my 15 month old baby. And also usually I'm doing every year once a time STD test and he don't want me to give the blood works for STD. I have know idea why he's refused the help.

Got refused the ability to see a doctor because I have a red & white health card. They stated that it was expired as of February, yet there’s an exception in place and they’re valid until September.
I also confirmed this with Service Ontario that my card is still valid and that they were wrong to refuse me based on that.

I wish i got the names of the doctor and pharmacist here. I can tell that they really care about people. Ive dealt with a few doctors over the past week and none of them seemed to care about my well-being but this clinic is different. They actually listened and did everything they could to check me and inform me on how to feel better. Thank you.

I brought my 5 year old in on Good Friday (it was the only clinic open) suspecting a sinus and/or ear infection. As soon as we walked in, the receptionist snapped at me because my 5 year Olds mask was slightly below his one nostril.
After asking why we were there (in front of a tight waiting room full of people), she refused to see us because my son had symptoms. She said that we would need to do a PCR test before he could be seen. When I reminded her that the majority of the population (including my son) are not eligible for PCRs, therefore cannot book one, she basically said "not my problem". She then proceeded to write down the address for another clinic while saying "here's another clinic but they won't see him either because he's sick".
We ended up driving down the road to the Urgent Care center, who HAPPILY saw my son, diagnosed him with an ear infection and sent us on our way with a prescription.
Why on earth are doctors not seeing SICK patients? Is it not their JOB to treat sick people? It's no wonder our hospital ERs are overflowing (with something as minor as an ear infection), because doctors are refusing to do their JOB! Will never return here.

Dr Hanna is great. He's helped out myself and my wife from time to time. I never feel rushed here, although it's a walk-in clinic so wait times will vary depending on traffic.

Too Long waiting time, doctors deal with patients very slow like they take about 30 ro 40 minutes with one patient. Like seriously.

Went to get a urine test done and the lady at the reception area told me I didn't need a blood test when I thought they wanted both. Then when I went to leave, another lady told me to leave it in the bathroom so I did and she told me they would call and tell me the results and not send them by email. So I thought it was over and done with. But when 4 days passes, and I hear nothing from the clinic, I call them for only them to tell me I was supposed to see a doctor after my urine test which no receptionist told me I needed to do. I'm busy with school and also don't have a driver's license. I was very upset as it wasted my time because that woman I talked over the phone with said I can't just call the doctor, I gotta see them in person, and that they won't send out my urine sample to the lab unless I see that doctor. Overall, this clinic has a lack of communication.

I spent an hour and a half trying to get ahold of someone. For the first few times I called it was sent directly to voicemail where you cannot leave a message. When I finally got through after multiple attempts, I was put on hold immediately. I waited on hold for over 20 minutes just to be hung up on. I then tried calling back and the same thing happened. The wait times are also very long for the clinic. I would not recommend going here.

Is amazing i love him he so kind to children really reccomend going there im telling you go there he is super nice after there done he walks you out to and to your car hes so sweet and amazing

There's a male doctor there who kinda sucks and is extremely unhelpful, but there is a lady doctor that is very professional and helped me very well. They loose a star for the first guy but my last experience with her was great. Wait time is like an hour.

Dr.hana is the best doctor me and my family wouldn't trust anyone else with our Healthcare.

He is very knowledgeable and always guides you the best my parents and sister come all the way from Brantford to Dr.hana aswell as he takes such good care of his patients.

Also Melissa at the reception is amazing she is very polite and helpful.

So rude and useless. When the clerk at the front knows the doctor is terrible and suggests you come back when another doctor is in that’s just sad.

Horrible female doctor. The male doctor is very nice. She said I refuse to give you a refil because you’re diabetic. (I had the pill bottle with me and my diabetes is stable and has nothing to do with this specific med) she said go to urgent care I explained I can’t I have 2 young kids and can’t be gone that long and she said not my problem and left the room without any other words

Worse clinic ever. Went in for knee pain was sent for blood work before they would do a ultrasound or x-ray useless step had to wait for results then they sent me for a ultrasound a few days later.went back for results a few days later. Dr was rude. Clearly only read the first line of the report an said there was nothing to be concerned about. When I asked for a CT or MRI she refused said there was no need didn't want to hear an explanation why I felt it was needed. She got up an went to leave the room before I was even finished speaking.
When I got my results in pocket health. CLEARLY IN BLACK AN WHITE at the bottom or the report MRI is recommended. There are a ton of issues in the report! Beware

I went in on a Sat.morning when it first openned. I got in right away. I told the Dr.what I was feeling. She examined me. She told me I need to get a CT scan. I went to the hospital and she was 100% right. I had a major problem.

I brought my mother here because we don’t have a family doctor, and she is suffering from a falling uterus that blocks her bladder, and causes repeated UTI’s, and pain, and burning. We arrived checked in with only two people ahead of us. After an hour more people were checking in, and seeing the doctor before my mother. I asked the receptionist do we need an appointment, and she looked at me odd, and said “it’s a walk in clinic first come first served” I replied well how come these people are going in ahead of my mother as we were here first, and she replied “no they were here first”, and that I was wrong. Four people in total came in after us, and were seen first. I replied if that were true why ask to see their health card, and ask what they are here for? If they were already waiting why ask for their information twice? I filed a complaint to the Ontario College Of Physicians, and Surgeons.

Dropped by the clinic on Good Friday for a case of poison ivy. Was seen quickly by Dr. Hanna and he was GREAT! Was given cream and pills for the itch on my arm and was on my way quickly. He also made sure I came back for a follow up appointment to ensure the treatment was going properly which is rare these days.
People who are happy with the service and care at a doctors office always leave with a smile but don’t post their experiences as often as those people who are less than pleased. In my experience, those who are less than pleased believe they were not served as quickly as they think they should be or are not happy with the advice given by the doctor.
I wanted to take a moment to say, great examination, explanation of treatment prescribed, follow up and effectiveness of medication prescribed. If you are willing to take ownership of your health, Dr Hanna is a wonderful asset to have in your corner!

I just called twice and was put on hold, each time after 20 minutes on hold they hung up. I never spoke to anyone.

Dr. Hanna is by far the best doctor I have ever encountered. My doctor retired and I came to this clinic for various reasons, not only was he able to help me with them, he discovered something un related to my visit that I had no idea I had, and am now on treatment for that as well. Such a smart and kind doctor. The staff at this clinic is also amazing and kind as well. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks!

My son had a throat infection and requiresd meds. We were in and out in under 35 min. The staff was fantastic. Doctors get busy and have to figure the person's problems out and that takes time to do. So waiting isn't an issue for us.

We have used this clinic a few times and they are great. They answer the phone and don't rush you off, and have accommodated our child each time. Waited about an hour but that's just typical walk-in stuff. Great staff and Dr.

It says on their board 9 am to 9 pm. Mon - Fri. We went there at 8: 30 the place was closed. Horrible place. No one should go there. If they can lie about the timings they can lie about your health.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The working hours state that it closes at 4. I walked in at 2. They told me they are not taking any more patients. There were 4 people waiting. When I questioned the receptionist I was told that the doctor needs to leave early.

Its listed on there wall there is no wait for injections went this morning for an injection and waited almost 2 hours. Should follow your posted policies or dont post them

Yes they are open until 9pm and I came in at 8.15pm but couldn't get in since they close at 9pm and had 5 or 6 people waiting inline so they have to cut people off or they wouldn't get out at 9pm. You should get there by 7.30

It closes at 8: 00pm, not 9: 00pm as advertised. I walked in with my son who had a simple case of impetigo, and they refused to see him. The staff person was super unapologetic. Not even so much as a “I’m so sorry, but we’re closed. ” Just a “we’re closed, and we’re not taking any more patients”
If you’re open until 9: 00pm, please accept patients until 9: 00pm. If you want to be home by 9: 00pm, then close at 8: 00pm. That seems pretty simple to me.

Horrible service I had to go to a walk in clinic and didn't have my health card only license and they wouldn't take me. What a way to add to out wonderful country.

First off this is canada. Where can u get into a dr that's not ur family dr without a wait? !? ! Avg wait to get into hospital now is 16hrs and ppl r complaining about 2hrs? Dr Hanna is awesome super friendly professional helpful and thoughtful to his patients. Front desk staff are also very helpful! I've been coming here for a long time and even though I had an option for two different family drs I stay at this clinic. If you dont like the wait put ur name on the list and go run an errand while u wait. They will tell u in advance how much time u will have to wait. I highly recommend this office.

Doctor looked like he was coming in to see me opens the door) says hi, his cell phone rings and he tells me to hold on closes the door and takes the phone call! Very unprofessional! ESPECIALLY because he's on call and has people waiting!

Usually a wait but it's clean, has a bathroom, long hours and the waiting area spills into a large hallway so it's less crammed.
The pharmacy is wonderful and open later to reflect the walk in hours

I was there last Sunday, June 23,2019. It's a very long wait. But what shocked me was that I guy I knew when he came in, saw the Doctor before me. I took notice of the guy specifically because he had tattooed both hands. I was visibly upset, though I said nothing, but I made sure that lady at the reception read it on my face. She tried to smile when she called me in, all gave her was a stern look. It's really annoying. Why she did that I don't know. All I know is that I will never make the place a option.

The staff is very friendly and treat the patients kindly with dignity and respect. Dr. Hanna is very kind, caring, always treats his patients with a big smile, remembers their medical history quite well and takes the time to asses his patients needs with a very thorough examination. Although waiting times sometime run a bit longer than usual, it is because of the quality time the doctor spends with some of his patients who might be more ill than others. I recommend this clinic over many other places I've been to.

Wait time was acceptable maybe if people were there for legitimate health issues they would be better colds and sniffles are not legitimate health conditions worth going to see a doctor. Suck it up and go to work

I came to this clinic on Sunday because my family doctor was closed. When I told the "doctor" my symptoms he said "what do you want me to do about it? " Hm, I dont know, maybe preform a check up and let me know I am okay until I can see my family doctor? So rude and so unprofessional. He kept saying he didnt know what I wanted him to do, and told me to go to the emergency room if I'm so worried. He didnt check my heart beat, didnt do any tests what so ever. Literally wasted my time and energy coming to this place to see a guy wearing track pants and flip flops to tell me to go to the emergency and that he couldn't help me. I have never been treated this way by a so called doctor. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would.

Do not come to this place if you need to see doctor. This place is garbage. Simple words they just don’t wanna see so many people so they make patients wait for atleast 3hours.
